A hand-held automobile polishing machine is a hand-held metal surface polishing device and mainly aims to make up for the fine defects of paint film surfaces such as coarse grains, sand paper marks, flow marks, white reflection, orange peel and the like which can appear on the automobile surface after spraying. However, the type of the existing handheld polishing machine is single, and mainly a motor and a single-shaft combined polishing wheel are used for polishing, so that the problem that polishing pressure, polishing surface temperature and rotation torque (rotating speed) are difficult to control in the manual operation process cannot be solved. Chinese patent No. CN109434641A discloses a name: "an automobile burnishing and polishing machine of adjustable diameter of polishing", its shortcoming is: there is no automated control of pressure, temperature. In summary, the prior art suffers from deficiencies in achieving pressure, temperature and torque control, such that more and more customers are seeking better specialized sanding and polishing tool solutions.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the existing technical problems, the invention provides novel handheld polishing equipment which is simple in structure, convenient to install and debug, low in operation difficulty and good in polishing quality.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: it is characterized in that it comprises: the device comprises a shell, a driving part, a rotating part, a counterweight part and a torque motor. The shape of the shell is a cylinder, from the perspective of pressure uniformity, 3 groups of miniature force unloading units are adopted in the shell, and the miniature force unloading units are uniformly arranged on the shell of the device at 120 degrees. Each group of force unloading units is provided with two balance weight plates with racks, a gear is arranged between the two balance weight plates and driven by a torque motor so as to achieve the lifting effect, a spring is arranged below one of the balance weight plates, and a transmission device is arranged below the other balance weight plate so as to achieve the lifting effect. When pressure is applied, the sensor can acquire signals, the driving device and the counterweight device form reverse actions through control processing of the lower computer, and the counter acting force generated by the driving device and the reverse actions generated by the counterweight device are mutually offset through anticlockwise rotation.
The innovation points of the equipment of the invention are mainly as follows:
(1) in order to realize accurate control of pressure, temperature and torque, three sensors with high precision, high sensitivity and low hysteresis are respectively adopted for data acquisition and corresponding signal processing modules are designed;
(2) in order to realize high integration of control, a lower computer system is developed to realize automatic control of 5G network communication, temperature, pressure and torque
(3) In order to obtain the optimal use parameters, a plurality of groups of data models are determined through manual operation experience, and simulation analysis under different models is carried out;
(4) based on the optimal parameters, PCB design and programming of upper and lower computers are carried out, and the pressure control, temperature control and torsion control (speed) precision of the Mirka AOS-B-II type hand-held polishing equipment is tested.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the front end device of the novel handheld automobile polishing machine of the present invention comprises: the device comprises a driving part 1, a rotating part 2, a counterweight part 3, a torque motor 4 and a device shell 5.
The shell 5 is cylindrical, 3 groups of micro force unloading units are adopted in the shell from the viewpoint of pressure uniformity, and the micro force unloading units are uniformly arranged on the shell of the device at 120 degrees. Each group of force unloading units is provided with two balance weight plates 3 with racks, a gear is arranged between the two balance weight plates and driven by a torque motor 4 so as to achieve the lifting action, a spring 6 is arranged below one of the balance weight plates 3, and a sensor fixing block 7 is arranged below the other balance weight plate.
When the stress of the weight part 3 is overlarge, a pressure sensor at the front end of the weight part collects an electric signal, the electric signal is processed by a lower computer system to control the torque motor 4, the torque motor 4 transmits the residual load to the driving part 1 through the rotating part 2, the front end of the driving part is provided with a spring, the spring is compressed, and the force unloading is completed.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of the force-releasing device, the rotating member 2 is a circular wheel body, and the rotating member 2 is provided with a pivoting member and a tooth-engaging portion surrounding the pivoting member. Wherein the rotating member 2 rotates around the pivot member, and the engaging teeth are linked by the first driving portion of the driving member. Each group of power-off units is provided with two cuboid weight plates, the weight plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the rotating part, one end of each weight plate is provided with a second driving part in the shape of a wavy tooth, and the second driving part is meshed with the tooth-meshing part of the rotating part. The spring is a coil spring or a ring spring, and has the function of consuming external force impact and vibration.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of the overall control of the hand-held polishing apparatus, the lower computer system (integrated control) integrates a 5G communication module, a core control module, a main motion control module, a force-releasing motion control module, a signal processing module and a sensor set. A core control module in the system adopts an ARM-structured high-performance singlechip to complete the motion control of a main motion rotating speed control and a force unloading device, and simultaneously processes and converts temperature, pressure and torque (rotating speed) signals to complete data acquisition and communication of a sensor group; and the upper computer system completes the monitoring of the running state of the equipment through the 5G communication module. It includes: the method comprises the following steps of polishing surface temperature monitoring, equipment working pressure monitoring, polishing wheel rotating speed detection, running time display, equipment model identification and operator identity confirmation.
Considering the surface temperature of the vehicle paint polishing, the temperature range is narrow, and the thermal resistor is used as a temperature sensor for measuring the local temperature of the polished surface; the working pressure and the comprehensive rotating speed of the polishing machine are comprehensively considered, and the working pressure of the polishing wheel is measured by adopting the piezoresistive sensor. Considering that the type of the measured torque is the rotating torque and the rotating speed is moderate, a torque sensor with standard measuring range and the output signal of the torque sensor is a frequency signal is adopted.
The working principle is as follows: the moving body of the polishing gun is held by hand first, and the automobile shell is ground and polished by opening the interior of the polishing gun and the motor of the front-end device. The rotary disk under the device is enabled to move downwards through downward force application before polishing, and the front-end device can generate certain air pressure adsorption when an operator operates the device through the circular hollow part of the device, so that the main body can be better adsorbed on the automobile shell. Through the collection of the sensor and the related detection of the equipment, the automatic control of pressure, temperature and torque is realized.
