Detailed Description
The specific structure of the universal interface and the end tool having the same will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-12, the universal interface includes: a male connector 10, a female connector 20, and a carrier plate 30. The male connector 10 includes: the male connector 10 comprises a plug part 101 and a first connecting part 102, wherein a first accommodating cavity 103 which is through up and down is formed in the male connector 10, and the plug part 101 at least comprises two side walls. The female joint 20 includes: the plug connector comprises a receiving portion 201, a second connecting portion 202 and a clamping groove 203, wherein a second accommodating cavity 204 is formed in the receiving portion 201 and used for accommodating the plug portion 101, the clamping groove 203 is formed in the second connecting portion 202, a third accommodating cavity 205 is formed in the second connecting portion 202, and the third accommodating cavity 205 is communicated with the second accommodating cavity 204. The tool carrier plate 30 has a tool holder 301 and a ramp 302, the tool holder 301 is slidably engaged with the slot 203, the ramp 302 has an inclined surface and a latch hole 303, and the ramp 302 is disposed at a lower portion of the tool carrier plate 30. Preferably, two locking grooves 203 are arranged on the outer side wall of the second connecting portion 202, and the locking grooves 203 are in sliding fit with the inner edge of the tool bayonet 301. Preferably, the number of the sidewalls of the plug portion may be four, and the number of the sidewalls of the receiving portion may be four.
Still include a self-locking mechanism, self-locking mechanism includes: a male connector positioning hole 104 formed in the side wall of the plug part 101 of the male connector 10, a through hole 206 formed in the side wall of the receiving part of the female connector 20, a ramp roller 207, a female connector self-locking pin 208, an extension spring 209 and a spring positioning bolt 210; a female joint self-locking pin 208 penetrates through the through hole 206, a part of the female joint self-locking pin 208, which is positioned outside the side wall of the receiving part, is provided with a ramp roller 207 and a spring positioning bolt 210, one end of an extension spring 209 is connected with the spring positioning bolt 201, and the other end of the extension spring is connected with the side wall of the receiving part; the inclined rail roller 207 is arranged at the upper part of the female joint self-locking pin 208, and the spring positioning bolt 210 is arranged at the lower part of the female joint self-locking pin 208 and is opposite to the inclined rail roller 207; the inclined surface is arranged at one end of the inclined rail 302 and is in sliding fit with the inclined rail roller 207; when the plug portion 101 of the male connector 10 is completely inserted into the receiving portion 201 of the female connector 20, the male connector positioning hole 104 corresponds to the through hole 206. Preferably, a limiting groove 2081 is formed in the female connector self-locking pin 208, a limiting column 2082 is arranged in the side wall of the female connector receiving portion, and one end of the limiting column 2082 extends into the through hole 206 to be matched with the limiting groove 2081, so as to limit the moving distance of the female connector self-locking pin 208 in the through hole 206.
Still include an unlocking mechanism, unlocking mechanism includes: the unlocking bolt 211, the pin 212 and the unlocking spring 213 of the female connector 20 and the wedge-shaped sliding groove 105 formed on the side wall of the plug part 101 of the male connector 10; the opening of the wedge-shaped chute 105 is gradually increased from bottom to top; the side wall of the receiving part of the female joint 20 is further provided with a first cavity 214 for accommodating an unlocking bolt 211 and an unlocking spring 213 and a second cavity 215 for accommodating the movement of the pin 212, the pin 212 is arranged on the unlocking bolt 211, the axis of the pin is perpendicular to the axis of the unlocking bolt, one end of the unlocking spring 213 is connected with the unlocking bolt 211, the other end of the unlocking spring 213 is abutted against the sealed end of the first cavity 214, and the unlocking bolt 211 can extend out of the open end of the first cavity 214 and extend into a bolt hole 303 of the inclined rail 302; a bolt hole 303 is arranged at the other end of the inclined rail 302 and is used for the unlocking bolt 311 to extend into; the wedge-shaped sliding groove 105 of the plug portion 101 of the male connector 10 is in sliding fit with the pin 212, and the pin 212 is driven by the wedge-shaped sliding groove 105 to move along with the insertion of the plug portion 101 of the male connector into the female connector receiving portion 201, and simultaneously drives the unlocking latch 211 to move so as to be separated from the latch hole 303 of the inclined rail 302, thereby unlocking the female connector 20 and the tool bearing plate 30. Preferably, the receiving portion of the female connector has a side wall formed with a guide groove for guiding the pin 212.
