The starting video of the intelligent television in the existing hotel guest room is either the built-in video of a television manufacturer or the propaganda video of the hotel, cannot be updated in real time, and is unlikely to change according to the preference of the check-in guests. At present, a scheme for updating a startup video by utilizing the characteristics of an android system of an intelligent television also exists, but the requirement of hotel management personnel (such as updating the startup video of a designated device) cannot be met, and the recommended content is not updated in a targeted manner by considering the preference of a television user.
The application is provided for providing a scheme suitable for the output content of rich equipment of hotel service scenes. For example, by recommending video, voice and other modes for the guest, which meet the guest's preference; or by providing the functions of pushing contents to the appointed equipment for the management personnel, etc., the output contents of the equipment such as the intelligent television or the intelligent sound box are richer and more diversified.
