Abstract
本发明涉及一种翘板式控制阀,包括阀体,阀体上设有小流量管、大流量管,小流量管和大流量管之间铰接柱,大流量管一侧设有第一磁铁,铰接柱上端铰接阀板,阀板一端顶面设有第二磁铁,底面设有小流量管封堵弧面,另一端底面设有大流量管封堵弧面,第二磁铁一侧设有第三磁铁,铰接柱一侧竖直设有电机,电机输出轴连接转臂一端,转臂另一端安装第四磁铁。本发明结构简单,可靠、占用空间小、动作频率快、耗电量低、成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于微型控制阀结构设计领域,涉及翘板式控制阀。
背景技术
调节阀又名控制阀,在工业自动化过程控制领域中,通过接受调节控制单元输出的控制信号,借助动力操作去改变介质流量、压力、温度、液位等工艺参数的最终控制元件。控制阀的发展自20世纪初始已有八、九十年的历史,先后产生了十个大类的调节阀产品、有直通单座、直通双座、角形、隔膜、小流量、三通、偏心旋转、蝶形、套筒式、球形等。到目前控制阀重点转移到可靠性、特殊疑难产品的攻关、改进、提高,对调节阀也有了重大突破;尤其是电子式全功能超轻型阀。虽然电子式全功能超轻型阀具有:重量轻、功能全、可靠性高、应用简单,但对有特殊环境、结构、技术要求的疑难产品,特别是在燃气管道内工作的微型控制阀门,除了要解决防爆性能问题、防泄漏性能问题、价格昂贵问题、动作频率问题、体积问题、材料防腐蚀问题外,更重要的是燃气控制阀功耗问题,一般要达到十几毫安到几十毫安,特别是要利用阀门的开启和关闭来控制流量大小的双弯管燃气表及流量计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种翘板式控制阀,能解决上述的问题。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种翘板式控制阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上设有小流量管、大流量管,所述小流量管和所述大流量管之间铰接柱,所述大流量管一侧设有第一磁铁,所述铰接柱上端铰接阀板中部,所述阀板一端设有第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁一侧设有第三磁铁,所述铰接柱一侧竖直设有电机,所述电机输出轴连接转臂一端,所述转臂另一端安装第四磁铁。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第三磁铁和所述第二磁铁位于铰接点的两侧;所述第二磁铁与所述第一磁铁异极相向,所述第四磁铁与所述第三磁铁同极相向。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第三磁铁和所述第二磁铁位于铰接点的同侧,所述第二磁铁与所述第一磁铁异极相向,所述第四磁铁与所述第三磁铁异极相向。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述转臂位于所述阀板的上方。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二磁铁位于所述第一磁铁的上方。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阀板底面设有大流量管封堵弧面,另一端底面设有小流量管封堵弧面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述电机为步进电机。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阀体上安装磁敏开关。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述磁敏开关为干簧管。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述小流量管和所述大流量管端口设置密封圈。

本发明结构简单,可靠、占用空间小、动作频率快、耗电量低、成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1-4中,包括第四磁铁1、转臂3、电机4、阀板5、干簧管8、大流量管9、小流量管11、第三磁铁12、阀体13、铰接柱14 等。
本发明是一种翘板式控制阀,为本发明的第一实施例:
