This ceramic tile surface anti-skid agent is water-soluble liquid, and is nontoxic harmless, has superstrong osmotic force, can effectively permeate ceramic tile capillary channel, through with the chemical action on ceramic tile surface, make this pipeline widen, with the sucking disc effect that the sole contact energy formed physics when meeting water or oil stain, make the ceramic tile surface after the processing have fine antiskid and antifouling effect, and the persistence is good, safety ring protects, can simplify ceramic tile surface antiskid processing technology simultaneously.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic tile surface antiskid, and particularly relates to a ceramic tile surface antiskid agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background

Further, the organic acid is any one or a mixture of more of fruit acid, citric acid and acetic acid.
Further, the humectant is butanetriol, polyethylene glycol, glycerol and polypropylene glycol in a weight ratio of 0.8: (0.1-2): (0.6-0.9): 1, in a mixture of the components.
Further, the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and esterquat in a weight ratio of 0.8: (0.3-0.6): (0.5-0.8).
Further, the silane coupling agent is methyl trimethoxy silane and methyl triacetoxy silane in a weight ratio of (1.0-1.6): 0.9 of the composition.
Further, the silicone oil is any one or a mixture of more of methyl silicone oil, organic modified silicone oil, methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil, methyl ethoxy silicone oil and ethyl silicone oil.
Further, the dispersion stabilizer is diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and an allyl ether-acrylamide copolymer in a weight ratio (0.6-1): (0.9-1.5): 1, in a mixture of the components.
Further, the defoaming agent is any one or a mixture of more of polydimethylsiloxane, polyether modified polysiloxane, organic silicone oil, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether and polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glycerol ether.
Further, the bactericidal disinfectant is alkylphenol ethoxylates or dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.
Further, the stain remover is any one of sodium tripolyphosphate, polyoxyethylene ether and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate.
The preparation method of the tile surface anti-slip agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing organic acid, ammonium bifluoride and humectant in specified weight, dissolving in deionized water, and stirring at 25 deg.C at 1000r/min for 30min to obtain mixed solution A;
(2) weighing a surfactant, a silane coupling agent and silicone oil in specified weight, adding the surfactant, the silane coupling agent and the silicone oil into the mixed solution A, and stirring the mixture for 30min at 25 ℃ at the rotating speed of 800r/min to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) weighing the dispersion stabilizer, the OP emulsifier and the defoaming agent in specified weight, adding the dispersion stabilizer, the OP emulsifier and the defoaming agent into the mixed solution B, and stirring the mixture for 30min at the rotating speed of 600r/min at 25 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution C;
(4) and weighing the sterilizing disinfectant and the stain remover in specified weight, adding the sterilizing disinfectant and the stain remover into the mixed solution C, and stirring the mixture for 30min at 25 ℃ at the rotating speed of 400r/min to obtain the anti-slip agent for the surface of the ceramic tile.

example 1
The tile surface anti-slip agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
2% of organic acid;
10% of ammonium bifluoride;
0.5% of humectant;
0.1% of surfactant;
2% of a silane coupling agent;
1% of silicone oil;
0.1% of dispersion stabilizer;
OP emulsifier 0.5%;
0.1% of defoaming agent;
0.2% of bactericidal disinfectant;
3% of a stain remover;
the balance being deionized water.
The organic acid is one or more of fruit acid, citric acid and acetic acid.
The humectant is butanetriol, polyethylene glycol, glycerol and polypropylene glycol in a weight ratio of 0.8: (0.1-2): (0.6-0.9): 1, in a mixture of the components.
The surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and esterquat in a weight ratio of 0.8: (0.3-0.6): (0.5-0.8).
The silane coupling agent is methyl trimethoxy silane and methyl triacetoxy silane in a weight ratio of (1.0-1.6): 0.9 of the composition.

