the drying mechanism (10) comprises a fan (10-1), a support (10-2), a heating plate (10-3), shunt tubes (10-4) and a dispersion frame (10-5), wherein the fan (10-1) and the support (10-2) are sequentially fixed on the inner wall of one side of the placing cavity (4) from top to bottom, an output pipe of the fan (10-1) is inserted and fixed in the support (10-2), the heating plate (10-3) is fixed in the support (10-2), a plurality of flow holes (10-6) are formed in the heating plate (10-3), a heating wire (10-7) is embedded and fixed in the heating plate (10-3), a plurality of shunt tubes (10-4) are embedded and fixed on the side wall of the support (10-2), and the other ends of the shunt tubes (10-4) are embedded and fixed in the dispersion frame (10-5), the other side of the dispersion frame (10-5) is provided with a plurality of dispersion holes (10-8);
