Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an auxiliary agent used in polyester filament yarn processing, in particular to an environment-friendly low-oiling polyester anti-splashing DTY oiling agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The polyester DTY oiling agent is an indispensable auxiliary material in the polyester processing process, the performance of the oiling agent directly influences the stable quality of polyester yarn products, and whether post-processing is smooth or not. In recent years, although the polyester DTY oiling agent has completely realized localization and the technology is gradually mature, the traditional DTY oiling agent is also limited in use as the national environmental protection department has stricter and stricter control on industrial pollution discharge indexes.
Under the current environmental protection pressure, the existing polyester DTY oiling agent has the following defects: most of the prior manufacturers take pure white oil as a smoothing agent, the effective function of the polyester DTY is exerted after the polyester DTY is processed and before the printing and dyeing process, most of the processes need to wash the oil agent from the fabric before the printing and dyeing, and although the prior art has a no-wash technology, most of the manufacturers cannot bear the cost caused by the oil agent. The main pollutant in the wastewater is emulsified white oil, and the emulsified white oil can be discharged only through complex sewage treatment under the condition of high content of white oil, which undoubtedly increases the burden on the environment and printing and dyeing companies.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical defects in the prior art, the invention aims to solve the technical problems that: provides an environment-friendly DTY oil agent capable of realizing low oiling and a manufacturing method thereof. The oil agent has the synthetic ester smoothing agent, so that better oil film strength can be provided, and the oil agent meeting smooth processing production can be provided under the condition of low oiling. Meanwhile, compared with white mineral oil, the synthetic ester is a degradable smoothing agent, so that the degradation difficulty is reduced, and the national environmental protection strategy is met. In addition, the oil preparation has simple preparation method and convenient operation, and is suitable for industrial popularization and application.
The technical scheme of the oil solution technical problem of the invention is as follows: the polyester DTY oiling agent is characterized in that the compounding raw materials of the oiling agent comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 20-30% of environment-friendly synthetic oil, 40-50% of white oil, 10% of composite antistatic agent, 10-15% of compound emulsifier, 0.5-1% of anti-splashing agent and the balance of polymer-removing additive.
Further, the environment-friendly synthetic oil is at least one of degradable esters synthesized by reacting different structure acids with alcohols.
Further, the antistatic agent is potassium alkyl phosphate or a mixture of potassium alkyl phosphate and beta-alkyl sulfonate.
Further, the white oil is white mineral oil.
Furthermore, 25% of environment-friendly synthetic oil and 50% of white oil; 5% of potassium alkyl phosphate, 5% of a mixture of beta-alkyl sulfonates; 4% of macromolecular random polyether, 3% of sorbitan monooleate and 5% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; 1% of polyoxyethylene ether and oleic acid polyethylene glycol 400 diester with high molecular weight, 2.5% of polysorbitan fatty acid monooleate; 1% of anti-spattering agent; 0.5 percent of additive.
Furthermore, 28% of environment-friendly synthetic oil, 40% of white oil, 5% of potassium alkyl phosphate, 6% of a mixture of beta-alkyl sulfonate, 5.5% of high-molecular random polyether, 5.5% of sorbitan monooleate, 5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1% of high-molecular polyoxypropylene ether and oleic acid polyethylene glycol 400 diester, 2.5% of polysorbitol fatty acid monooleate, 1% of a splashing agent and 0.5% of an additive.
The manufacturing method of the terylene DTY oiling agent comprises the following steps of adopting the weight percentage of the compound raw materials of the terylene DTY oiling agent: according to the weight ratio of the components, the synthetic oil and the white oil are pumped into a reaction kettle and stirred, the environment-friendly emulsifier and the antistatic agent are pumped into the reaction kettle and stirred uniformly, and then the anti-splashing agent and the high molecular additive are added and stirred uniformly to obtain the product.
Furthermore, the temperature of the reaction kettle is controlled to be 40-50 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. degradable environment-friendly synthetic oil is introduced into a smoothing agent system, so that the degradability of the refreshing oil agent is improved, and the environment pollution caused by the refreshing oil agent is reduced.
2. By introducing the synthetic oil with higher oil film strength, the condition of lower oiling can be met, and the elasticizing and the subsequent process can be ensured to be carried out smoothly.
3. Except for the main smoothing agent, the antistatic agent, the emulsifier and the additive used in the invention do not contain nonyl phenol compound, and are environment-friendly.
4. The invention has low requirement on manufacturing, is convenient to operate and is suitable for industrial popularization.
