Description

Method for cultivating cordyceps sinensis by taking momordica grosvenori as container
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a method for cultivating cordyceps sinensis by taking momordica grosvenori as a container.
Background
Momordica grosvenori, a perennial vine of the Cucurbitaceae family, is a famous local specialty of Guilin. The fruits of the traditional Chinese medicine are used as medicines, contain medicinal components such as mogroside, various amino acids, vitamins and the like, and are mainly used for treating cough caused by lung heat and phlegm fire, sphagitis, tonsillitis, acute gastritis, constipation and the like. Lo Han Guo is widely used as sweetener due to its high sweetness and low calorie, and is often used as sugar substitute for obese patients and diabetic patients. The momordica grosvenori fruits contain abundant glucose, fructose, various vitamins and the like, have wide application, are popular in domestic and foreign markets, enjoy high reputation in international markets, and are praised as "immortal fruit" by people.
The functional indications are as follows:
clearing heat and moistening lung, relieving cough, relieving sore throat, and relaxing bowels. Can be used for treating cough due to lung fire dryness, pharyngalgia, aphonia, and constipation due to intestinal dryness.
The pharmacological action is as follows:
(1) cough relieving effect: d-mannitol has antitussive effect. It can also be used for treating cerebral edema, and has effects of increasing blood osmotic pressure, reducing intracranial pressure, and dewatering stronger than urea, and has long lasting time. It can also be used for treating edema caused by large-area burn and scald, preventing and treating acute renal failure, reducing intraocular pressure, treating acute glaucoma, and replacing sugar as sweet food or flavoring agent for diabetic patients.
(2) Has effects on intestinal canal: the grosvenor momordica health tea (containing 77.5 percent of grosvenor momordica, 15 percent of tea and 7.5 percent of grosvenor momordica preparation) has no obvious influence on the spontaneous activity of the isolated small intestine of the white mouse, but can strengthen the spontaneous activity of the isolated small intestine of the rabbit and the dog. Has antagonistic action on intestinal canal tonic contraction caused by acetylcholine or barium chloride to relax intestinal canal and relieve spasm, and also has antagonistic action on intestinal canal relaxation caused by epinephrine to restore spontaneous activity of intestinal canal. The fructus momordicae body building tea is proved to have a bidirectional regulating effect on the intestinal canal motor function.
(3) Other functions are as follows: the grosvener siraitia body-building tea has no influence on the bioelectricity of the stomach of a normal rabbit, namely the normal motor function of the digestive tract. The momordica grosvenori body-building tea has no obvious influence on blood pressure and electrocardiogram when being used for stomach irrigation of anaesthetized dogs.
The efficacy and the effect are as follows:
(1) fructus momordicae is sweet in taste and cool in nature, enters lung and large intestine channels, has the effects of moistening lung to arrest cough, promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, is suitable for lung heat or cough with dryness of lung, pertussis, body fluid impairment caused by summer heat, thirst and the like, and also has the effect of relaxing bowel.
(2) Fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii has effects of clearing heat and moistening lung, and can be used for treating pertussis, cough due to phlegm fire, blood dryness and constipation; the root of the beverage is mashed and then applied to the affected part, so that the beverage can treat stubborn dermatitis, carbuncle swelling, sore and furuncle, the fruit hairs can be used as a medicine for incised wound, and a little momordica grosvenori is soaked in boiled water, so that the beverage is a good cool beverage, can refresh the body and promote the production of body fluid, can prevent respiratory tract infection, and can prolong the life after being taken for a long time. Fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii juice can also be used for cooking, and has good taste. Has good curative effect on treating acute tracheitis, acute tonsillitis, throat fire and acute gastritis.
(3) The momordica grosvenori is a famous and precious traditional Chinese medicine for both medicine and food, which is published by Ministry of health, contains momordica grosvenori glycoside which is 300 times sweeter than sucrose, does not generate heat, is a famous and precious raw material in beverage and candy industries, and is an optimal substitute for sucrose. The momordica grosvenori tea can prevent various diseases after being drunk frequently, and modern medicine proves that the momordica grosvenori has obvious curative effect on bronchitis, hypertension and other diseases and also has the function of preventing and treating coronary heart disease, angiosclerosis and obesity.
At present, the cold tea brewed by using the fruits of the momordica grosvenori is popular for a long time and can be used as a condiment for stew. The deep processing products mainly comprise momordica grosvenori solid beverage, momordica grosvenori drink, cake prepared from momordica grosvenori, candy, biscuit and the like.
The invention patent of Huangxiying applied in 2016, 6/29: a Cordyceps biological beverage (application number: CN 201610485800.6) is prepared by using fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii extract as carrier. The technical scheme is that a grosvenor momordica fruit extracting solution is used as a liquid culture medium, cordyceps strains are inoculated into the sterilized liquid culture medium of grosvenor momordica fruit, and then the liquid culture medium of grosvenor momordica fruit is cultivated until cordyceps mycelia or fungus balls grow over the liquid culture medium of grosvenor momordica fruit to obtain the biological drink of grosvenor momordica fruit and cordyceps.
