Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of Internet of things, and particularly relates to an alarm based on an NB-IoT transmission technology. The system is mainly applied to natural disaster monitoring and early warning systems, geological disaster monitoring and early warning systems, mountain torrent disaster monitoring and early warning systems, emergency risk avoidance and early warning systems, sudden public events and other forecast and early warning systems, and realizes sound-light and voice alarm with quick response, large range and high concurrence.
Background
At present, various monitoring and early warning systems and emergency mechanisms of emergent public events are gradually perfected in China, and the early warning and forecasting modes of the mountain torrent disaster monitoring and early warning system, the geological disaster monitoring and early warning system and the like which are completed and built mostly adopt mobile phone APP, short messages, early warning broadcast and large-screen display modes. The main problems that exist are: the APP is installed at the mobile phone end, although the application of the mobile phone is very common, almost one mobile phone is used by one person, and part of people have 2 mobile phones which are used simultaneously, so that the operation and the use of the mobile phone are very skillful. However, the early warning and forecasting APP software for disasters is only installed by part of relevant managers and monitors, and after receiving early warning information, the early warning information needs to be forwarded for the second time, so that the workload is high, the early warning information cannot be timely issued to people suffering from disaster threats.
The short message mode has the advantages that the early warning information can be sent to the disaster threatened area indiscriminately, and people in the disaster threatened area covered by the base station signals of the three operators can receive the warning information. The monitoring and early warning platform needs to be in butt joint with short message gateways of 3 operators, so that the problems of cost and expense are high. After the short message is sent out, the personnel in the area content are limited by the capacity, the time difference exists when the alarm information is received, and the personnel receiving the alarm information later are not beneficial to timely transferring and avoiding risks.
The early warning broadcast and the large screen are mainly installed in public areas, the construction cost is high, long-term personnel maintenance and nursing are needed, management personnel are needed to operate during information issuing, information is transmitted in local and specific areas, the response speed is low, the issuing area is limited, and particularly the information issuing effect at night is poor.

NB-IoT refers to narrowband Internet of Things (Narrow Band-Internet of Things) technology. The cellular-based narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) is an important branch of the Internet of everything. The NB-IoT is constructed in a cellular network, only consumes about 180KHZ of bandwidth, and can be directly deployed in a GSM network, a UMTS network or an LTE network so as to reduce the deployment cost and realize smooth upgrading. NB-loT has four major characteristics, namely wide coverage, which provides improved indoor coverage, NB-loT has 20dB gain and 100 times enlarged coverage area compared with the existing network under the same frequency band, capacity of supporting mass connection, NB-loT-sector which can support 10 ten thousand connections, low delay sensitivity, ultra-low equipment cost, low equipment power consumption and optimized network architecture, and low power consumption, wherein the standby time of NB-loT terminal module can be as long as 10 years; fourth, lower module cost, enterprise expects a single contiguous module to be no more than 50 dollars.
TTS is an abbreviation of Text To Speech, i.e., "from Text To Speech," which is part of a human-machine conversation To enable a machine To speak. It applies the outstanding actions of linguistics and psychology at the same time, and under the support of built-in chip, it can intelligently convert the characters into natural speech flow by means of the design of neural network. TTS technology converts text files in real time. Under the effect of the intelligent voice controller, the voice rhythm of the text output is smooth, so that a listener feels natural when listening to information and does not have the feeling of indifference and acerbity of machine voice output. The TTS speech synthesis technology covers national standard first-level and second-level Chinese characters, has an English interface, automatically identifies Chinese and English, and supports mixed reading of Chinese and English. All the sounds adopt the real Mandarin as the standard pronunciation, the rapid speech synthesis of 120-150 Chinese characters/minute is realized, the reading speed reaches 3-4 Chinese characters/second, and the user can hear clear and pleasant tone quality and coherent and smooth intonation. In an electronic system, the electronic system is generally used as a lower computer, and is in data communication with an upper computer or a main control CPU through a serial communication interface, such as a UART (universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter), an I2C or SPI (serial peripheral interface) mode or other communication modes, so that standard Chinese text information transmitted by the main control CPU, such as UNICODE (universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter), GB (GB 2312), BIG (BIG input/output) 5 and the like, is received, and a sound generator, such as a loudspeaker, is driven to generate continuous sound in a voice synthesis mode, so that a machine can naturally generate synthesized voice of reading a text like a common person.
