The drying device 7 comprises a drying box 71, a heater 73 and two drying fans 72, wherein the drying box 71 is fixedly arranged on the main body support 1, the heater 73 is arranged on the inner wall of the top of the drying box 71, the two drying fans 72 are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of the drying box 71, and air outlets of the drying fans 72 are arranged towards the conveying device 2; after metal parts pass through the plastic spraying, the conveying device 2 conveys the metal parts to the drying box 71, the heater 73 works to dry the metal parts in the drying box 71 at a high temperature, and the two drying fans 72 can dry the metal parts after the plastic spraying more quickly.
The conveying device 2 is provided with a high-temperature gasket; the high-temperature gasket is a sealing pressure pad used for high-temperature equipment and a hot air device, generally refers to a sealing gasket which can resist more than 1000 ℃, and the high-temperature gasket arranged on the conveying device 2 can effectively prevent the conveying device 2 from being damaged due to overhigh temperature in the drying device 7.
The working principle is as follows: when the metal part polishing device is used, a metal part is placed on the conveying device 2, the conveying device 2 enables the metal part to move forwards, the lifting cylinder 312 works to push the support plate 313 on the telescopic end to work up and down, the support block 315 fixes the pushing cylinder 314 on the support plate 313, the pushing cylinder 314 works to drive the push block 318 to move forwards and backwards, the first rotating motor 317 arranged in the first rotating motor box 316 works to drive the push block 318 on the main shaft to rotate, the two lifting groups 31 work simultaneously to fix and lift the metal part and rotate and polish the polishing end of the polishing device 4, the polishing motor 44 works to drive the rotating shaft 42 to rotate, the rotating shaft 42 rotates to drive the grinding wheel 41 fixed on the rotating shaft 42 to rotate, the grinding wheel 41 rotates to polish the metal part on the lifting device 3, the surface of the metal part is smoother, the subsequent plastic spraying work is facilitated, the sliding table 511 works to drive the fixing cylinder 513 fixed on the, the fixed cylinder 513 works to drive the pushing block 516 to move back and forth, the second rotating motor 515 arranged in the second rotating motor box 514 works to drive the pushing block 318 on the main shaft to rotate, the two fixed groups 51 work to fix, lift and turn over the metal parts simultaneously, so that the plastic spraying device 6 can uniformly spray the coating on the surfaces of the metal parts, the extracting pump 624 conveys the coating in the storage box 621 to the discharging pipe 623 through the feeding pipe 622, the discharging nozzle 626 at the output end of the discharging pipe 623 sprays the extracted coating on the metal parts in a larger area, the rotating motor 611 works to drive the movable screw rod 614 on the main shaft to rotate, the movable screw rod 614 rotates to drive the sliding block 615 in threaded fit with the movable screw rod to move left and right, the sliding block 615 moves to drive the discharging pipe 623 fixed at the top of the sliding block to move left and right, so that the metal parts are sprayed more uniformly, the conveying device 2 conveys the metal parts into the, the heater 73 works to enable the temperature in the drying box 71 to rapidly dry the metal parts, and the two drying fans 72 can rapidly dry the metal parts after plastic spraying.
