a second small-amplitude swinging driving mechanism and a second large-amplitude tilting driving mechanism are arranged on the base welding frame (1-3); the second large-amplitude inclination driving mechanism is connected with a second push-pull rod (5) which is rotatably arranged on the middle welding frame (1-2) and is used for controlling the middle welding frame (1-2) to be inclined greatly around the axis of the second support shaft (3) by pushing and pulling the second push-pull rod (5) through the second large-amplitude inclination driving mechanism; gears (7-8) in the second small-amplitude swing driving mechanism are in clearance fit with the second support shaft (3), and the gears (7-8) in the second small-amplitude swing driving mechanism are connected with the second support shaft (3) through a second electromagnetic stop assembly to control whether the second small-amplitude swing driving mechanism can drive the second support shaft (3) to rotate or not through the second electromagnetic stop assembly, so that whether the middle welding frame swings around the axis of the second support shaft (3) in a small amplitude or not and whether the second small-amplitude swing driving mechanism and the second large-amplitude tilt driving mechanism are switched or not is realized;
