Claims (10)

1. An anti-freeze-cracking device for a pipeline, comprising:
the outer pipe body is internally provided with a flow channel for medium to flow;
an inner tube disposed within the flow channel;
the supporting frame is respectively connected with the inner wall of the outer pipe body and the outer wall of the inner pipe body;
wherein the inner tube body is provided with an elastic component which can adjust the volume of the flow channel under the action of pressure.
2. The apparatus of claim 1,
the elastic component comprises a silica gel bag arranged inside the inner tube body;
the silicone capsule comprises an elastic capsule body arranged in the inner tube body and a capsule body flanging which is connected with the elastic capsule body and is lapped at the end part of the inner tube body.
3. The device for preventing frost cracking of a pipeline according to claim 2, wherein the elastic assembly comprises two silicone capsules; wherein, two silica gel bags are arranged at two ends of the inner tube body.
4. The apparatus of claim 2, further comprising: the sealing end cover is arranged at the end part of the inner pipe body;
the sealing end cover is abutted against the end part of the inner pipe body and extrudes the bag body flanging to deform so as to provide pretightening force for the sealing between the elastic bag body and the inner pipe body;
and the sealing end cover is provided with a liquid through hole for feeding water into the elastic bag body.
5. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the resilient assembly further comprises: the first partition plate, the second partition plate and the spring;
the first clapboard is arranged corresponding to the elastic bag body and is in butt fit with the back water side of the elastic bag body;
the second partition plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the inner pipe body;
the spring is disposed between the first partition and the second partition.
6. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the resilient assembly further comprises: a first partition plate and a spring;
the first clapboard is arranged corresponding to the elastic bag body and is in butt fit with the back water side of the elastic bag body;
the spring is arranged between the two first partition plates.
7. The device for preventing frost cracking of a pipeline according to claim 5, wherein the support frame is provided with an air passage;
the air channel is used for communicating the outside of the outer tube with the two elastic capsules inside the inner tube;
wherein the air channel is communicated with the two elastic capsules through the tube wall of the inner tube body and the second clapboard.
8. The frost crack prevention device for pipes of claims 3 to 6, wherein the support frame is provided with an air channel;
the air channel is used for communicating the outside of the outer tube with the two elastic capsules inside the inner tube;
wherein the air channel is communicated with the two elastic capsules through the tube wall of the inner tube body.
9. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outer body comprises: a water inlet joint and a water outlet joint;
the water inlet joint is connected with one side end part of the outer pipe body and is arranged in an open shape with a gradually enlarged radial cross section of a drainage basin from the water inlet flow direction;
the water outlet joint is connected with the end part of the other side of the outer pipe body, and is arranged in a closing-up shape with the gradually reduced radial cross section of a drainage basin from the water outlet flow direction.
10. A duct, comprising: an apparatus for preventing frost cracking of a pipe as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
