Claims (10)

1. A method for controlling a dental CNC device, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring original feed data;
executing the original feed data, controlling a dental CNC (computer numerical control) device to perform primary cutting on a zirconia tray according to the original feed data, recording executed feed data after the primary cutting is completed, and uploading the original feed data and the executed feed data;
receiving and storing the original feed data and the executed feed data;
before secondary cutting, acquiring the stored original feed data and the executed feed data;
generating and issuing to-be-executed feed data according to the original feed data and the executed feed data;
and receiving and executing the to-be-executed feed data, and controlling the dental CNC equipment to perform secondary cutting on the zirconia material disc according to the to-be-executed feed data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the feed data to be executed comprises:
comparing the original feed data and the executed feed data, and analyzing a difference between the original feed data and the executed feed data;
and generating feed data to be executed according to the difference between the original feed data and the executed feed data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the raw feed data, the executed feed data, and the to-be-executed feed data each have a unique identification code therein, and the unique identification codes correspond to zirconia trays one-to-one.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the raw feed data, the executed feed data, and the to-be-executed feed data comprise a plurality of tray split data and a plurality of single crown feed data;
in the process of executing the original feed data or executing the to-be-executed feed data, the tray segmentation data and the single crown feed data are executed at intervals;
executing the tray division data to divide the zirconia tray into a plurality of cutting units, and executing the single crown feed data to cut the external contour of the dental crown on the cutting units so as to obtain the target dental crown.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dental CNC device is provided with at least one, and at least one of the dental CNC devices performs data sharing via a local area network, and the data sharing includes: uploading the executed feed data, receiving and storing the original feed data and the executed feed data, issuing the to-be-executed feed data and receiving the to-be-executed feed data.
6. The system is characterized by comprising a cloud server, a plurality of lower computers and a plurality of dental CNC devices;
the dental CNC equipment corresponds to the lower computers one by one, and is connected with the cloud server through the lower computers;
wherein one of the dental CNC devices acquires raw feed data;
the dental CNC equipment which acquires the original feed data executes the original feed data, primary cutting is carried out on a zirconia tray according to the original feed data, executed feed data is recorded after the primary cutting is finished, and the original feed data and the executed feed data are uploaded through the lower computer corresponding to the dental CNC equipment;
the cloud server receives and stores the original feed data and the executed feed data;
before secondary cutting, the cloud server acquires the stored original feed data and the executed feed data;
the cloud server generates feed data to be executed according to the original feed data and the executed feed data, and transmits the generated feed data to be executed to the other dental CNC equipment through the lower computer;
and the dental CNC equipment which acquires the to-be-executed feed data executes the to-be-executed feed data, and performs secondary cutting on the zirconia tray according to the to-be-executed feed data.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein the cloud server generating the to-be-executed feed data according to the original feed data and the executed feed data specifically comprises:
the cloud server compares the original feed data with the executed feed data, and analyzes the difference between the original feed data and the executed feed data;
and the cloud server generates feed data to be executed according to the difference between the original feed data and the executed feed data.
8. The dental CNC equipment control system of claim 6, wherein the raw feed data, the executed feed data and the to-be-executed feed data all have a unique identification code therein, and the unique identification code corresponds to a zirconia tray one to one.
9. The dental CNC apparatus control system according to the claim 6, wherein, the original feeding data, the executed feeding data and the to-be-executed feeding data comprise a plurality of tray division data and a plurality of single crown feeding data;
in the process of executing the original feed data or executing the to-be-executed feed data, the tray segmentation data and the single crown feed data are executed at intervals;
executing the tray division data to divide the zirconia tray into a plurality of cutting units, and executing the single crown feed data to cut the external contour of the dental crown on the cutting units so as to obtain the target dental crown.
10. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores one or more programs executable by one or more processors to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