Still include power transmission mechanism 40, power transmission mechanism includes: the first power transmission mechanism 41 and the second power transmission mechanism 42 are arranged in the first accommodating cavity 103, the first power transmission mechanism 41 comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 103, the upper end of the driving shaft is a rotating head 411, the first connecting portion 102 is provided with a driving interface 106 and an operating interface 107, the driving interface 106 is connected with a driving mechanism (such as a motor), the operating interface 107 is connected with a mechanical arm or an insulating rod, the operating interface 107 is positioned at the bottom of the first connecting portion 102, the driving interface 106 is positioned at the side of the first connecting portion 102, and the power output end of the driving mechanism extends into the first connecting portion 102 to be in power connection with the driving shaft; a third accommodating cavity 205 communicated with the second accommodating cavity 204 is arranged in the second connecting part 202 of the female joint 20, a second power transmission mechanism 42 is arranged in the third accommodating cavity 205, the second power transmission mechanism 42 comprises a shaft sleeve 421, a transmission shaft 422 and a positioning bearing 423, a key groove 424 axially arranged on the side wall of the shaft sleeve 421, a rotating groove 425 is arranged at the lower part of the shaft sleeve 421, a connecting key 426 is arranged on the side wall of the transmission shaft 422, the connecting key 426 is in sliding fit with the key groove 424, a return spring 427 is arranged at the inner bottom end of the shaft sleeve 421, the lower end of the return spring 427 abuts against the inner bottom surface of the shaft sleeve, and the upper end of the return spring 427 abuts against the lower end surface of the transmission shaft 422; the rotating groove 425 is connected with the rotating head 411 in a matching way for transmission. Preferably, the rotator 411 is a cross key; the rotation groove 425 is a cross groove.
Also included is a communication transmission mechanism 50, which includes: the first communication transmission mechanism 51 and the second communication transmission mechanism 52, wherein the first communication transmission mechanism 51 is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity 103, the second communication transmission mechanism 52 is accommodated in the second accommodating cavity 204 and/or the third accommodating cavity 205, and a plurality of pins are arranged on the first communication transmission mechanism 51; the second communication transmission mechanism 52 is provided with a plurality of pins corresponding to the plurality of pins on the first communication transmission mechanism one to one, and the plurality of pins are a TX pin, a GND pin, an RX pin, and a VCC pin, respectively.
The working process of replacing and locking the universal interface is as follows:
when the end tool is used, firstly, the plug part 101 of the male connector is inserted into the receiving part 201 of the female connector, the wedge-shaped chute 105 extends into the second accommodating cavity 204 of the receiving part along with the insertion of the plug part, the pin 212 moves in the second cavity 215 under the guidance of the wedge-shaped chute 105, and simultaneously drives the unlocking pin 211 to move in the first cavity 214, so that the unlocking pin 211 is gradually separated from the pin hole 303 on the inclined rail 302, when the plug part 101 of the male connector is completely inserted into the receiving part 201 of the female connector, the male connector positioning hole 104 corresponds to the through hole 206, the unlocking pin 211 is completely separated from the pin hole 303, and the female connector 20 and the tool bearing plate 30 complete unlocking; then, gradually moving the female joint 20 out of the tool bayonet 301, moving the ramp roller 207 along the inclined surface of the ramp 302 under the action of the tension spring, and gradually disengaging from the blocking of the ramp 302; meanwhile, the female connector self-locking pin 208 moves into the male connector positioning hole 104 along with the movement of the ramp roller 207, when the female connector 20 is completely moved out of the tool bayonet 301, the ramp roller 207 is completely separated from the ramp 302 and the female connector self-locking pin 208 is inserted into the male connector positioning hole 104, so that the male connector 10 and the female connector 20 complete self-locking.
After the end tool is used, aligning the locking groove 203 on the second connecting portion 202 of the female connector 20 with the tool bayonet 301, gradually moving the female connector 20 into the tool bayonet 301, guiding the ramp roller 207 by the ramp inclined surface to overcome the pulling force of the tension spring 209, so that the female connector self-locking pin 208 gradually disengages from the male connector positioning hole 104, when the female connector 20 is completely locked into the tool bayonet 301, the female connector self-locking pin 208 completely disengages from the male connector positioning hole 104, the male connector 10 and the female connector 20 release self-locking, and the unlocking pin 211 aligns with the pin insertion hole 303 of the ramp; then, the pin 212 is gradually released from the wedge-shaped sliding groove 105 by moving the male connector downward, so that the unlocking pin 211 is gradually moved toward the pin hole 303 of the ramp by the unlocking spring 213, and when the male connector 10 is completely moved out of the female connector 20, the unlocking pin 211 is inserted into the pin hole 303, thereby locking the female connector 20 with the tool carrier plate 30.
