Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further definition or explanation thereof is necessary in the following figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only to distinguish the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
As described in the background art, the related art client benefit obtaining method has a problem that it is easy to affect the client experience and also affect the performance of the system. Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a bank card management scheme to solve the above problems.
The following describes embodiments of the present application:
as shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a bank card management method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a card management system of a card issuing entity, which may be an organization, such as a bank, a credit agency, etc., that provides credit or debit cards or prepaid cards to a consumer or business, and the card management system may be a system for managing cards issued by the entity in the card issuing entity, which generally mainly provides functions of card transaction, card cancellation, card recharging, etc. The bank cards mentioned in this embodiment may include debit cards and credit cards, and may be subdivided into transfer cards, private cards, stored value cards, credit cards and quasi-credit cards, and the bank cards may be physical cards or virtual cards.
The method comprises the following steps:
step 101, determining the qualification grade of a target client according to historical bank card data of the target client;
the target customer mentioned in this step may refer to an entity or individual who entrusts the card issuing authority to transact business or receives the service provided by the card issuing authority. In this embodiment, the card management system performs level marking on the qualification of the target customer based on the historical bank card data of the target customer, that is, the consumption record of the bank card held by the target customer in the current card issuing mechanism. The qualification level of the different card issuers may be different, for example, the qualification level of the card issuers a may include both common qualification and VIP qualification, the qualification level of the card issuers B may include five kinds of from one star to five star, and accordingly, the grading standards adopted by the different card issuers may be different.
In some embodiments, this step may include: inputting historical bank card data of a target customer into a customer grade evaluation model to obtain an evaluation result; the customer grade evaluation model is trained based on historical bank card data of a plurality of customers with qualification grade labels; and determining the qualification grade of the target client based on the evaluation result. That is, by using historical bank card data of a plurality of previous clients, determining the qualification grades of the previous clients through analysis of a rule model and/or technicians, generating a qualification grade label, and constructing a client grade evaluation model by taking the qualification grade label as a training set, so that the client grade evaluation model learns to distinguish the corresponding qualification grades according to input data, and in application, the card management system can take the historical bank card data of a target client as the input of the client grade evaluation model, and can quickly determine the qualification grade of the target client, thereby improving the processing efficiency.
Alternatively, the customer rating model may be a CNN (Convolutional Neural Network ) model, an SVM (Support Vector Machine, support vector machine) model, etc., and the specific training process and reasoning process may refer to the description of the corresponding algorithm in the related art, which is not described herein in detail.
In other embodiments, the card management system may also analyze historical bank card data of the target customer based on the big data platform to determine the credit rating status of the target customer and thus the qualification level of the target customer. The big data platform is a network platform which is served in the forms of content sharing, resource sharing, channel co-construction, data sharing and the like, and is a set of infrastructure mainly used for processing scenes such as mass data storage, calculation, continuous stream data real-time calculation and the like. By means of the data analysis capability of the big data platform, the processing speed can be improved, and the accuracy can be improved. If the historical bank card data of the target client indicates that the target client belongs to a new user, the qualification grade of the target client can be directly determined as a default value, such as a star grade, a common qualification and the like.
102, when a new card handling request of the target client is received, generating a card number of a new card based on the qualification grade of the target client; the card number has an identification representing the qualification grade;
in the scheme of the embodiment, when a customer requests to transact a new card, the qualification grade of the customer is utilized to generate the card number, namely, the qualification grade of the customer can be directly reflected in the generation of the card number, so that the system can determine the qualification grade of the customer by analyzing the card number of the customer, and further, the subsequent various rights and interests, functional processing and the like are associated, thereby effectively reducing the repeated operations such as customer grade calculation, query and the like in interaction with a database.
In some embodiments, generating the card number of the new card based on the qualification level of the target customer may be preceded by: detecting whether the target client accords with a new card handling condition; and if the detection result is negative, rejecting the new card handling request. That is, before generating the card number, the card management system can check the card handling qualification of the target customer, and when the check passes, the card number of the new card is generated based on the qualification level of the target customer, otherwise, the new card handling request is directly refused, so that the compliance of card management is ensured. Wherein the new card transaction condition may include at least one of: not in the black gray list; the identity document provided is validated; the face picture in the provided identity document is matched with the target client. Of course, the new card handling condition can be set in other ways according to the requirements of the specific scene, which is not limited by the present application.
Also, in some embodiments, the card number referred to in this step may have a specified check bit whose value characterizes the qualification grade. That is, a part of the positions in the card number is taken as a specified check bit, so as to represent the qualification level of the customer. For example, the position of the last-last digit in the card number of the bank card may be set as a specified check bit, the value of which is set to 1 when the qualification level of the target customer is one star, 2 when the qualification level of the target customer is two star, and so on, or a value between 0 and 4 when the qualification level of the target customer is ordinary, and a value between 5 and 9 when the qualification level of the target customer is VIP. Therefore, for related systems, the qualification level of the client can be obtained directly based on the card number, and the time for docking with other systems or self-calculation processing is saved.
