The stamp management system for physical stamps according to claim 2, wherein the stamp storage module (13) comprises a plurality of boxes for storing intelligent stamps (2), each of the boxes is provided with a box door with an electric door lock and a telescopic rack for placing the intelligent stamps (2), an induction reader-writer is arranged on the telescopic frame, the electric door lock is electrically connected and in signal connection with the processor module (14), so that the processor module (14) controls the electric door lock to open after the scanning module (12) collects the image information before stamping of the stamped file, the induction reader-writer is electrically connected and in signal connection with the processor module (14), and is used for inducing the signal of the taken or replaced intelligent seal (2), so that the induction reader-writer induces a signal that the intelligent seal (2) is put back, and the processor module (14) controls the electric door lock to be closed.

The seal management system for physical seals according to claim 6, wherein the seal storage module (13) further comprises an alarm module, the alarm module is electrically connected and in signal connection with the processor module (14) so that the sensing reader senses a signal that the intelligent seal (2) is taken away, the processor module (14) starts the alarm module, and the microcontroller (21) controls the alarm module to give an alarm when the displacement variation of the intelligent seal (2) is greater than a set value.
