Referring to fig. 1-4, a button cell battery is shown, comprising: the sealing device comprises a shell 10, wherein a sealing ring 12 is arranged inside the shell 10, and the outer wall of the sealing ring 12 is abutted against the inner wall of the shell 10; the outer edge of the surface cover 20 is inserted into the sealing ring 12, and the surface cover 20 forms an annular sealing cavity with the inner wall of the shell 10 through the sealing ring 12; the winding core 30 is placed in the annular sealing cavity, the upper part and the lower part of the winding core 30 are provided with tabs 31, and the tabs 31 at the lower part are connected with the shell 10; one end surface of the PTC sheet 40 is fixed to the surface cover 20, and the other end surface of the PTC sheet 40 is fixedly connected to the upper tab 31.
This kind of structural design, face lid 20 and sealing washer 12 fixed connection, face lid 20 forms annular seal cavity through the inner wall of sealing washer 12 with casing 10, it places in annular seal cavity to roll up core 30, the upper portion and the lower part of rolling up core 30 all are provided with utmost point ear 31, lower part utmost point ear 31 and casing 10 welding, upper portion utmost point ear 31 is through welding on PTC piece 40, be connected with face lid 20, through increasing PTC piece 40 in the battery is inside, when the battery is inside because reasons such as external force cause the short circuit, the internal resistance of PTC piece (positive temperature coefficient thermistor) increases along with the temperature rise, thereby play the effect of cutting off the current protection battery.
In one embodiment, the surface cover 20 is a positive electrode, the tab 31 in contact with the surface cover 20 is a positive electrode, that is, the housing 10 is a negative electrode, and the tab 31 in contact with the housing 10 is a negative electrode.
In another embodiment, the surface cover 20 is a negative electrode, the tab 31 in contact with the surface cover 20 is a negative electrode, that is, the casing 10 is a positive electrode, and the tab 31 in contact with the casing 10 is a positive electrode.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the surface cover 20 is circumferentially provided with a raised portion 21 along a direction away from a vertical axis of the surface cover 20, and the raised portion 21 is inserted into the accommodating groove 1201 of the sealing ring 12 and contacts with an inner wall of the sealing ring 12.
In this way, the tilting portion 21 is integrally formed with the face cover 20, and the tilting portion 21 is inserted into the accommodating groove 1201 of the sealing ring 12, so that the horizontal height of the tilting portion 21 is gradually increased along the direction away from the vertical axis of the face cover 20, water can be prevented from easily entering the casing 10 along the gap between the face cover 20 and the sealing ring 12, and the waterproof effect of the button cell is improved.
Specifically, the included angle α between the tilted portion 21 and the horizontal plane is preferably 15 °, 20 °, or 30 °.
In a specific embodiment, an included angle α between the tilted portion 21 and the horizontal plane is 15 °, which can prevent water from easily entering the housing 10 along a gap between the surface cover 20 and the sealing ring 12, and prevent the problem that the connection between the tilted portion 21 and the surface cover 20 is easily broken due to excessive bending.

Referring to fig. 3, the upper portion of the pressing edge 11 has a higher level than the cover 20. Therefore, when the button cell is impacted from the front, the problem that the tab 31 inside the shell 10 is extruded due to direct contact with the surface cover 20 can be avoided, and the probability of deformation of the button cell is effectively reduced.
With further reference to fig. 3, the lower end surface of the seal ring 12 abuts the upper end surface of the winding core 30. Thus, the upper part of the sealing ring 12 is abutted against the buckling edge 11, and the lower part is abutted against the winding core 30, so that the sealing ring 12 is fixed, and the stability of the surface cover 20 is improved.
Specifically, the outer wall of the winding core 30 is in contact with the inner wall of the can 10. In this way, the stability of the placement of the winding core 30 is improved.
Specifically, the outer walls of the housing 10 and the face cover 20 are provided with non-metal film layers. Therefore, the non-metal film is plated on the shell and the face cover which are both made of metal materials in a vacuum mode, so that the shell can not be corroded when the battery works, and the battery can be used as a high-voltage version with the nominal voltage of 3.7V, 3.8V and 3.85V.
Specifically, the seal ring 12 is made of an elastic material.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing ring 12 is made of silicone. Thus, the seal ring 12 can separate the housing 10 from the face cover 20, and thus, an insulating function is achieved.
In another preferred embodiment, the sealing ring 12 is made of TPU.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
