Background
An apparatus for administering and absorbing a drug solution such as a filler, a botulinum toxin, a vitamin, a functional cosmetic, etc. to the skin was first patented, and a "fine needle treatment device" is disclosed in laid-open patent No. 10-2015-0033134.
The structure of the above conventional art includes: a main body part with an open-state receiving hole formed at one end; a power unit for providing a reciprocating force along a longitudinal direction of the receiving hole installed in the main body; and a fine needle module part, one end of which is provided with a fine needle, the other end of which is contained in the containing hole in a state of being combined with the power part, and the fine needle can extend out of the containing hole by the aid of the reciprocating force of the power part.
The invention using the conventional technology is that the fine needle module part accommodated in the accommodating hole of the main body part is driven by the reciprocating force of the power part, so that the fine needle treatment device can be used more easily and stably, and the structure is simple.
However, the above conventional techniques have only an effect of stimulating the skin, and are not used together with the drug, thus being different from the present invention.
Further, since the power source of the above conventional art is driven by a motor, it is different from the driving manner of the present invention by a coil and a magnet.

The operation of the present invention described above will be explained below.
Fig. 1 is an exploded schematic view for explaining a structure of a skin stimulator according to the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram for explaining the structural composition of the skin stimulator according to the present invention, and in order to store a chemical such as a filler, botulinum toxin, vitamin, and functional cosmetics in the chemical storage tank 111 coupled to the upper and lower housings 101 and 103, the chemical is injected through the infusion hole 172 formed in the stopper 171 for closing the upper side portion of the chemical storage tank 111.
When the upper and lower housings 101 and 103 are held with one hand, the infusion hole 172 formed in the plug 171 is closed by the finger pad of the index finger, thereby preventing the outflow of the drug solution through the infusion hole 172.
As described above, when the skin stimulator according to the present invention is held, the contact surface 162 of the contact body 161 exposed from the lower coupling hole 104 of the lower housing 103 is brought into contact with the liquid medicine input portion such as the face, the arms, or the legs.
As described above, at the moment when the contact surface 162 of the contact body 161 contacts the skin, the contact piece 142 protruding from the lower guide hole 163 of the contact body 161 contacts the skin first, and the elastic member 143 provided between the contact piece 142 and the connection hole 114 of the chemical solution storage tank 111 is compressed by the pressure, and the lifting rod 141 integrated with the contact piece 142 is pushed and moved upward.
When the valve body 121, which is integrated with the elevating rod 141 by the upward movement of the elevating rod 141, moves upward from the support 113 of the chemical solution storage tank 111, the infusion path 116 of the chemical solution storage tank 111, which is closed, is opened.
Therefore, the medical fluid stored in the medical fluid storage tank 111 is injected through the plurality of infusion paths 116 formed at the bottom of the medical fluid storage tank 111, and is supplied to the skin through the plurality of infusion tubes 115 connected to the respective infusion paths 116 and the plurality of support holes 164 formed in the contact body 161, as shown in fig. 3, while being in surface contact with the epidermis 191.
As described above, when the contact surface 162 of the contact body 161 contacts the skin layer 191, the contact piece 142 is raised, the chemical liquid in the chemical liquid storage tank 111 is supplied to the skin layer 191, and the user presses the start key (not shown) attached to the upper housing 101.
When the circuit board 182 mounted in the upper housing 101 receives a current from the battery 181 by the pressing operation of the start key, the polarity switching current of the coil 132 of the bobbin 131 forming the insertion space 133 is turned on the outer peripheral surfaces of the chemical solution storage tank 111 and the contact body 161, and the magnet 134 mounted inside the contact body 161 and coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the fine needle combination 151 is moved up and down.
Then, the fixed fine needle combination 151 is also lifted by the magnet 134, and the plurality of fine needles 154 joined to the fine needle combination 151 are guided by the plurality of fine needle guide holes 165 formed in the contact body 161 to lift as shown in fig. 4, thereby causing a wound in the skin epidermis 191.
As described above, the medical fluid previously supplied to the epidermal layer 191 can smoothly permeate through the wound caused by the plurality of fine needles 154.
In addition, the fine needle 154 does not penetrate the dermal layer 192 and the fat layer 193 of the skin, but penetrates only to a predetermined depth of the epidermal layer 191, causing a fine wound, so that the medical fluid is supplied only to the epidermal layer 191, and blood can be prevented from flowing out of the surface of the epidermal layer.
Further, since the skin layer 191 of the skin is filled with the chemical solution, the upper and lower housings 101 and 103 are isolated from the skin, the contact piece 142 compressed into the guide hole 163 on the lower side of the contact body 161 is lowered back to its original position together with the elevating rod 141 by the relaxation force of the elastic member 143, and the valve body 121 integrated with the upper side portion of the elevating rod 141 is naturally lowered at the same time, so that the respective transfusion passages 116 of the chemical solution storage tank 111 are closed, and the chemical solution in the chemical solution storage tank 111 is not supplied any more, and the next stage is waited.
Further, when the pressed start key is released at the moment when the upper and lower housings 101 and 103 are separated from the skin, the power of the battery 181 cannot be supplied to the circuit board 182, and therefore the lifting operation of the magnet 134 and the fine needle combination 151 is naturally stopped to wait for the next instruction.
