In the description herein, the description of the terms "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "specific embodiments," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
Referring to fig. 1 in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for measuring penis hardness includes the steps of 100-400:
100: two elastic ferrules are sleeved on the penis, wherein the two elastic ferrules are respectively called as a first elastic ferrule and a second elastic ferrule, the two elastic ferrules are the same in size and structure, but different in elasticity;
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment of the invention, the elastic ferrule may include a closed outer ring 1 and an inner ring 4, and a non-closed measuring ring 2 having a circumference smaller than that of the inner ring;
the elasticity of the material used for the outer ring 1 is less than that of the material used for the inner ring 4;
an inner ring fixing point 5 and a metal contact 6 are arranged on the inner ring 4, one end of the measuring ring 2 is fixedly connected to the inner ring 4 through the inner ring fixing point 5, and the other end of the measuring ring 2 can slide on the inner ring 4; the measuring ring 2 is made of non-elastic material and is used for measuring the perimeter change of the inner ring 4;
the metal contacts 6 are soldered to the insulated conductors 3.
Expanding fig. 2 shows an equivalent schematic diagram as shown in fig. 3.
In one embodiment of the invention, the measuring ring is an endless belt, the surface of which can be evenly coated with a flexible resistive material.
200: when the penis is erect, the penis girth at the tightening position of the first elastic ferrule and the second elastic ferrule is measured respectively;
in one embodiment of the invention, the circumference of the penis in the cinched position may be measured by measuring the circumference of the inner ring 4.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method of measuring the circumference of the inner ring may be: when the penis is erect, the resistance value of the measuring ring 2 between the inner ring fixing point 5 and the metal contact 6 is measured and converted into the circumference of the inner ring 2 through conversion.
300: calculating the difference of the circumference of the penis at the tightly-packed position of the first elastic ferrule and the second elastic ferrule;
400: the circumference difference is converted into the corresponding penis hardness value.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method of converting the circumference difference into the corresponding penis hardness value may be a table look-up method.
As shown in figure 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, the pulling force of the second snare is set to be twice the pulling force of the first snare, in which case the pressure exerted by the second snare on the surface of the penis is twice the pressure exerted by the first snare on the surface of the penis.
When the penis is erect, the pressure generated by pressing the corpus cavernosum of the penis is different between the first loop and the second loop due to the elasticity difference. As the hardness of the penis is improved, the influence of the pressure applied on the surface of the penis on the penis is reduced, and the circumferential length difference of the penis at the first ferrule and the second ferrule is also reduced. As shown in fig. 5, when the tension of the second snare is twice the tension of the first snare, the circumferential length and the difference in circumferential length between the second snare and the first snare correspond to the penis hardness value, and as can be seen from fig. 5, the difference in circumferential length between the first snare and the second snare becomes smaller as the penis hardness increases. Therefore, the penis hardness value at the moment can be obtained by measuring and calculating the difference of the penis circumference at the first ferrule and the second ferrule.
In the embodiment, the pressure of the penis during erection is calculated by utilizing the difference of the compression strength of the elastic material on the corpus cavernosum of the penis, and because the corpus cavernosum of the penis is compressed by the elastic ferrule to generate different local diameter differences during hyperemia, the erection pressure of the tested penis can be calculated by measuring the difference of the circumferences of the elastic ferrules. When the circumference of the inner ring 4 changes along with the circumference of the penis, one end of the measuring ring 2 slides on the inner ring 4, and the change of the contact position of the metal contact 6 relative to the resistance film is converted into the change of the conductivity, so that the change of the circumference of the inner ring 4, and further the change of the circumference of the penis can be obtained.
As shown in Figs. 2 to 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for measuring the hardness of the penis may include two elastic cuffs which have the same size and structure, generate different elastic forces when pressed, and generate different pressures when the penis is erect due to the compression of the corpus cavernosum of the penis caused by the elastic difference;
the elastic ferrule may comprise a closed outer ring 1 and an inner ring 4, and a non-closed measuring ring 2 with a circumference smaller than the circumference of the inner ring;
the elasticity of the material used for the outer ring 1 is less than that of the material used for the inner ring 4;
the measuring ring 2 is made of non-elastic material and is used for measuring the perimeter change of the inner ring 4;
an inner ring fixing point 5 and a metal contact 6 are arranged on the inner ring 4, one end of the measuring ring 2 is fixedly connected to the inner ring 4 through the inner ring fixing point 5, and the other end of the measuring ring 2 can slide on the inner ring 4;
the metal contacts 6 are soldered to the insulated conductors 3.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the measuring ring 2 may be an endless belt with a surface coated with a flexible resistive material uniformly.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the flexible resistor material may be a flexible circuit board silver paste or carbon paste, a PET film silver paste or carbon paste.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the material used for the outer ring 1 may be rubber, silicone or a metal spring.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
