By implementing the steps, the new loan information can be detected in real time, so that the loan transaction request which is provided by the user to the property security platform can be obtained in real time, the response is further carried out, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, step S201 may specifically include:
requesting to record loan information when new loan information is detected;
after the request is recorded and responded, performing chain encryption on the loan information to obtain the encrypted loan information;
and generating the corresponding asset block according to the encrypted loan information according to a preset asset management contract.
In step S201, the property security platform will detect the loan information record table within a preset unit time, and when it is detected that the loan information record corresponding to the last preset unit time contains a new loan information item, it is determined that a user has made a new loan transaction request, that is, new loan information is detected; the property security platform requests to record the loan information item, namely links the loan information item, and particularly, when the property security platform requests to record a loan information response, the property security platform links the loan information item by identifying the content of the loan information, such as the name of a borrower, the loan amount, the loan request time and other loan information, and encrypts the loan information item in a chain manner to ensure the safety of the loan information such as the name of the borrower, the loan amount, the loan request time and the like. Further, generating a corresponding asset block according to a preset asset management contract for the encrypted loan information, specifically, converting the loan information into a data format which accords with a block chain-based asset security platform through the asset management contract, processing the loan information by using the asset security platform, chaining the processed loan information to the block chain, generating the asset block corresponding to the loan information, reducing the combination difficulty between the block chain and the asset security field, enabling the fusion degree of the loan information and the block chain-based asset security platform to be high, and improving the transaction data processing efficiency of the asset security platform.
Further, the step of generating the corresponding property block according to the encrypted loan information and the preset property management contract comprises:
extracting transaction information of the encrypted loan information;
judging whether the encrypted loan information is valid or not according to the transaction information;
and when the encrypted loan information is valid, generating a corresponding asset block on the block chain according to a preset asset management contract.
Specifically, the transaction information may be loan person identity information, such as loan person name, identity card number, and the like, and the transaction information further includes: loan amount, loan request time, loan payment request time, etc.; extracting transaction information related to the encrypted loan information, and evaluating the authenticity of the loan information according to the extracted transaction information, wherein if the name and the identification number in the loan identity information are matched, and if the loan amount and the loan release requesting time have reliability, if the loan amount is 100 yuan and the loan release requesting time is 50 years, the transaction information in the corresponding loan information can be judged to be unreliable. By determining the validity of the loan information, the method can effectively avoid the misoperation of the user when filling the loan information or the malicious harassment of the user on the loan transaction service, and improve the reliability of the asset security platform management.
Further, the encrypted loan information is converted into a data format which accords with a property security platform based on a block chain through the property management contract, the loan information is processed by the property security platform, the property security platform on the processed loan information block chain generates a property block corresponding to the loan information, the combination difficulty between the block chain and the property security field is reduced, the fusion degree of the loan information and the property security platform based on the block chain is enabled to be high, and the transaction data processing efficiency of the property security platform is improved.
In this embodiment, the step S202 may specifically include:
extracting pre-report information of the asset block;
screening the pre-reported information according to a preset income rule to obtain an asset block corresponding to the preset income rule;
building a basic asset pool by using the asset blocks corresponding to the income rules;
corresponding target asset security products are determined according to the asset blocks in the base asset pool.
Specifically, the predetermined revenue rule is a rule set for the asset security platform, and the revenue rule is not limited to include: and the repayment expected time, the loan interest rate, the payment amount required at the repayment expected time and other data thresholds. Further, the target property security products to be established are determined according to property blocks or loan information corresponding to the property blocks in the basic property pool, wherein the basic property pool can contain a plurality of different target property security products. Through the steps of the method, the asset blocks which accord with the preset income rules can be screened to establish the target asset security products, the loan information which does not accord with the income rules is effectively prevented from being added into the basic asset pool, and the target asset security products are established, so that the risk of the target asset security products is increased; by executing the steps, the monitoring can be carried out at the stage of establishing the target property security product, the loan information is screened, the risk of establishing the target property security product is reduced, and the reliability is improved.