The disinfectant is alkylphenol polyoxyethylene or dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.
The dirt remover is any one of sodium tripolyphosphate, polyoxyethylene ether and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate.
The preparation method of the tile surface anti-slip agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing organic acid, ammonium bifluoride and humectant in specified weight, dissolving in deionized water, and stirring at 25 deg.C at 1000r/min for 30min to obtain mixed solution A;
(2) weighing a surfactant, a silane coupling agent and silicone oil in specified weight, adding the surfactant, the silane coupling agent and the silicone oil into the mixed solution A, and stirring the mixture for 30min at 25 ℃ at the rotating speed of 800r/min to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) weighing the dispersion stabilizer, the OP emulsifier and the defoaming agent in specified weight, adding the dispersion stabilizer, the OP emulsifier and the defoaming agent into the mixed solution B, and stirring the mixture for 30min at the rotating speed of 600r/min at 25 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution C;
(4) and weighing the sterilizing disinfectant and the stain remover in specified weight, adding the sterilizing disinfectant and the stain remover into the mixed solution C, and stirring the mixture for 30min at 25 ℃ at the rotating speed of 400r/min to obtain the anti-slip agent for the surface of the ceramic tile.
Example 2
The tile surface anti-slip agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
6% of organic acid;
17% of ammonium bifluoride;
1.2% of a humectant;
0.8% of surfactant;
4.1% of a silane coupling agent;
6% of silicone oil;
0.8% of dispersion stabilizer;
OP emulsifier 3%;
0.8 percent of defoaming agent;
1.2 percent of bactericidal disinfectant;
5.6 percent of stain remover;
the balance being deionized water.
The other steps are the same as in example 1.
Example 3
The tile surface anti-slip agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
8% of organic acid;
21% of ammonium bifluoride;
1.8% of a humectant;
1.3% of a surfactant;
5.2% of a silane coupling agent;
9% of silicone oil;
1.3 percent of dispersion stabilizer;
4.5 percent of OP emulsifier;
1.3 percent of defoaming agent;
2.1 percent of bactericidal disinfectant;
6% of a stain remover;
the balance being deionized water.
The other steps are the same as in example 1.
Example 4
The tile surface anti-slip agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
10% of organic acid;
25% of ammonium bifluoride;
2% of a humectant;
1.5% of a surfactant;
6% of a silane coupling agent;
10% of silicone oil;
1.5 percent of dispersion stabilizer;
OP emulsifier 6%;
1.5 percent of defoaming agent;
2.5 percent of bactericidal disinfectant;
7% of a stain remover;
the balance being deionized water.
The other steps are the same as in example 1.
Example 5
The tile surface anti-slip agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
4% of organic acid;
14% of ammonium bifluoride;
0.8% of humectant;
0.4% of surfactant;
3% of a silane coupling agent;
3% of silicone oil;
0.4% of dispersion stabilizer;
OP emulsifier 1.5%;
0.4 percent of defoaming agent;
0.8% of bactericidal disinfectant;
4.5 percent of stain remover;
the balance being deionized water.
The other steps are the same as in example 1.
In order to verify the anti-slip effect of the anti-slip agent for tile surface according to the present invention, the inventors applied the anti-slip agent prepared in examples 1 to 5 to the tile surface and performed the measurement of the friction coefficient, and the results are shown in table 1:

Claims (11)

2-10% of organic acid;
10-25% of ammonium bifluoride;
0.5 to 2 percent of humectant;
0.1 to 1.5 percent of surfactant;
2-6% of a silane coupling agent;
1-10% of silicone oil;
0.1 to 1.5 percent of dispersion stabilizer;
OP emulsifier 0.5-6%;
0.1 to 1.5 percent of defoaming agent;
0.2 to 2.5 percent of bactericidal disinfectant;
3-7% of a stain remover;
the balance being deionized water.
2. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the organic acid is any one or a mixture of more of fruit acid, citric acid and acetic acid.
3. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the humectant is butanetriol, polyethylene glycol, glycerol, and polypropylene glycol in a weight ratio of 0.8: (0.1-2): (0.6-0.9): 1, in a mixture of the components.
4. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and esterquat in a weight ratio of 0.8: (0.3-0.6): (0.5-0.8).
5. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the silane coupling agent is methyltrimethoxysilane and methyltriacetoxysilane in a weight ratio of (1.0-1.6): 0.9 of the composition.
6. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the silicone oil is any one or a mixture of methyl silicone oil, organic modified silicone oil, methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil, methyl ethoxy silicone oil and ethyl silicone oil.
7. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the dispersion stabilizer is diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, propylene ether-acrylamide copolymer in the weight ratio (0.6-1): (0.9-1.5): 1, in a mixture of the components.
8. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is any one or a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane, polyether modified polysiloxane, silicone oil, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether and polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glycerol ether.
9. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the bactericidal disinfectant is alkylphenol ethoxylates or dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.
10. The tile surface anti-slip agent according to claim 1, wherein the stain remover is any one of sodium tripolyphosphate, polyoxyethylene ether and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate.
11. A process for the preparation of a tile surface anti-slip agent according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing organic acid, ammonium bifluoride and humectant in specified weight, dissolving in deionized water, and stirring at 25 deg.C at 1000r/min for 30min to obtain mixed solution A;
(2) weighing a surfactant, a silane coupling agent and silicone oil in specified weight, adding the surfactant, the silane coupling agent and the silicone oil into the mixed solution A, and stirring the mixture for 30min at 25 ℃ at the rotating speed of 800r/min to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) weighing the dispersion stabilizer, the OP emulsifier and the defoaming agent in specified weight, adding the dispersion stabilizer, the OP emulsifier and the defoaming agent into the mixed solution B, and stirring the mixture for 30min at the rotating speed of 600r/min at 25 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution C;
(4) and weighing the sterilizing disinfectant and the stain remover in specified weight, adding the sterilizing disinfectant and the stain remover into the mixed solution C, and stirring the mixture for 30min at 25 ℃ at the rotating speed of 400r/min to obtain the anti-slip agent for the surface of the ceramic tile.
