As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, one side of the cutting knife 10 is provided with a first connecting frame 11, the other side of the cutting knife 10 is provided with a second connecting frame 13, the first connecting frame 11 and the second connecting frame 13 are arranged in a staggered manner, one side of each of the first connecting frame 11 and the second connecting frame 13 is provided with a plurality of connecting support arms 14, the connecting support arms 14 at the upper part and the middle part are connected through a triangular turntable 15, the connecting support arms 14 at the lower part are hinged through a second connecting rod 12, one side of the triangular turntable 15 at the upper part is provided with a motor, the motor drives the triangular turntable 15 to rotate in a forward and reverse direction in a circulating manner, so as to drive the first connecting frame 11 and the second connecting frame 13 to alternatively lift, so that the second connecting rods 12 at the lower end alternately move at two sides of the cutting knife 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a guide wheel 16 is disposed on one side of the support platform 45, the cable 55 passes through the interior of the guide wheel 16 and is disposed on the support platform 45, and the guide wheel 16 prevents incomplete cutting of the cutting knife 10 caused by bending deformation of the cable 55; a ratchet is arranged outside the guide wheel 16, a first motor 19 is arranged on one side of the guide wheel 16, one end of an output shaft of the first motor 19 is connected with a rocker 20, the lower part of the rocker 20 is hinged with a movable rod 21, the front end of the movable rod 21 is matched with the ratchet, one end of the movable rod 21 is provided with a sliding groove, a fixed block 22 is arranged inside the sliding groove, and the fixed block 22 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the shell 1; first motor 19 drives the swing of movable rod 21 through rocker 20, drives the ratchet and rotates when movable rod 21 swings to drive leading wheel 16 and rotate, drive cable 55 rotates when leading wheel 16 rotates, avoided artifical adjustment cable 55's angle, improved the efficiency that cable 55 was skinned.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, a clamping rod 17 is disposed on one side of the guide wheel 16, one end of the clamping rod 17 is movably mounted inside the housing, and a chuck 18 engaged with the ratchet is disposed on the other end of the clamping rod 17, so that the chuck 18 prevents the guide wheel 16 from rotating in the opposite direction, and ensures the cable sheath cutting effect.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, symmetrically arranged fixture blocks 53 are arranged inside the guide wheel 16, an expansion rod 59 is arranged on one side of the fixture block 53, a sleeve 52 matched with the expansion rod 59 is arranged on the inner wall of the guide wheel 16, a plurality of second springs 54 are arranged on one side of the fixture block 53, one end of each second spring 54 is fixedly connected with the fixture block 53, and the other end of each second spring 54 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the guide wheel 16; the latch 53 allows the guide wheel 16 to be used with cables 55 of different diameters, and the second spring 54 ensures the stability of the clamping of the latch 53 with the cable 55.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a second sliding block 27 is provided on one side of the first sliding block 24, the second sliding block 27 is movably mounted on the sliding rod 26, and a tray 56 is provided on a lower portion of one side of the second sliding block 27 for collecting a falling cable sheath; two ends of the sliding rod 26 are provided with limit blocks 58, the limit blocks 58 prevent the first sliding block 24 and the second sliding block 27 from falling off from the sliding rod 26, and the hydraulic cylinder 63 is installed on the limit block 58 on the left side.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a sprocket 29 is disposed on one side of the lower portion of the second sliding block 27, two sides of the sprocket 29 are mounted inside the housing 1 through connecting plates, a chain 30 is disposed on the sprocket 29, one end of the chain 30 is connected to the second sliding block 57, and the other end of the chain 30 is connected to the third link 25 below the first sliding block 57; a first spring 28 is arranged on one side of the second sliding block 27, and the other end of the first spring 28 is fixedly connected with a right limiting block 58; when the hydraulic cylinder 63 pushes the first sliding block 24 to move rightwards for peeling, the elastic force of the first spring 28 pushes the second sliding block 27 to move leftwards, so that the tray 56 is driven to move leftwards, and the tray 56 is convenient for receiving peeled cable skins.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, a first wire stripping block 41 fixedly installed inside the housing 1 is disposed on one side of the supporting platform 45, a second wire stripping block 42 is disposed on a lower portion of the first wire stripping block 41, an arc-shaped groove for accommodating the cable 55 is disposed in a middle portion of the first wire stripping block 41 and the second wire stripping block 42, two sides of the first wire stripping block 41 and the second wire stripping block 42 are connected by a pulling rope 43, a reel 61 is disposed on one side of an upper portion of the first wire stripping block 41, a spool 60 is disposed on one side of the reel 61, one end of the pulling rope 43 is connected to the spool 60 by passing through the reel 61, a third pulley 40 is disposed on one side of the spool 60, a fourth pulley 62 is disposed on a lower portion of the third pulley 40, the third pulley 40 and the fourth pulley 62 are connected by a second driving belt 39, a first pulley 35 is disposed on one side of the fourth pulley 62, a second pulley 47 is disposed on one side of the first pulley 35, a second pulley 37, the first belt wheel 35 and the second belt wheel 37 are connected through a first transmission belt 36, the first transmission belt 36 is connected with a lifting block 38, and a second transmission belt 39 is connected with the other side of the lifting block 38; the second hand wheel 47 is rotated to drive the first belt wheel 35 to rotate, the first belt wheel 35 drives the lifting block 38 to lift through the first transmission belt 36, the lifting block 38 drives the winding reel 60 to rotate through the second transmission belt 39 so as to drive the second wire stripping block 42 to move up and down, when the second wire stripping block 42 moves upwards, the first wire stripping block 41 and the second wire stripping block 42 clamp the cable 55, at the moment, the first sliding block 24 moves rightwards to strip the cable, and manual holding of the cable 55 is avoided; the first belt wheel 35, the second belt wheel 37, the third belt wheel 40 and the fourth belt wheel 62 are all synchronous belt wheels, and the first transmission belt 36 and the second transmission belt 39 are both synchronous toothed belts, so that the first transmission belt 36 and the second transmission belt 39 are prevented from slipping.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the mounting plate 46 is provided with an adjusting groove 51, the fixed shaft 9 and the rotating wheel 8 are both adjustably mounted in the adjusting groove 51, and the adjusting groove 51 facilitates adjusting the distance between the cutting knife 10 and the support table 45, so as to be suitable for peeling cables with different diameters.

The peeling device for cable connection according to claim 1, wherein a cutting table is arranged on one side inside the shell, a cutting groove is arranged on the upper portion of the cutting table, a cutting line hole is arranged on one side of the cutting groove, a push-pull rod is arranged on one side of the lower portion of the cutting table, a support rod is arranged at one end of the push-pull rod, a chopping arm is hinged to the upper portion of the support rod, a chopper is arranged on one side of the lower portion of the chopping arm and corresponds to the cutting groove, a first connecting rod is arranged on one side of the chopping arm, one end of the first connecting rod is hinged to the chopping arm through a hinge joint, and the other end of the first connecting rod.