In this embodiment, step S203 may specifically include:
respectively inquiring actual income data corresponding to a plurality of target asset security products;
respectively comparing the plurality of actual revenue data with revenue thresholds of revenue rules, wherein the revenue rules comprise the revenue thresholds;
if the actual income data is greater than or equal to the income threshold value, evaluating the target security risk corresponding to the target asset security product as low risk;
and if the actual income data is smaller than the income threshold value, evaluating the target security risk corresponding to the target asset security product as high risk.
In step S203, specifically, the actual income data of the target asset security product needs to be acquired, and the user sends a payment transaction request to the asset security platform within the expected payment time, where the payment transaction request includes actual payment information, actual payment time, and the like. By executing the step, the repayment condition and the basic information of the target asset security product are inquired to evaluate the recovery condition of the cash flow of the loan asset, so that the risk of the securitized product is evaluated, the default risk of the basic asset is mastered in real time, the risk monitoring of the securitization of the asset is improved, the loss caused by default of the target asset security product is avoided, and the method has reliability.

Specifically, a property and security data table is generated by utilizing the loan information, the target property and security products and the target security risk, the property and security data table can be stored in a database or a data storage end, and the property and security data table can be called by a processor and sent to a user end or a transaction request end through a service supply end so as to be referred or consulted by a user. It should be noted that, the property and security data table may also be established through other data, such as expected repayment time, loan interest rate, and the like, which is not further described in this embodiment.

the property generation module 301 is configured to generate, when new loan information is detected, corresponding property blocks according to a preset property management contract for the loan information;
a product determination module 302 for determining target asset security products in a base asset pool according to asset blocks meeting a preset revenue rule, wherein the base asset pool comprises a plurality of different target asset security products;
the risk assessment module 303 is configured to assess corresponding target security risks according to the income rules and the obtained actual income data of the target asset security products;
and the early warning generation module 304 is configured to generate a corresponding target early warning signal according to the target security risk so as to control to send out a warning.
Further, the apparatus 300 further comprises: a data creation module 305;
and the data establishing module 305 is used for establishing a property and security data table by utilizing the loan information, the target property and security products and the target security risk for the user to inquire.
The invention provides an early warning device for asset security products, comprising: an asset generation module 301, a product determination module 302, a risk assessment module 303, an early warning generation module 304 and a data establishment module 305; specifically, first, when new loan information is detected, the loan information is generated into a corresponding property block according to a preset property management contract through the property generation module 301; determining, by the product determination module 302, a target asset security product in a base asset pool according to an asset block meeting a preset revenue rule, wherein the base asset pool contains a plurality of different target asset security products; respectively evaluating corresponding target security risks through a risk evaluation module 303 according to the income rules and the acquired actual income data of the target asset security products; generating a corresponding target early warning signal according to the target security risk through an early warning generation module 304 so as to control and send out a warning; and creating a property and security data table by using the loan information, the target property and security product and the target security risk through the data creating module 305 for the user to query. By implementing the scheme, the loan information is generated into asset blocks according to a preset asset management contract, the combination difficulty between a block chain and the asset security field is reduced, the asset blocks meeting income rules are selected to determine target asset security products, the corresponding target security risks are evaluated by comparing the actual income data of the target asset security products with the preset income rules, and an alarm is sent according to the target security risks, so that the risks of the asset security products in the asset securitization market are effectively monitored, and the method has high reliability.
The present invention provides an electronic device, please refer to fig. 4, which is an architecture diagram of the electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the electronic device includes: the early warning method for the asset security products comprises a memory 401, a processor 402 and a communication bus 403, wherein the communication bus 403 is respectively connected with the memory 401 and the processor 402 in a communication mode, the memory 401 is coupled with the processor 402, a computer program is stored on the memory 401, and when the processor 402 executes the computer program, each step of the early warning method for the asset security products is achieved.
Illustratively, a computer program for a method of forewarning of asset security products comprises: when new loan information is detected, generating corresponding asset blocks according to the loan information and a preset asset management contract; determining target asset security products in a basic asset pool according to asset blocks which accord with preset income rules, wherein the basic asset pool comprises a plurality of different target asset security products; and respectively evaluating corresponding target security risks according to the income rules and the acquired actual income data of the target asset security products. In addition, the computer program may also be divided into one or more modules, which are stored in the memory and executed by the processor to accomplish the present invention. One or more of the modules may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing certain functions, the instruction segments being used to describe the execution of a computer program in a computing device. For example, the computer program may be partitioned into an asset generation module 301, a product determination module 302, a risk assessment module 303, an early warning generation module 304, and a data establishment module 305 as shown in FIG. 3.
