Step two, establishing a medicine knowledge base usage table, and adding usage information related fields to each medicine, wherein the usage information related fields comprise recommended usage code classes, alternative recommended usage code classes, forbidden usage code classes and forbidden usage code classes except for the recommended usage code classes; based on the information in the drug instruction book and other related public data, adding related usage information for each drug in the drug knowledge base usage table;
for each drug adding usage information, a drug knowledge base usage table is established, which comprises the following contents:
the fields of the drug knowledge base usage table at least comprise forbidden usage code class fields and are associated with the drug knowledge base through drug names and/or drug codes;
The recommended usage code class field can also be added in the usage table of the medicine knowledge base;

Step five, when the terminal is applied, after a doctor issues a prescription drug, pushing a recommended usage or an alternative recommended usage of the drug in the HIS drug usage table to the HIS system for selection by the doctor;
step six, when the terminal is applied, the actual usage of the medicines in the prescription is compared with the forbidden usage and the non-recommended non-forbidden usage in the HIS medicine usage table during prescription auditing or prescription comment, and whether the prescription belongs to an unsuitable administration route is determined as one of the basis of prescription rationality judgment;
Step seven, when the terminal is applied, the user of the HIS system adjusts the usage type through an interface to become custom data when certain recommended usage, alternative recommended usage and forbidden usage of a certain medicine are unsatisfied;
