本发明公开了一种气体取样袋,涉及取样袋技术领域。本发明包括袋体,袋体上设置进气口并与进气口处设置进气管接头,进气管接头上设置密封盖一;袋体的外侧设置一直管一,直管一的一端贯穿袋体并与袋体内部连通,直管一的另一端通过一软管连通有一直管二;位于直管一一侧的袋体上设置束紧带一,位于直管一轴线延长线上设置一束紧带二,直管一和直管二内均设置一活塞。本发明通过直管二、直管二、软管、弹簧二和两个活塞的设置,实现在用该取样袋进行取样时,能实时掌握取样袋袋内的气体体积和气压,防止袋内气压过高撑裂取样袋。

背景技术
目前,一般气体取样袋外观都是方形塑料袋或铝箔袋制成,工作时用一根胶管和设备连接进行取样。当取样时常采用压力设备向取样袋内鼓入取样气体,但是现有的取样袋在使用时,无法获知样袋内气体的量,常采用按压看取样袋的弹性来确定,这种方式存在在使用时容易造成取样袋内气体鼓入太多,不经意间造成取样袋内炸裂等情况发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种气体取样袋,以解决了上述背景技术提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种气体取样袋,包括袋体,所述袋体上设置进气口并与进气口处设置进气管接头,所述进气管接头上设置密封盖一;所述袋体的外侧设置一直管一,所述直管一的一端贯穿袋体并与袋体内部连通,所述直管一的另一端通过一软管连通有一直管二;位于所述直管一一侧的袋体上设置束紧带一,位于所述直管一轴线延长线上设置一束紧带二;所述进气管接头为一管体,所述进气管接头的底端设置限位环,所述限位环上通过一弹簧一连接有一支撑板,所述支撑板上设置若干贯通孔,所述支撑板的底端通过一连接杆连接有一与限位环配合密封的密封板;所述进气管接头的端口处连接有一与进气管接头密封螺纹配合的套管,所述套管的端部设置限位凸沿;所述密封盖一与进气管接头螺纹连接,所述密封盖一上设置有与套管内侧壁配合的密封塞。
进一步地,所述袋体为一橡胶囊体或PE袋。
进一步地,所述束紧带一的一端粘贴在袋体上、另一端设置公扣一,所述袋体上设置有与公扣一配合的母扣一;所述束紧带二的一端粘贴在袋体上、另一端设置公扣二,所述袋体上设置有与公扣二配合的母扣二。
进一步地,所述直管一包括一圆管一,所述圆管一与软管连接的一端设置固定环,所述固定环上设置有与软管连接的软管接头一;所述固定环通过一弹簧二连接有一可沿圆管一滑动且与圆管一内壁密封配合的活塞一。
进一步地,所述直管二包括圆管二,所述圆管二的两端分别设置有一挡环,其中任意一所述挡环上设置有一与软管连接的软管接头二,所述圆管二内设置有一可沿圆管二滑动且与圆管二内壁密封配合的活塞二;所述圆管二远离软管的一端连接有一密封盖二。
进一步地,所述直管一和直管二均位于塑料管,所述直管二的外侧设置刻度线。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过直管二、直管二、软管、弹簧二和两个活塞的设置,实现在用该取样袋进行取样时,能实时掌握取样袋袋内的气体体积和气压,防止袋内气压过高撑裂取样袋。

使用时先将活塞二64和密封盖一3取下,然后将进气管与进气管接头2上的套管22接通,然后沿管体转动套管22使得密封板28从限位环21处脱离,此时进气管的气体则可通过进气管接头2进入到袋体1内,此时袋体1的气体也进入到直管一4内,伴随着袋体1内气体增多,则袋体1内气压增大,此时气压催动活塞一44沿圆管一41内滑动并挤压弹簧二43,则活塞一44和活塞二64之间的且由直管二6、直管一4和软管5组成的密闭空间气压增大,因此气压活塞二64沿圆管二61内壁滑动,由于圆管二61的一端与空气连通,则密闭空间可与环境大气压平衡,此时气压活塞二64对应的直管二6上的刻度数据即为袋体1的气体气压、和气体体积。