The Processor 402 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The present invention further provides a storage medium, which is a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program implements the steps of the method for early warning of asset security products.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be other divisions, for example, multiple modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each of the modules may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.
The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
It should be noted that, for the sake of simplicity, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combinations, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present invention is not limited by the described order of acts, as some steps may be performed in other orders or simultaneously according to the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no acts or modules are necessarily required of the invention.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In view of the above description of the method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium for warning of asset security products provided by the present invention, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the concepts of the embodiments of the present invention may be varied in the specific implementation manners and the application ranges.
Claims (10)
1. A method for providing early warning of asset security products, the method comprising:
when new loan information is detected, generating corresponding asset blocks according to the loan information according to a preset asset management contract;
determining target asset security products in a base asset pool according to the asset blocks meeting preset revenue rules, wherein the base asset pool comprises a plurality of different target asset security products;
respectively evaluating corresponding target security risks according to the income rules and the acquired actual income data of the target asset security products;
and generating a corresponding target early warning signal according to the target security risk so as to control and send out a warning.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating the loan information into the corresponding property block according to a predetermined property management contract when new loan information is detected is preceded by:
at intervals of unit time, looking up a loan information record table of the property security platform;
extracting all loan information records in the loan information record table, wherein the loan information record table comprises at least one loan information record;
and when the application time of the loan information record is matched with the unit time, judging that new loan information exists, wherein the loan information record contains the application time.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating the loan information into the corresponding property block according to a predetermined property management contract when new loan information is detected comprises:
when new loan information is detected, requesting to record the loan information;
after the request is recorded and responded, the loan information is encrypted in a chain manner to obtain the encrypted loan information;
and generating the corresponding asset block according to the encrypted loan information according to the preset asset management contract.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of generating the corresponding asset block according to the preset asset management contract with the encrypted loan information comprises:
extracting transaction information of the encrypted loan information;
judging whether the encrypted loan information is valid or not according to the transaction information;
and when the encrypted loan information is valid, generating the corresponding asset block on the block chain according to the preset asset management contract.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of identifying a target asset security product within a pool of underlying assets based on said block of assets meeting a predetermined rule of return comprises:
extracting pre-reported information of the asset block;
screening the pre-reported information according to the preset income rule to obtain an asset block corresponding to the preset income rule;
building a basic asset pool by using the asset blocks corresponding to the income rules;
determining the corresponding target asset security product according to the asset block in the base asset pool.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of individually assessing risk of a corresponding target security based on said rules of return and said obtained actual return data for a plurality of said target asset security products comprises:
respectively inquiring actual income data corresponding to a plurality of target asset security products;
respectively comparing the actual income data with income thresholds of the income rules, wherein the income rules comprise the income thresholds;
if the actual income data is greater than or equal to the income threshold value, evaluating the target security risk corresponding to the target asset security product as low risk;
and if the actual income data is smaller than the income threshold value, evaluating the target security risk corresponding to the target asset security product as high risk.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of assessing risk of said target security based on said rules of return and said obtained actual return data of said target asset security products comprises the steps of:
and establishing a property and security data table by using the loan information, the target property and security products and the target security risk for the user to inquire.
8. An early warning apparatus for asset security products, the apparatus comprising:
the property generation module is used for generating corresponding property blocks according to the loan information according to a preset property management contract when new loan information is detected;
a product determination module, configured to determine a target asset security product in a base asset pool according to the asset block meeting a preset revenue rule, where the base asset pool includes a plurality of different target asset security products;
the risk assessment module is used for respectively assessing corresponding target security risks according to the income rules and the acquired actual income data of the target asset security products;
and the early warning generation module is used for generating a corresponding target early warning signal according to the target security risk so as to control and send out a warning.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a memory, a processor and a communication bus, said communication bus being communicatively connected to said memory and said processor, respectively, said memory being coupled to said processor, wherein said memory has stored thereon a computer program, said processor, when executing said computer program, performing the steps of the method of warning of asset security products as recited in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium being a computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of pre-warning of asset security products as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 7.
