The method for preparing the concrete additive with good water reducing, water permeating and wear resisting properties as claimed in claim 2, wherein the initiator is one or more selected from cumene hydroperoxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, cyclohexanone peroxide, dicyclohexyl peroxydicarbonate, azobisisobutyronitrile and azobisisoheptonitrile.
5. The method for preparing the concrete additive with good water reducing, water permeating and wear resistance as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inert gas is one or more selected from helium, neon and argon.
6. The method for preparing the concrete additive with good water reducing, water permeating and wear resisting properties as claimed in claim 2, wherein the high boiling point solvent is one or more selected from dimethyl sulfoxide, N-dimethylformamide and N-methylpyrrolidone.

The preparation method of the concrete additive with good water reducing, water permeating and wear resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the modified wollastonite powder comprises the following steps: dispersing wollastonite powder in ethanol, adding a coupling agent, stirring at 40-60 ℃ for reaction for 3-5 hours, centrifuging, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 70-80 ℃ for 15-18 hours to obtain the modified wollastonite powder.
8. The preparation method of the concrete additive with good water reducing, water permeating and wear resistance according to claim 7 is characterized in that the mass ratio of the wollastonite powder, the ethanol and the coupling agent is (3-5) to 10 (0.03-0.05).
