Background
With the increasing development of electronic products, button cells are widely used in various miniature electronic products due to their lightness and smallness, and are mainly used as backup power sources for various electronic products, such as computer motherboards, electronic watches, electronic dictionaries, electronic scales, memory cards, remote controllers, CPC cards, electronic display screens, and the like, and the requirements of people on button cells are increasing. Button cells are not only portable, but also require ultra-high capacity and service life, and therefore new button cells are developed to meet market demands.
The existing button cell has the following problems: when the button cell is assembled in a sealing manner, the upper part of the shell is usually required to be punched inwards along the vertical axis direction of the shell to form a fastening edge for fixing a winding core in the shell, so that the button cell is complex in sealing assembly and high in production cost; and after the button cell is short-circuited, the cell can burn due to heat, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main object of the present invention is to provide a novel button cell which is easy to assemble and avoids the heat burning of the cell.
The invention provides a novel button cell, which comprises a winding core and a shell, and is characterized in that a limiting ring with an inward-turned upper part is sleeved outside the winding core, and the outer wall of one side of the limiting ring, which is far away from the winding core, is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell; the upper end face and the outer surface of the winding core are abutted to the side wall of the limiting ring, and the lower end face of the winding core is abutted to the bottom of the shell.
The upper portion of the optimized shell is inwards turned to form a check ring, a face cover body and a sealing ring are arranged between the limiting ring and the check ring, an accommodating groove is formed in the sealing ring, and the periphery of the face cover body extends into the sealing ring.
Preferably, the face cover body comprises a connecting cover plate and a cap body, the connecting cover plate is fixedly connected with the cap body, and one end, far away from the cap body, of the connecting cover plate extends into the accommodating cavity.
Preferably, the button cell further comprises a PTC sheet, the PTC sheet is fixed on the lower end face of the cap body, and the PTC sheet is connected with the winding core.
Preferably, a sealing platen is arranged at the upper part of the connecting cover plate, an insertion slot is arranged between the connecting cover plate and the sealing platen, and when the connecting cover plate extends into the accommodating cavity to the bottom, the upper part of the sealing ring is inserted into the insertion slot.
Preferably, the connecting cover plate and the cap body are of an integrally formed structure.
Preferably, the upper part and the lower part of the winding core are both provided with tabs, the lower tab is connected with the shell, and the upper tab is connected with the PTC sheet.
Preferably, the outer walls of the shell and the face cover body are provided with non-metal film layers.
Preferably, the sealing ring is made of elastic materials.
The button cell provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

In this structural design, the seal ring 12 is provided between the retainer ring 13 and the abutment ring 1101, the upper portion of the seal ring 12 abuts against the retainer ring 13, the lower portion of the seal ring 12 abuts against the abutment ring 1101, and the middle portion is fixed to the face cover body 20 by adhesive, thereby realizing the sealed assembly of the housing 10.
Preferably, the seal ring 12 is made of an elastic material.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing ring 12 is made of silicone. Thus, the seal ring 12 can separate the case 10 from the surface cover body 20, and thus, an insulating function can be achieved.
In another preferred embodiment, the sealing ring 12 is made of TPU.
Referring further to fig. 3, the button cell further includes a PTC sheet 40, the PTC sheet 40 is fixed on the lower end surface of the cap body 22, and the PTC sheet 40 is connected to the winding core 30.
Specifically, tabs 31 are provided on both the upper and lower portions of the winding core 30, the lower tab 31 is connected to the case 10, and the upper tab 31 is connected to the PTC sheet 40.
According to the structural design, the upper part and the lower part of the winding core 30 are both provided with the tabs 31, the tabs 31 at the lower part are welded with the shell 10, the tabs 31 at the upper part are welded on the PTC sheets 40 and are connected with the surface cover 20, the PTC sheets 40 are additionally arranged inside the battery, when the short circuit is caused by external force and other reasons inside the battery, the internal resistance of the PTC sheet positive temperature coefficient thermistor is increased along with the temperature rise, and therefore the effect of isolating current to protect the battery is achieved.
Further referring to fig. 3, the surface cover body 20 includes a connecting cover plate 21 and a cap 22, the connecting cover plate 21 is fixedly connected to the cap 22, and an end of the connecting cover plate 21 away from the cap 22 extends into the accommodating cavity 1201.
Specifically, the connecting cover plate 21 and the cap body 22 are integrally formed. Thus, the sealing effect of the button cell is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the outer wall of the winding core 30 abuts against the inner wall of the limiting ring 11, and the outer wall of the limiting ring 11 abuts against the inner wall of the housing 10. In this way, it is achieved that the winding core 30 can be stably placed in the case 10.
Referring to fig. 5, a sealing platen 2101 is disposed on an upper portion of the connecting cover 21, a slot is disposed between the connecting cover 21 and the sealing platen 2101, and when the connecting cover 21 extends into the accommodating chamber 1201 to the bottom, an upper portion of the sealing ring 12 is inserted into the slot. In this way, the sealing platen 2101 is arranged at the joint of the connecting cover plate 21 and the sealing ring 12, the connecting cover plate 21 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 1201 of the sealing ring 12, the upper part of the sealing ring 12 is inserted into the slot formed by the connecting cover plate 21 and the sealing platen 2101, and the connecting cover plate 21 and the sealing ring 12 are in cross contact, so that the sealing performance of the joint of the connecting cover plate 21 and the sealing ring 12 is improved.
In another embodiment, the outer walls of the shell 10 and the face cover body 20 are covered with non-metal film layers, the winding core 30 is disposed between the face cover body 20 and the shell 10, the tab 31 at the upper part of the winding core 30 is welded to the face cover body 20, and the tab 31 at the lower part of the winding core 30 is welded to the bottom wall of the shell 10.
