With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy, more and more electronic products are moved into the daily life of people. The electronic product can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart watch and the like.
Such electronic products generally do not have waterproof effect, so when using the electronic products, attention must be paid to waterproof to avoid faults such as short circuit of internal electronic devices caused by water entering the electronic products. Some electronic products have waterproof function, and the electronic products are generally designed with waterproof structures at jacks, keys and the like of the electronic products so as to achieve waterproof effect.
At present, the key of the electronic product can be waterproof by adopting a shell and soft rubber double-color injection molding, in order to ensure the hand feeling of the case, a hard rubber case is fixed by dispensing on the outside, and the scheme has high cost, poor hand feeling of the key and large occupied space; or the soft glue is directly fixed on the shell by adopting a glue dispensing process and then the key is sealed by the glue, the scheme has more complex process and higher process cost.

Optionally, an annular retaining wall surrounding the opening is formed in each key hole, and the annular groove is formed between the annular retaining wall and the inner wall of the key hole;

Fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the waterproof button 2, and fig. 6 is a top view of the waterproof button 2; the waterproof key 2 comprises a base 21, wherein a conductive base 22 and an annular retaining ring 23 surrounding the conductive base 22 are convexly formed on one side (the side, which is upward from the base 21, shown in fig. 5) of the base 21, and the annular retaining ring 23 is equivalent to the edge formed on the base 21; of course, this is merely an example of a structure, and the annular retainer ring 23 may also be disposed inside the edge of the base 21, which is not illustrated here.
With reference to fig. 5 and fig. 6, since the waterproof key 2 is used to match the key hole 11 shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4, when the waterproof key 2 is installed in the key hole 11 in a matching manner, the annular retaining ring 23 may be in interference fit with the annular groove S in the key hole 11, the inner wall of the annular retaining ring 23 will abut against the outer wall of the annular retaining wall 112, and the outer wall of the annular retaining ring 23 will abut against the inner wall of the key hole 11.
It should be noted that the waterproof key 2 herein is made of a soft rubber material, such as thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber or other materials, and when the waterproof key 2 is installed in the key hole 11 in a matching manner, the waterproof key 2 has a larger deformation space and can obtain a tight interference fit effect, thereby improving the waterproof effect.
And the conducting base 22 of the waterproof key 2 is used for stretching into the opening 111 of the key hole 11 to match with the built-in key, based on the structure of the key hole 11, a plug tail buckle 221 is further formed at the end part of the conducting base 22 far away from the base 21, and the plug tail buckle 221 can be clamped with the annular boss 1111 in the opening 111 to prevent the waterproof key 2 from falling off from the key hole 11. Here, the plug tail clip 221 is shown as an annular ridge that surrounds the conductive base 22.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the base 21 is further formed with a supporting boss 24 around the conductive base 22, the supporting boss 24 can play a certain consolidation role for the conductive base 22, and meanwhile, when the waterproof key 2 is detached from the key hole 11, the connecting force between the conductive base 22 and the base 21 is increased, and the conductive base 22 is prevented from being damaged due to the clamping effect of the annular boss 1111.
The key hole 11 is cut by the cutting plane C-C shown in fig. 6 to obtain the schematic sectional structure shown in fig. 7a, and it can be seen that the cross section of the supporting boss 24 may be in the shape of a right trapezoid, and the right angle side of the right trapezoid is close to the conductive base 22 to provide a good support for the conductive base 22; alternatively, as shown in fig. 7b, the cross-section of the support boss 24 may be shaped as a right triangle, and of course, the right side of the right triangle also grips the conductive base 22. It should be noted that the structure in fig. 7b is only a simple example.
Referring to fig. 7a, the plug tail clip 221 is shown as an annular rib, wherein a side of the annular rib facing the base 21 forms a step with the conductive base 22, and a side of the annular rib away from the base 21 forms an inclined surface with the conductive base 22.
When the waterproof key 2 is installed in the key hole 11 of the casing 1, the structure of the waterproof key 2 and the key hole 11 is shown in fig. 8; it can be seen that the annular retaining ring 23 of the waterproof key 2 is in interference fit with the annular groove S of the key hole 11, the inner wall of the annular retaining ring 23 abuts against the outer wall of the annular retaining wall 112, and the outer wall of the annular retaining ring 23 abuts against the inner wall of the key hole 11, which is equivalent to forming two waterproof structures; the conductive base 22 passes through the opening 111 of the key hole 11 to be in butt joint fit with the built-in case 3 in the case 1, and an inclined plane B is formed on one side of the annular boss 1111 facing the annular retaining wall 112, so that the conductive base 22 can conveniently pass through the opening 111 from outside to inside; the tail-plugging buckle 221 on the conductive base 22 is clamped at the lower side of the annular boss 1111 in the opening 111, so that the waterproof key 2 can be prevented from falling off from the key hole 11.
To sum up, in the electronic product 10 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the waterproof button 2 can be installed in the button hole 11 of the casing 1 from outside to inside in a fitting manner, and the waterproof button 2 and the annular groove S in the button hole 11 form two waterproof structures in an interference fit manner, so as to achieve a good waterproof effect; and, the waterproof button 2 cooperates simple structure, convenient dismantlement of key hole 11, and the processing cost is lower, is favorable to the production popularization.
