Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health care products, in particular to a medicinal moxibustion with quick response and analgesic function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Under the new background of the national rapid development of economic science and technology and the new background of the educational field, the living standard of people is gradually improved, the cognitive level and the cultural literacy are also greatly improved, more and more people begin to know and recognize the fields of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine, and have new knowledge about the fields. Correspondingly, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine specialties are added in each medical institution, so that convenience is provided for the development of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, and talents are also cultivated; meanwhile, a plurality of normative traditional Chinese medicine hospitals are established in society, so that people can seek help and treat diseases conveniently. Therefore, the field of traditional Chinese medicine is rapidly developed.
Moxibustion, which is an extension of ancient moxibustion therapy, is one of the oldest medical techniques in China, belongs to physical therapy of external treatment, and is originated in ancient times, formed in business weeks for thousands of years. Traditionally, the main component of medicinal moxibustion is only folium artemisiae argyi, which has the effects of resisting inflammation, dispelling wind and removing dampness, and can rapidly dredge channels and collaterals of a human body, expel wind-cold-dampness evil in the human body out of the body and achieve the aim of rapidly curing chronic diseases. In the existing medicinal moxibustion, more different Chinese herbal medicine components are added into folium artemisiae argyi so as to perform targeted treatment on different focus.
The analgesic moxibustion is generally a medicinal moxibustion for treating pain. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the factors causing pain are very many, such as congestion, meridian obstruction, viscera weakness, disharmony of qi and blood and the like, the common part of the factors is that the congestion causes the feeling of body pain, and the analgesic moxibustion can just dredge the congestion by the contained traditional Chinese medicine components.
However, the analgesic moxibustion in the prior art has the following disadvantages:
1. the pertinence is not strong;
2. the effect taking speed is slow, and the curative effect is unsatisfactory;
3. the use temperature of the medicinal moxibustion is difficult to control, and rapid and large-scale temperature rise can bring discomfort to patients and even cause scald;
4. asarum is used as the main component of analgesic moxibustion, contains substances with renal toxicity, and causes risks to the health of patients;
5. generates a large amount of smoke and can cause smoke poisoning after long-term use.
Chinese patent document CN201210146338.9, application date 20120511, entitled: a Chinese herbal medicine analgesic moxibustion is disclosed, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of carbon, 50-60 parts of wormwood, 8-10 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 15-20 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 8-12 parts of monkshood, 8-12 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 8-12 parts of angelica sinensis, 4-6 parts of safflower carthamus, 8-15 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 8-12 parts of caulis sinomenii, 8-12 parts of kadsura pepper stem, 8-10 parts of Chinese pine bark, 4-6 parts of agilawood, 8-10 parts of elecampane, 2-5 parts of borneol, 4-6 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 12-18 parts of sandalwood, 8-10 parts of notopterygium root, 8.
The patent documents achieve the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, expelling wind, removing cold, supporting yang, consolidating the constitution, regulating qi and blood and the like through the compatibility of all components, can relieve pain, reduce swelling, enhance muscle tension, recover muscle function, promote blood circulation and nerve conduction through dredging channels and collaterals, and has good treatment effect, no smoke toxicity and no toxic or side effect. However, the technical scheme of moxibustion which can realize analgesic function under the conditions of quick effect, effective temperature control and green safety is not mentioned yet.
Therefore, there is a need for a drug moxibustion that can achieve analgesia with fast onset, effective temperature control, and green safety.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a medicinal moxibustion with quick response and an analgesic function and a preparation method thereof so as to achieve the analgesic effect under the conditions of quick response, effective temperature control and green safety.

Test effects
1. In order to verify the temperature control effect of the medicinal moxibustion, a comparison test is carried out in a physical therapy center. In the experiment, patients of 20-70 years old are divided into 7 groups, 3 patients in each group are treated by adopting the medicinal moxibustion of the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-2 respectively for 1h, the body surface temperature of the treatment position of the patient is tested by adopting a temperature measuring gun after the treatment is finished, and the skin condition of the treatment position is observed. The results are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the above table, in examples 1-5 and comparative example 2, the body surface temperature of the patients after the treatment is between 42 ℃ and 45 ℃, and the skin does not turn red obviously; in contrast, in comparative example 1, the body surface temperature of the patient was between 52 ℃ and 54 ℃ after the treatment, and the skin appeared to be significantly reddened and not to be faded for a long time.
Therefore, the temperature can be effectively controlled when the medicinal moxibustion is used, so that discomfort and even injury to a patient caused by high temperature are avoided.
2. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of the medicinal moxibustion, a comparative test is carried out in a physical therapy center. In the experiment, patients in 20-70 years old who need to be subjected to analgesic treatment are divided into 7 groups, 50 patients in each group are treated by adopting the medicinal moxibustion of the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-2 for 1 hour, and the curative effect is determined after the treatment is finished.
The therapeutic effect judgment refers to the therapeutic effect judgment standard formulated from the clinical disease diagnosis treatment improvement standard and the traditional Chinese medicine disease diagnosis therapeutic effect standard, and the therapeutic effect judgment is carried out according to the therapeutic effect index and the clinical diagnosis result.