如图1-2所示,包括阀体13,阀体13上设有小流量管11、大流量管9、铰接柱14,铰接柱14位于小流量管11和大流量管9之间,大流量管9一侧设有第一磁铁7,铰接柱14上端铰接阀板5中部,阀板5一侧设有第二磁铁6,第二磁铁6位于第一磁铁7、大流量管9的上方,另一端设有第三磁铁12、第三磁铁12位于小流量管11的上方。铰接柱14一侧竖直设有电机4,电机4输出轴连接转臂3一端,转臂3另一端安装第四磁铁1,转臂3位于阀板5的上方。
为了使阀板5在密封流量管时更密封,在阀板5两侧底面分别设置大流量管封堵弧面和小流量管封堵弧面,大流量管封堵弧面位于第二磁铁6一侧,小流量管封堵弧面位于第三磁铁12一侧。
第三磁铁12和第二磁铁6位于铰接点的两侧。
第二磁铁6与第一磁铁7异极相向,两者相互吸引。第四磁铁1与第三磁铁12同极相向,两者相互排斥。
电机4为步进电机,旋转角度精确。
为了实时监控阀的状态,在阀体13上安装磁敏开关,在本实施例中,磁敏开关为干簧管8。
第一实施例的工作过程如下:
若需要小流量管11畅通时,电机4控制转臂3远离第三磁铁12,并停留在干簧管8附近,第二磁铁6与第一磁铁7异极相向,相互吸引,第二磁铁6带动阀板5向大流量管9翻转,大流量管封堵弧面将大流量管9封堵,小流量管11被打开,干簧管8感应到第四磁铁1,发信号至PLC,显示小流量管11被打开。
若需要小流量管11关闭时,电机4控制转臂3靠近第三磁铁12,远离干簧管8附近,第四磁铁1与第三磁铁12同极相向,相互排斥,阀板5克服与第一磁铁7的吸力,向小流量管11翻转,小流量管封堵弧面将小流量管11封堵,大流量管9被打开,干簧管8无法感应到第四磁铁1,发信号至PLC,显示小流量管11被关闭。
本发明的第二实施例:
如图3-4所示,包括阀体13,阀体13上设有小流量管11、大流量管9、铰接柱14,铰接柱14位于小流量管11和大流量管9之间,大流量管9一侧设有第一磁铁7,铰接柱14上端铰接阀板5中部,阀板5一侧设有第二磁铁6,在第二磁铁6旁,更靠近铰接点的位置设置第三磁铁12。铰接柱14一侧竖直设有电机4,电机4输出轴连接转臂3一端,转臂3另一端安装第四磁铁1,转臂3位于阀板5的上方。
第二磁铁6位于第一磁铁7、大流量管9的上方,
为了使阀板5在密封流量管时更密封,在阀板5两侧底面分别设置大流量管封堵弧面和小流量管封堵弧面,大流量管封堵弧面位于第二磁铁6一侧,小流量管封堵弧面位于阀板5另一侧底面。
第三磁铁12和第二磁铁6位于铰接点的同侧。
第二磁铁6与第一磁铁7异极相向,两者相互吸引。第四磁铁1与第三磁铁12异极相向,两者相互吸引。
电机4为步进电机,旋转角度精确。

1.一种翘板式控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀包括阀体(13),所述阀体(13)上设有小流量管(11)、大流量管(9),所述小流量管(11)和所述大流量管(9)之间设有铰接柱(14),所述大流量管(9)一侧设有第一磁铁(7),所述铰接柱(14)上端铰接阀板(5)中部,所述阀板(5)一端设有第二磁铁(6),所述第二磁铁(6)一侧设有第三磁铁(12),所述铰接柱(14)一侧竖直设有电机(4),所述电机(4)输出轴连接转臂(3)一端,所述转臂(3)另一端安装第四磁铁(1);所述第三磁铁(12)和所述第二磁铁(6)位于铰接柱的两侧;所述第二磁铁(6)与所述第一磁铁(7)异极相向,所述第四磁铁(1)与所述第三磁铁(12)同极相向;或所述第三磁铁(12)和所述第二磁铁(6)位于铰接柱的同侧,所述第二磁铁(6)与所述第一磁铁(7)异极相向,所述第四磁铁(1)与所述第三磁铁(12)异极相向。
2.如权利要求1所述的翘板式控制阀,其特征在于:所述转臂(3)位于所述阀板(5)的上方。
3.如权利要求1所述的翘板式控制阀,其特征在于:所述第二磁铁(6)位于所述第一磁铁(7)的上方。
4.如权利要求1所述的翘板式控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀板(5)底面设有大流量管封堵弧面,另一端底面设有小流量管封堵弧面。
5.如权利要求1所述的翘板式控制阀,其特征在于:所述电机(4)为步进电机。
6.如权利要求1所述的翘板式控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(13)上安装磁敏开关。
7.如权利要求6所述的翘板式控制阀,其特征在于:所述磁敏开关为干簧管(8)。
8.如权利要求1所述的翘板式控制阀,其特征在于:所述小流量管(11)和所述大流量管(9)端口设置密封圈。
