The right-angle rotatable oil nozzle assembly method adopts the right-angle rotatable oil nozzle assembly special tool as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, and is characterized in that the polyurethane rod (5) is embedded into the vertical inner hole (1-2) of the oil inlet nozzle (1), the part of the polyurethane rod (5) extending into the transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle (1) is cut off at the inner hole opening of the oil inlet nozzle, and then the cut surface of the polyurethane rod (5) and the hole wall of the transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle (1) form a continuous smooth arc surface through trimming, so that the damage to the sealing ring (3) caused by the sharp angle (1-1) at the inner hole opening of the oil inlet nozzle (1) and the oil passing half shaft (2) is avoided, and the concrete operation steps are as follows:
a. penetrating a special cutting tool (10) with a polyurethane rod penetrating hole (10-1) into a transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle (1), so that the polyurethane rod penetrating hole (10-1) is communicated with a vertical inner hole (1-2) of the oil inlet nozzle (1);
b. embedding a polyurethane rod (5) into a vertical inner hole (1-2) of the oil nozzle (1) by using a special tool for preventing sharp corners of the inner hole opening of the oil nozzle from damaging a sealing ring, wherein one end of the polyurethane rod (5) stretches into the polyurethane rod penetrating hole (10-1) of a special cutting tool (10);
c. a special cutting tool (10) is pushed and pulled in a reciprocating manner, the polyurethane rod (5) is cut through the cutting edges at the left side and the right side of the polyurethane rod penetrating hole (10-1), then the special cutting tool (10) is rotated, and the part of the polyurethane rod extending into the transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle is completely cut through the cutting edges at the front side and the rear side of the polyurethane rod penetrating hole (10-1);
d. withdrawing the special cutting tool (10) from the transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle (1);
e. penetrating a special trimming cutter (11) from one end of a transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle (1), and trimming the cut surface of the polyurethane rod (5) through axial movement of the special trimming cutter (11);
f. the special trimming cutter (11) is withdrawn from the transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle (1), and then penetrates into the transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle (1) from the other end of the transverse inner hole, and the cutting surface of the polyurethane rod (5) is trimmed through the axial movement of the special trimming cutter (11);
g. the special trimming cutter (11) is withdrawn from the transverse inner hole (1-3) of the oil inlet nozzle (1), the oil inlet nozzle (1) is assembled with the oil passing half shaft (2), and the oil inlet nozzle (1) is axially positioned through the mounting retainer ring (4), so that the right-angle rotatable oil inlet nozzle is assembled.
8. The right angle rotatable nozzle assembly method according to claim 7, wherein in said step b, a polyurethane rod (5) is selected which matches the diameter size at the orifice of the vertical bore (1-2) of the oil inlet nozzle (1).
9. The assembling method of the right-angle rotatable nozzle according to claim 7, wherein in the step g, the special tool is removed after the assembling of the right-angle rotatable nozzle is completed, and the polyurethane rod (5) is taken out from the vertical inner hole (1-2) of the oil inlet nozzle (1).
