Correspondingly, a rubber ring 12 is arranged between the other end of the working head 1 and the assembling cavity 21, and the rubber ring 12 is sleeved at the other end of the working head 1 and deforms under a certain pressure. In one embodiment, the rubber rings 12 are sleeved at two ends of the part of the working head 1 accommodated in the assembly cavity 21, and the part of the working head 1 between the rubber rings 12 is not contacted with the inside of the assembly cavity 21, so that the phenomenon that the working head 1 is not rotated due to overlarge damping force is avoided.
Since the surface is usually scraped by matching with the cleaning liquid when cleaning the surface, the working head 1 also has a water absorption function to avoid the outflow of the cleaning liquid.
Specifically, the working head 1 is hollow inside, and the other end of the working head 2 is pivotally connected and is communicated with the machine body 2, so that the cleaning liquid outside can be recovered to a specific space for storage through a negative pressure environment formed in the machine body 2 by the negative pressure mechanism 4. Correspondingly, a liquid inlet is formed at one end of the working head 1, which is provided with the flexible scraping element 11, a liquid outlet is formed at the other end of the working head, and an opening communicated with the inside is formed at the bottom of the assembling cavity 21. The external cleaning liquid flows through the liquid inlet, flows through the inner space of the working head 1, and flows into the specific space through the liquid outlet.
The specific space may be an independent space formed in the body 2, or may be a collection bottle provided separately from the body 2.
When the specific space is an independent space in the body 2, the independent space is kept isolated from the rest of the body 2, and the opening at the bottom of the fitting chamber 21 is directly communicated with the independent space. At this time, the other end of the working head 1 can be communicated with the independent space through the liquid collecting mechanism 3, and the liquid collecting mechanism 3 can be inserted into or not inserted into the independent space. Meanwhile, the independent space is also provided with a water drainage hole.
When the specific space is a collecting bottle 6 which is arranged separately from the machine body 2, the collecting bottle 6 is detachably arranged on the machine body 2, at the moment, the other end of the working head 1 can be communicated with the collecting bottle 6 through a liquid collecting mechanism 3, and the liquid collecting mechanism 3 can be inserted into or not inserted into the collecting bottle 6. When draining is required, the collection bottle 6 can be removed and the cleaning solution therein can be poured out.
The negative pressure mechanism 4 is used for forming a negative pressure environment inside the machine body 2, so that the working head 1 can synchronously suck and recover cleaning solution during cleaning.
Specifically, the negative pressure mechanism 4 includes: fan blades 41 and a power unit 42 for driving the fan blades 41. The negative pressure mechanism 4 is installed in another independent assembly space 22 in the machine body 2, the assembly space 22 has an air suction opening 221, and the fan blade 41 is disposed close to and back to the air suction opening 221. Thus, when the power unit 42 drives the fan blade 41 to rotate, the fan blade 41 continuously pumps air through the air suction opening 221, so that the specific space where water is stored forms a negative pressure environment. In one embodiment, the power unit 42 is a motor.
The liquid collecting mechanism 3 serves to separate the sucked cleaning liquid and air so that the cleaning liquid is independently recovered and the air is independently sucked by the negative pressure mechanism 4.
The principle is that any substance has a suspension speed, so that the air speed in the interface can reach the suspension speed under a preset water absorption section, and water is absorbed. Meanwhile, the sectional area is enlarged at the preset position, the air speed can be reduced, the speed of the air speed is far lower than the suspension speed of liquid such as water, the liquid keeps the initial velocity of inertia and is not easy to change, the natural separation of the liquid and the gas can be realized, and the water can be absorbed by tilting and handstanding.
Specifically, the liquid collection mechanism 3 includes: the gas-liquid separator includes a separation body 31, a gas-liquid passage 32 provided through the separation body 31, and a gas suction passage 33, and the gas-liquid passage 32 is provided independently of the gas suction passage 33. One end of the gas-liquid passage 32 communicates with an opening at the bottom of the assembly chamber 21 through a suction passage, and the other end communicates with a specific space where water is stored. The gas suction channel 33 has a gas inlet end extending to the other end of the gas-liquid channel 32 and a gas outlet end extending to the suction port 221. In this manner, after the gas-liquid mixture is introduced through the gas-liquid passage 32, the cleaning liquid is introduced into the specific space where water is stored due to the action of gravity, and the air is separated from the cleaning liquid through the gas suction passage 33 due to the action of negative pressure.
The power supply line 5 is used for supplying power to the negative pressure mechanism 4. Specifically, the power supply line 5 includes: a battery 51, a lead 52, and a control switch 53. The battery 51 may be built in the above-mentioned fitting space 22 and electrically connected to the motor through a wire 52. The control switch 53 is connected in series to the lead 52 between the motor and the battery 51, and the control switch 53 is protruded from the fitting space 22 so that the user can control the operation and stop of the motor through the control switch 53.
In summary, the working head of the rotary cleaning machine of the invention can freely rotate relative to the machine body, so that the working angle of the working head can be adjusted according to actual requirements, and a user can conveniently clean the surfaces at different spatial positions. Meanwhile, the rotary cleaning machine can recover the cleaning liquid while cleaning so as to avoid the outflow of the cleaning liquid. In addition, by adopting the liquid collecting mechanism, water can be sucked from a lower position, and the effect of inverted cleaning and water suction can be realized.
