The organic bio-fertilizer raw material mixing device with the anti-clogging function according to claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism (9) comprises an arc-shaped scraper (91), the outer wall of the arc-shaped scraper (91) is movably connected with the inner wall of the bottom end of the mixing drum (1), the side wall of the arc-shaped scraper (91) is fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting rods (92), the side wall of each connecting rod (92) is fixedly connected with the rod wall of the rotating rod (4), and the rod walls of the connecting rods (92) are fixedly connected with two U-shaped blocks (93).