Further, a general power interface or a general communication interface is formed by providing the power transmission mechanism 40 or the communication transmission mechanism 50 in a general interface, respectively. When the power transmission mechanism 40 is arranged, when the male connector 10 and the female connector 20 complete self-locking, the first power transmission mechanism 41 is in transmission connection with the second power transmission mechanism 42; specifically, the rotating head 411 disposed at the upper end of the first power transmission mechanism 41 is in transmission fit with the rotating groove 425 at the lower portion of the shaft sleeve 421 in the second power transmission mechanism 42. When the communication transmission mechanism 50 is set, when the male connector 10 and the female connector 20 complete self-locking, the first communication transmission mechanism 51 and the second communication transmission mechanism 52 are in communication connection.
A live-working end-tool with a universal interface comprising: a lead cutting tool, a clamping tool, a bolt tightening tool, an insulation recovery tool, a manual stripping tool, and a wire clamp installation tool.
As shown in fig. 13 to 16, the wire cutting tool 60 includes: the tool comprises a tool body, a female connector and a power transmission mechanism, wherein the female connector is used for being matched with a male connector to form a universal interface; preferably, the universal interface further comprises the aforementioned tool carrier plate 30, unlocking mechanism and self-locking mechanism; the tool body includes: a lead screw 601, a lead screw nut 602, a cutter 603, a lead wire holder 604, and a hinge shaft 626; the cutters 603 comprise a first cutter 605 and a second cutter 606; the lead screw 601 comprises a smooth section, a threaded section and a limiting end 607; the power transmission mechanism 40 comprises a transmission shaft 422, and the transmission shaft 422 is connected with the smooth section of the lead screw 601; the lead screw nut 602 is matched with a threaded section of a lead screw 601, the first cutter 605 comprises a first cutter head section 608 and a first cutter handle section 609, the second cutter 606 comprises a second cutter head section 610 and a second cutter handle section 611, the lead screw nut 602 is hinged with one end of the first cutter handle section 609, one end of the second cutter handle section 611 is hinged with the female joint 20, a first shaft hole 612 is formed in the connecting position of the first cutter head section 609 and the first cutter head section 608, a second shaft hole 613 is formed in the connecting position of the second cutter handle section 611 and the second cutter head section 610, and a notch is formed between the first cutter head section 608 and the second cutter head section 610; the lead clamping device 604 comprises a lead clamping claw, a fixing column, a push rod 627 and a torsion spring 628, the lead clamping claw comprises a first lead clamping claw 614, a second lead clamping claw 615, a third lead clamping claw 616 and a fourth lead clamping claw 617, the fixing column comprises a first fixing column 618, a second fixing column 619, a third fixing column 620 and a fourth fixing column 621, a third shaft hole 622 and a fourth shaft hole 623 are respectively arranged in the middle parts of the first lead clamping claw 614 and the second lead clamping claw 615, one end of the third lead clamping claw 616 and one end of the fourth lead clamping claw 617 are respectively provided with a fifth shaft hole 624 and a sixth shaft hole 625, a hinge 626 passes through the first shaft hole 612, the second shaft hole 613, the third shaft hole 622, the fourth shaft hole 623, the fifth shaft hole 624 and the sixth shaft hole 625 to hinge and fix the first cutter 605, the second cutter 606, the first lead clamping jaw 614, the second lead clamping jaw 615, the third lead clamping jaw 616 and the fourth lead clamping jaw 617; one end of each of the first lead clamping claw 614 and the second lead clamping claw 615 is fixedly connected with a push rod 627, and the push rods 627 are abutted against the first handle section 609 and the second handle section 611 respectively; the other ends of the first lead clamping claw 614 and the second lead clamping claw 615 form a lead clamping groove, the other ends of the third lead clamping claw 617 and the fourth lead clamping claw 618 form a lead clamping groove, the first lead clamping claw 614 and the third lead clamping claw 616 are fixedly connected through a first fixing column 618 and a third fixing column 620, the second lead clamping claw 615 and the fourth lead clamping claw 617 are fixedly connected through a second fixing column 619 and a fourth fixing column 621, the first lead clamping claw 614 and the second lead clamping claw 615 form a first lead clamping unit, the third lead clamping claw 616 and the fourth lead clamping claw 617 form a second lead clamping unit, a torsion spring 628 is arranged between the first lead clamping unit and the second lead clamping unit, the torsion spring 628 is arranged on a hinge 626 in a penetrating manner, one end of the torsion spring 628 is fixedly connected with the first fixing column 618, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected with the second fixing column 619.
