The invention relates to a high-viscosity one-way metering valve device, which comprises a valve body system and a detection system, wherein the valve body system comprises a valve body and a valve core, a through hole is formed in the axial center of the valve body, the valve core is in a cylindrical shape, the valve core is arranged in the valve body and can axially move in the valve body, a limiting table is arranged at the rear end of the valve core, and the limiting table is larger than the inner diameter of the through hole; the front end of the through hole is an input port, and the side wall of the valve body is provided with an output port communicated with the through hole; the detection system comprises a support and a displacement transmitter, the support is arranged close to the tail end of the valve body, a mounting hole is formed in the support, the displacement transmitter is arranged in the mounting hole, a measuring rod of the displacement transmitter is connected with a limiting table, a spring is sleeved on the measuring rod, and the limiting table is arranged in the mounting hole. The invention can meet the use requirement of corrosive liquid, integrates the functions of the valve and the metering function into a whole, has good sealing performance of the valve, accurate metering and compact structure, and saves the cost.

The invention belongs to the technical field of valve devices, and particularly relates to a high-viscosity one-way metering valve device.
Background
The metering valve is a special volume valve which can meet the requirements of various strict process flows, can realize stepless regulation of flow within the range of 0-100 percent and is used for conveying liquid; the valves on the market are various in types and structural forms, but the valves basically cannot meet the use requirements for corrosive liquid: 1) the valve body and the internal sealing structure can not be normally used for a long time in a corrosive liquid environment; 2) the metering valve cannot meet the normal use in the temperature environment of-10 ℃ to +70 ℃.
In addition, the valves in the current market basically only have the functions of stopping, reversing and the like, and do not have the metering function. If the functions of the two are realized simultaneously, a control valve and a metering device are combined, so that the integration degree of the device is poor, and the economic cost is increased.

The invention provides a high-viscosity one-way metering valve device, which solves the problem that a valve in the prior art cannot simultaneously meet the functions of stopping, reversing and metering.

the detection system comprises a support 1 and a displacement transmitter 2, the support 1 is arranged close to the tail end of the valve body 3, a mounting hole is formed in the support 1, the displacement transmitter 2 is arranged in the mounting hole, a measuring rod 6 of the displacement transmitter 2 is connected with a limiting table 5, a spring 7 is sleeved outside the measuring rod 6, and the limiting table 5 is arranged in the mounting hole.
Further, mirror surface sealing is adopted between the valve body 3 and the valve core 4.
Further, the valve body 3 is made of M6Mo5Cr4V2 material.
Further, the valve core 4 is made of 9Cr18 material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention can meet the use requirement of corrosive liquid, integrates the functions of the valve and the metering function into a whole, has good sealing performance of the valve, accurate metering and compact structure, and saves the cost.
2. The material of the valve body and the valve core of the metering valve adopts the material with good corrosion resistance and comprehensive performance, and the internal structure of the valve body adopts mirror surface sealing, so the valve body and the valve core can be suitable for corrosive liquid environment for a long time, the maintenance cost and the replacement frequency of the metering valve can be effectively reduced, and the production efficiency can be effectively improved.
3. The valve body and the valve core of the metering valve are made of materials with good corrosion resistance and comprehensive performance, and a special heat treatment process is used, so that the metering valve can be normally used in the temperature environment of-10 to +70 ℃. If the traditional valve is required to be used in the environment with the temperature ranging from minus 10 ℃ to plus 70 ℃, a corresponding heat preservation or heat dissipation device is additionally arranged, and therefore the corresponding economic cost is increased. Meanwhile, the added heat preservation or heat dissipation device inevitably occupies a certain space of the equipment, and the equipment with smaller size and compact structure cannot meet the use requirement.

Referring to fig. 1, the high viscosity one-way metering valve device comprises a valve body system and a detection system, wherein the valve body system comprises a valve body 3 and a valve core 4, a through hole is formed in the axial center of the valve body 3, the valve core 4 is in a cylindrical shape, the valve core 4 is arranged in the valve body 3 and can axially move in the valve body 3, a limiting table 5 is arranged at the rear end of the valve core 4, and the limiting table 5 is larger than the inner diameter of the through hole; the front end of the through hole is an input port, and the side wall of the valve body 3 is provided with an output port communicated with the through hole;
the detection system comprises a support 1 and a displacement transmitter 2, wherein the support 1 is closely adjacent to the tail end of the valve body 3, a mounting hole is formed in the support 1, the displacement transmitter 2 is arranged in the mounting hole, a measuring rod 6 of the displacement transmitter 2 is connected with a limiting table 5, a spring 7 is sleeved outside the measuring rod 6, and the limiting table 5 is arranged in the mounting hole.
Because the metering valve is mainly used in corrosive liquid environment, and the conventional sealing ring cannot meet the use requirement of corrosion resistance, the mirror surface sealing is adopted between the valve body 3 and the valve core 4, and the sealing in the form of the conventional sealing ring is avoided.
The valve body 3 is made of a material with high hardness, red hardness and high-temperature hardness; specifically, in this embodiment, the valve body 3 may be made of M6Mo5Cr4V 2.
The valve core 4 is made of a material with good comprehensive properties such as wear resistance, high contact fatigue resistance and the like; specifically, in this embodiment, the valve body 4 is made of 9Cr 18.
Because the valve body 3 and the valve core 4 use a special heat treatment process, the valve body 3 and the valve core 4 can be matched for use in a good sealing state in a temperature environment of-10 ℃ to +70 ℃.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
after the metering valve is opened, liquid is input into the input port of the valve body 3, and the pressure of the liquid pushes the valve core 4 to move backwards along the valve body 3, so that the output port on the valve body 3 is opened and the liquid flows out; when the input liquid stops being delivered, the valve element 3 is reset by the urging force of the spring 7, thereby closing the output port of the valve body 3.
In the process, the displacement transmitter 2 can detect the axial movement distance of the valve core 4, and then the opening area of the output port can be calculated according to the diameter of the output port; according to the relevant fluid mechanics principle, the flow rate of the liquid flowing through the metering valve can be calculated according to the pressure of the input port and the output port. When the input liquid stops conveying, the valve core 3 is reset by the thrust of the spring, so that the metering valve is closed, and the function of the stop valve is realized.
The metering valve of the invention can be normally used in the working process under the temperature environment of-10 ℃ to +70 ℃.

the detection system comprises a support (1) and a displacement transmitter (2), wherein the support (1) is arranged close to the tail end of the valve body (3), a mounting hole is formed in the support (1), the displacement transmitter (2) is arranged in the mounting hole, a measuring rod (6) of the displacement transmitter (2) is connected with a limiting table (5), a spring (7) is sleeved outside the measuring rod (6), and the limiting table (5) is arranged in the mounting hole.

4. The high viscosity unidirectional metering valve device of claim 1, wherein the valve core (4) is made of 9Cr18 material.
