step two, along with the movement of the belt (6), driving the metal casting to move above the belt (6), driving the polishing brush (18) to rotate by starting the driving motor (19) to polish the metal casting, and simultaneously driving the cylinder (11) to rotate by starting the motor (29) to drive the clamped metal casting to rotate so as to polish the metal casting in multiple directions;
step three, driving the metal casting to move to the lower part of the spray head (24) through the movement of the belt (6), and cleaning the metal casting by starting the water pump (21) to convey water to spray out of the spray head (24) through the conveying pipe (22) and the shunt pipe (23);
and fourthly, closing the water pump (21), starting the fan (31) and the heating wire (32), conveying air flow into the heating box (30), conveying the heating air flow of the heating wire (32) to the conveying pipe (22) through the communicating pipe (33), and spraying hot air flow from the spray head (24) to dry and dry the metal castings.