As shown in fig. 17, the clincher tool 70 includes: the tool comprises a tool body, a female connector and a power transmission mechanism, wherein the female connector is used for being matched with a male connector to form a universal interface; preferably, the universal interface further comprises the aforementioned tool carrier plate 30, unlocking mechanism and self-locking mechanism; the tool body includes: a worm 701, a worm wheel 702, a worm bearing 703, a movable clamp 704 and a fixed clamp 705; the fixed clamp 705 is fixedly connected with the female joint 20, the movable clamp 704 is hinged with the fixed clamp 705 through a rotating shaft 706, and the power transmission mechanism 40 comprises a transmission shaft 422; the transmission shaft 422 is connected with one end of a worm 701, the other end of the worm is arranged on a fixed clamp 705 through a worm bearing 703, the worm 701 is meshed with a worm wheel 702, and the worm wheel 702 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 706 of a movable clamp 704. Further, the movable clamp 704 and the fixed clamp 705 include an arc-shaped arm 707 and a clamping head 708, wherein the clamping head 708 is provided with a serration 709, and the arc-shaped arm 707 is provided with a plurality of openings 710.
As shown in fig. 18, the bolt tightening tool 80 includes: the tool comprises a tool body, a female connector and a power transmission mechanism, wherein the female connector is used for being matched with a male connector to form a universal interface; preferably, the universal interface further comprises the aforementioned tool carrier plate 30, unlocking mechanism and self-locking mechanism; the tool body includes: a connecting rod 801, a fixing block 802, a flexible connecting section 803 and a socket wrench 804; the power transmission mechanism 40 includes a propeller shaft 422; the transmission shaft 422 is connected with one end of the connecting rod 801, the other end of the connecting rod 801 is connected with one end of the fixing block 802, the other end of the fixing block 802 is connected with one end of the flexible connecting section 803, and the other end of the flexible connecting section 803 is connected with the socket wrench 804.
As shown in fig. 19-20, an insulation recovery tool 90, comprising: the tool comprises a tool body, a female connector and a power transmission mechanism, wherein the female connector is used for being matched with a male connector to form a universal interface; preferably, the universal interface further comprises the aforementioned tool carrier plate 30, unlocking mechanism and self-locking mechanism; the tool body includes: a screw 901, a screw nut 902, a limiting block 903, a first movable rod 904, a second movable rod 905, a first fixing plate 906, a movable insulation recovery cover 907 and a fixed insulation recovery cover 908; the power transmission mechanism 40 includes a propeller shaft 422; the transmission shaft 422 is connected with one end of a screw rod 901 and drives the screw rod 901 to rotate, the other end of the screw rod is provided with a limiting block 903, a screw rod nut 902 is arranged on the screw rod 901, the screw rod nut 902 moves up and down under the driving of the screw rod 901, a connecting block 909 is arranged on the screw rod nut 902, one end of a first movable rod 904 is hinged on the connecting block 909, the other end of the first movable rod 904 is hinged with one end of a second movable rod 905, the other end of the second movable rod 905 is fixedly connected with a movable insulation recovery cover 907, the middle part of the second movable rod 905 is hinged with one end of a fixed insulation recovery cover 908, one end of a first fixed plate 906 is fixedly connected with a female joint 20, and the other end of the first fixed plate 906 is provided with a fixed insulation recovery cover 908; lead escape slots 910 are provided on the sidewalls of the movable insulation recovery cap 907 and the fixed insulation recovery cap 908. Further, the movable insulation recovery cover 907 and the fixed insulation recovery cover 908 are provided with insulation material accommodating grooves 911, and insulation material is filled in the grooves 911 to match the shapes of the grooves; the insulating material is rubber, and self-adhesive glue is arranged on the rubber.

Rotating sleeve 1105 has a nut tightening opening. The positioning pressing block 1110 is provided with a bulge.
