The entrusting unit needs to declare a CFCA digital certificate, and different users belonging to the same entrusting unit can share the digital certificate. When the entrusting unit communicates with the center (including a file interface and an online interface), encryption is carried out by using a digital envelope. When the entrusting entity develops the online interface, it needs to use the encryption interface function provided by CFCA to generate a message digital envelope, and send it to S2 through Sunlink communication middleware.
