[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the technical field of loudspeakers, in particular to a vibrating diaphragm assembly and a loudspeaker.
[ background of the invention ]
The loudspeaker is a device capable of converting electric energy into sound energy, and is widely applied to mobile terminals such as mobile phones, computers and PADs, and the quality of the loudspeaker performance directly affects the sound emission effect of a mobile terminal device matched with the loudspeaker. The conventional structure of a speaker generally includes a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system, wherein the vibration system includes a diaphragm, a voice coil, and the like. Generally, the diaphragm includes a central portion, a peripheral portion and a corrugated portion connecting the central portion and the peripheral portion, and since the outer edge of the peripheral portion is fixed by being connected to the frame and the inner edge of the central portion is connected to the top of the ball during actual installation and use. The vibrating diaphragm is driven by the voice coil to vibrate and produce sound. The related loudspeaker is used for strengthening the vibrating diaphragm in order to achieve a corresponding acoustic effect, and is provided with a first sound film, a second sound film and an annular dome which is respectively connected with the two sound films, wherein the outer side of the dome is connected with the first sound film, the inner side of the dome is connected with the second sound film, and the inner side of the second sound film is connected with a magnetic circuit system.
According to the traditional design, the corrugated rim part of the second sound film can be designed into an arc shape, and in the corresponding loudspeaker structure design, the two ends of the second sound film have drop and the maximum amplitude is large, so that the design of the simple arc shape is limited, and the wider or higher corrugated rim part shape is required to be selected to ensure that the second sound film has enough stretching length. However, if the corrugated portion is wide and low, the effective radiation area of the diaphragm is small, and the sensitivity is reduced; if the second sound film is narrow, the folded ring part is required to be high, when the vibrating diaphragm vibrates upwards, the top of the folded ring part protrudes out of the upper surface of the magnetic circuit system and exceeds a large amount, and a large vibration space needs to be reserved when the second sound film is applied to a product.
Therefore, there is a need for a loudspeaker that eliminates the above-mentioned inconvenience of using the circular arc shape of the diaphragm on the corresponding loudspeaker in the conventional diaphragm assembly.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1-2, a diaphragm assembly for a speaker disclosed in one embodiment of the invention includes a diaphragm 1, a connecting member 2 connected to the diaphragm 1, and a first diaphragm 3 connected to the connecting member 2. The diaphragm 1 includes a central portion 1a, a peripheral portion 1b, and a first loop portion 1c connecting the central portion 1a and the peripheral portion 1b, and the first loop portion 1c is raised in a direction perpendicular to the central portion 1 a. The central portion 1a is annular and includes an outer end 1aa connected to the first collar portion 1c and an inner end 1ab opposite to the outer end. The connecting member 2 includes an outer peripheral end 2a connected to an inner side end 1ab of the central portion 1a and an inner peripheral end 2b opposite to the outer peripheral end 2 a; the first diaphragm 3 includes an outer edge end 3a connected to the inner peripheral end 2b of the connector and an inner edge end 3b opposite to the outer edge end 3a, and a second flange portion 3c connecting the outer edge end 3a and the inner edge end 3b, the second flange portion 3c of the first diaphragm 3 includes at least two raised portions 3d, and the raised direction is the same as the raised direction of the first flange portion 1 c.
In specific implementation, the raised portion 3d is preferably wavy, and the peripheral portion 1b, the central portion 1a and the outer edge end 3a of the first sound film 3 of the diaphragm 1 are located on the same horizontal plane. The inner edge end 3b of the first diaphragm 3 is parallel to the horizontal plane. Of the adjacent ridges, the ridge closer to the inner edge end 3b is located at a greater distance from the horizontal plane than the ridge closer to the outer edge end 3 a. That is, a step is formed between the inner edge end 3b and the outer edge end 3a of the first diaphragm 3, and the height of the wavy bulge portion 3d of the second flange portion 3c (i.e., the distance from the horizontal plane) increases from the outer edge end 3a toward the inner edge end 3 b.
More preferably, the outer peripheral end 2a of the connecting member is connected to the side of the inner end 1ab facing away from the first ring-folding portion 1c, and the inner peripheral end 2b of the connecting member is connected to the side of the outer peripheral end 3a facing away from the second ring-folding portion 3 c. The structure is used for stably connecting the connecting piece 2 with the vibrating diaphragm 1 and the first sound film 3 and is conveniently connected with an internal voice coil assembly.
In the basic solution of this embodiment regarding the diaphragm assembly, the diaphragm 1 is designed into a ring shape as a whole, and the central portion 1a is connected to the first diaphragm 3 through the ring-shaped connecting member 2, so as to form the diaphragm assembly. The first diaphragm 3 achieves the wave-like effect by forming a plurality of ridges, the number of which is 2 in the present embodiment, but 3 or more in other embodiments of the present invention. In actual use, the inner edge end 3b of the first diaphragm 3 is connected to the magnetic circuit system of the speaker. The wave structure that first sound membrane 3 formed is in order to realize the vibration from structural whole first sound membrane 3 of help, and the structure that adopts single arcuation among the prior art relatively of this kind of structure is under the thinking that the width of the portion of bending reduces, can be so that first sound membrane 3 has bigger amplitude, and then satisfies the acoustic effect demand of whole speaker. As shown in fig. 2, two peaks may be preferred in implementations, i.e., a two-bump structure. The structure can effectively solve the problem that the inner and outer fall (namely the fall between the inner edge end and the outer edge end) of the second flange part 3c is large, and the flange part can be narrowed under the condition of ensuring that the arc length of the first sound film 3 is enough, so that the radiation area is increased, and the sensitivity is improved; when the vibrating diaphragm vibrates upwards, because the wave form height of single uplift is shorter, the part that the magnetic circuit is surpassed at second collar portion 3c top is less to can reduce and reserve vibration space, save the vertical space of speaker product.
Example two
As shown in fig. 7, in the diaphragm assembly used in the loudspeaker disclosed in another embodiment of the present invention, the number of the raised portions 3d 'of the first diaphragm 3' of the second embodiment is three, a step is formed between the inner edge end 3b 'and the outer edge end 3 a' of the first diaphragm 3 ', and the height (i.e., the distance from the horizontal plane) of the wavy raised portion of the second flange portion 3 c' increases from the outer edge end 3a 'to the inner edge end 3 b', and compared with the structure of the first diaphragm 3 in fig. 2, the second embodiment can further solve the problem of self-interference of the diaphragm under large amplitude, because when the arc length and the width of the diaphragm are limited, the three-layer structure has a shorter height of the waveform of a single raised portion compared with the two-layer structure, and the problem of self-interference caused by stacking of the diaphragm materials during vibration is unlikely to occur.
