Abstract
The invention relates to a novel flange welding tool and a using method thereof, wherein the novel flange welding tool comprises a support body provided with a middle through hole, a lead screw penetrating through the middle through hole, a limiting device limiting the axial movement of the lead screw, and a flange plate fixedly arranged at the outer end of the support body, wherein the flange plate is provided with a bolt hole corresponding to a connecting hole of a flange to be welded; the supporting body is provided with a positioning table which is radially jacked to the joint of the flange to be welded and the cylinder barrel, and a plurality of tensioning blocks which are circumferentially distributed and are in sliding connection with the supporting body along the radial direction, and a taper sleeve of which the inner hole is connected with the screw rod through threads is arranged in the middle through hole. The positioning table is used for supporting the joint of the cylinder barrel and the flange to be welded, so that the stability of a workpiece during welding is improved; make the cylinder and treat the inner wall parallel and level of welded flange through setting up the location platform, removed the process of welding back turning location boss, improved the operating efficiency by a wide margin, fix a position more accurately moreover, high temperature resistant, coefficient of thermal expansion is little, repeatedly usable, easy dismounting.

4. after welding is finished, the screw rod is rotated reversely, the taper sleeve is moved away from the support body through the thread action of the screw rod and the taper sleeve, and the jacking action on the tensioning block is lost;
5. and (4) dismounting the connecting bolt of the flange to be welded and the flange plate, and drawing out the welding tool from the flange to be welded.

The supporting body is provided with positioning tables 3 which are radially jacked to the joint of the flange 4 to be welded and the cylinder barrel 1, one end of the cylinder barrel, which is in contact with the flange to be welded, is sleeved on the positioning tables, the number of the positioning tables is more than or equal to three, the positioning tables are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and the outer surfaces of the positioning tables are cambered surfaces matched with the inner walls of the cylinder barrel and the flange to be welded; the supporting body is also provided with a plurality of radial holes which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and tensioning blocks 9 which are connected with the supporting body in a sliding way along the radial direction are arranged in the radial holes in a sliding way.

3. rotating the lead screw, enabling the taper sleeve to move towards the side of the flange plate along the axial direction by utilizing the thread effect of the lead screw and the taper sleeve, pushing the tensioning block to move along the radial direction by utilizing the conical surface, enabling the tensioning block to push against the inner walls of the cylinder barrel and the flange to be welded, and then welding the cylinder barrel and the flange to be welded;
4. after welding is finished, the screw rod is rotated reversely, the taper sleeve is moved away from the support body through the thread action of the screw rod and the taper sleeve, and the jacking action on the tensioning block is lost;
5. and (4) dismounting the connecting bolt of the flange to be welded and the flange plate, and drawing out the welding tool from the flange to be welded.

(4) after welding is finished, the screw rod is rotated reversely, the taper sleeve is moved away from the support body through the thread action of the screw rod and the taper sleeve, and the jacking action on the tensioning block is lost;
(5) and (4) dismounting the connecting bolt of the flange to be welded and the flange plate, and drawing out the welding tool from the flange to be welded.
