6) taking a silica gel material to prepare two symmetrical hemispherical spheres, reserving a plurality of through holes on the two hemispherical spheres, wherein the positions of the through holes correspond to the positions of the massage pieces 502 of the rigid massage components 5 on the outer surface of the elastic rubber layer 2 in the step 5), then firstly sleeving a hemispherical silica gel layer outside the elastic rubber layer 2, ensuring that the massage piece 502 of each rigid massage component 5 penetrates through the through hole on the hemispherical silica gel layer and then is exposed outside, then sleeving the other hemispherical silica gel layer outside the elastic rubber layer 2 by using the same method, and finally connecting the two hemispherical silica gel layers into a whole by using glue or a suture line, thereby forming a silica gel layer 3 coated outside the elastic rubber layer 2, and finishing the manufacture of the product.
In this embodiment, the supporting member 504, the massaging member 502, the auxiliary supporting member i 503, the connecting member 702 and the auxiliary supporting member ii 703 are all rod-shaped members, and the free ends thereof are all arc-shaped.
In this embodiment, the positions of the flexible support elements 7 and the rigid massaging elements 5 are preferably staggered, i.e. offset from each other.

4) taking a metal ball, a ceramic ball or a magnet ball as a spherical core (1), wherein the outer diameter of the spherical core (1) is the same as the inner diameter of the hemispherical ball in the step 2), firstly covering a hemispherical elastic rubber layer on the spherical core (1), then covering another hemispherical elastic rubber layer on the spherical core (1) by the same method, and finally connecting the two hemispherical elastic rubber layers into a whole by glue or a suture line so as to form an elastic rubber layer (2) coated outside the spherical core (1);
5) two symmetrical hemispherical spheres are made of silica gel material, a plurality of through holes are reserved on the two hemispherical spheres, and the positions of the through holes correspond to the positions of the massage pieces (502) of the rigid massage component (5) on the outer surface of the elastic rubber layer (2) assembled in the step 4) one by one, then a hemispherical silica gel layer is sleeved outside the elastic rubber layer (2), and ensures that the massage piece (502) of each rigid massage component (5) penetrates through the through hole on the hemispherical silica gel layer and then is exposed outside, then another hemispherical silica gel layer is sleeved outside the elastic rubber layer (2) by the same method, finally the two hemispherical silica gel layers are connected into a whole by glue or suture lines, thereby forming a silica gel layer (3) coated outside the elastic rubber layer (2), and finishing the manufacture of the product.
