Description

Sputum suction tube capable of cleaning inner wall of trachea cannula
Technical Field
The invention relates to an intubation tube for trachea in medical apparatus, in particular to a sputum suction tube.
Background
Trachea cannula patient need be interrupted and inhale phlegm in order to clear away respiratory sputum, nevertheless, still have the sputum to remain in trachea cannula inner wall, attaches wall sputum more and can form the sputum scab and plug up trachea cannula, causes the patient to be unable to ventilate, endangers life.
At present, the operation process of the clinical disposable sputum suction tube is as follows: opening a negative pressure suction device, wearing disposable sterile gloves, taking a sputum suction tube with the right hand, and connecting the suction tube with the sputum suction tube with the left hand; holding the sputum suction tube with the right hand, pressing the side hole of the sputum suction tube with the thumb of the left hand, and checking the negative pressure condition; injecting 5-10ml of physiological saline wet slippery tube cavity into the tracheal cannula; fourthly, inserting the sputum suction pipe into the tracheal cannula in a state without suction; fifthly, the left thumb covers the side hole of the sputum suction tube to form negative pressure, and the right hand slowly rotates upwards to lift the sputum suction tube until the trachea cannula is withdrawn; sixthly, the used sputum suction tube is wound in the hand by the right hand and is separated from the suction tube.
As mentioned above, the sputum suction tube for clinical use only has a suction function and does not have a function of cleaning sputum on the inner wall of the endotracheal tube, and in order to clean the inner wall of the catheter as much as possible and prevent tube blockage, 5-10ml of physiological saline is generally injected into the endotracheal tube before sputum suction, and then the sputum suction tube is placed to suck the sputum and flushing fluid. The problems with such an operation are: firstly, the inner wall of the tracheal cannula cannot be cleaned thoroughly, and sputum still remains because the side hole of the sputum suction tube cannot be walked to every place of the inner wall. Secondly, when the normal saline is injected into the tracheal cannula, the patient can be choked obviously, which brings great pain to the patient.
The Chinese patent invention with the publication number of CN111202891A discloses a sputum suction tube capable of cleaning the inner wall of an endotracheal tube, which relates to the field of instruments for inputting media into a human body and comprises a sputum suction tube device and a device for cleaning the inner wall of the endotracheal tube, wherein the sputum suction tube device consists of a sputum suction tube interface, a negative pressure control valve and a sputum suction tube body, and the side opening of the sputum suction tube is arranged at the far end of the sputum suction tube. The device for cleaning the inner wall of the tracheal cannula consists of a gas injection interface, a gas injection outer conduit, a gas injection inner conduit and an air bag, wherein the gas injection inner conduit is submerged in the tube wall of the sputum suction tube body, and the thick air bag wall is positioned in the center of the air bag. This device is through inhaling phlegm pipe side mouth of inhaling of phlegm pipe device clean trachea cannula wall for the first time, and the special thick gasbag wall of rethread clean trachea cannula inner wall device's inflation gasbag bracing is enlarged and is closely contacted with trachea cannula inner wall, and the phlegm pipe is inhaled in the pulling again and makes thick gasbag wall clean trachea cannula inner wall, cleans trachea cannula's inner wall once more, effectively improves clean effect, reduces the interior sputum that is detained of trachea cannula, reduces the secondary risk of lung disease of trachea cannula patient.
According to the sputum suction tube capable of cleaning the inner wall of the tracheal cannula, the air bag is an elastic device, the air bag can deform under the action of slight external force, and the air bag is used for cleaning the tube wall, so that the cleaning effect is poor.
Chinese patent publication No. CN206652074U discloses a device for cleaning sputum on the inner wall of a tracheal cannula, which is characterized in that a medical staff firstly inserts the device into the cannula of the tracheal cannula, then loosens a pull ring to enable a spring to pull a sliding sleeve to move along a fixed rod from right to left, namely, the pull rod drives a support rod to rotate left, so as to realize the expansion of the support rod, at the moment, a blocking cushion is completely opened under the action of the expansion of the support rod, then the medical staff can hold a sleeve to pull the device out of the tracheal cannula as a whole, namely, the device is in an umbrella-shaped structure, so that residual sputum in the tracheal cannula is separated from the tracheal cannula under the action of a sponge ball and the blocking cushion, and finally the device slides out of the tracheal cannula, and the device can greatly clean the residual sputum on the inner wall of the tracheal cannula through simple operation, so as to avoid incomplete cleaning of the sputum suction tube and blockage of a sputum plug in the tracheal, affecting the cleaning effect. Repeated stimulation of the patient is avoided, and bacterial growth or catheter-related infection in the tracheal cannula is reduced.
The device is only a device for cleaning the inner wall of the trachea cannula, is not a sputum suction tube, and therefore does not have the sputum suction function.