Further, in some embodiments, generating the card number of the new card based on the qualification grade of the target customer mentioned in this step includes: determining a value of the specified check bit based on a qualification grade of the target customer; generating values of the rest positions except the specified check bit in the card number according to a preset rule; and combining the value of the specified check bit and the value of the rest position into a card number of the new card. That is, when the card number is generated based on the qualification level of the customer, the card management system may divide the card number into a specified check bit and the remaining positions, then determine the value of the specified check bit based on the qualification level of the customer, generate the values of the remaining positions according to a preset rule, and then combine the values to form the card number of the new card, thereby improving the card generation efficiency.
Optionally, the remaining locations may include an issuer identification bit, a middle bit, and a target check bit; the aforementioned generating the values of the remaining positions except the specified check bit in the card number according to the preset rule may include: generating a value of the issuer identification bit according to the card BIN information; generating a value of the intermediate bit using a random number generator; and generating the value of the target check bit by adopting a Luhn algorithm according to the value of the issuer identification bit and the value of the intermediate bit. That is, in the generation of the card number, besides the qualification grade of the customer is represented by the specified check bit, the card BIN (Bank Identification Number ) information, such as the name of the issuer, the code of the issuer, the type of the bank card, and the like, can be represented by the issuer identification bit so as to conform to the unified specification of the bank card about the service number segment. And the function of checking whether the bank card is correct or not is realized by using the target check bit. The Luhn algorithm may also be called modulo 10 algorithm, which is a simple checksum algorithm, and when implemented, combines the value of the previously determined issuer identification bit and the value of the intermediate bit into a string of numbers, for which the even number is multiplied by 2 from right to left, then the bits of the two numbers are added to the ten bits, then the sum of all the numbers is calculated, modulo 10 is taken from the sum of the numbers, and then the value of the target check bit is obtained by subtracting 10, so as to realize the verifiability of the generated card number.
Correspondingly, when receiving a rights and interests inquiry request of a service system, the card management system can check the target card number according to a target check bit of the target card number in the rights and interests inquiry request; after the verification is passed, determining a target qualification grade according to the designated verification bit of the target card number, determining rights and interests information corresponding to the target card number according to the target qualification grade, and returning the rights and interests information to the service system. The rights inquiry request refers to a request sent by a service system to a card management system for inquiring rights information corresponding to a target card number, when the card management system receives the request, the target card number can be extracted from the request, whether the target card number is correct or not is detected based on a target check bit in the target card number, if yes, a value corresponding to an issuer identification bit and a middle bit in the target card number is calculated by adopting a Luhn algorithm, whether a calculation result is consistent with the value of the target check bit or not is detected, and if yes, the verification is passed; after the verification is passed, determining the qualification grade of the client corresponding to the target card number according to the value of the designated verification bit in the target card number, and further determining the associated rights and interests information of the client, so as to respond to the request. Therefore, the efficiency of inquiring the related rights and interests of the clients by the service system is improved, and the client experience and the system performance are improved.
And step 103, binding the identity information of the target client with the card number.
After the card number of the new card is generated, the card management system binds the identity information of the target customer, such as the name, the mobile phone number, the identity card number and the like, with the card number, so that the corresponding relation between the identity information of the target customer and the card number is established, and the subsequent business processing is convenient. For example, the equity system may recommend different preferential activities to the clients of different clients according to the correspondence, so as to improve the use experience of the clients.
According to the embodiment of the application, the qualification grade of the target client is determined according to the historical bank card data of the target client, when a request of the target client for handling a new card is received, the qualification grade of the target client is utilized to generate the card number of the new card, the qualification grade of the target client is embodied in the generation of the card number, and then the identity information of the target client is bound with the card number. Therefore, for related systems, the method can quickly acquire the rights and interests information of the clients, reduces repeated operation of computing the client grade on other systems, and effectively improves the client experience and system performance.
For a more detailed description of the solution of the application, a specific embodiment is described below:
the embodiment relates to a rights and interests information inquiry scene of a bank. In general, for a newly transacted card, a card management system of a bank directly generates a common card number, and clients with different qualification grades can be distinguished based on shapes such as card surface colors in part of scenes, but the clients can only be distinguished by naked eyes, and systematic distinction can not be achieved, and the qualification grades and various rights of the clients are judged by checking related information acquired by a single system through a transaction of a background system in subsequent consumption. This results in complex functions of the system, multiple associated systems, lengthy call links, and inability of each system to directly learn about the relevant qualification level of the customer, which can easily affect the customer experience, as well as affecting the performance of the system. Based on this, the present embodiment provides a card management scheme to solve the above-described problems.
The workflow of this scheme is shown in fig. 2, which includes:
s201, acquiring qualification grade of a customer;
specifically, when the method is realized, a middleware can be additionally arranged in the card management system, the middleware has a data analysis function, and when a certain client transacts a plurality of credit cards, the middleware carries out consumption grade analysis based on the history card record of the client, so that the qualification grade of the client reaches the standard; or determining the credit rating condition of the client based on the client level analysis marking result of the big data, thereby obtaining the qualification grade of the client. If the client does not have any history memory and belongs to a new user, a low-level identifier is set by default;
s202, determining a value of a designated check bit according to the qualification grade of a client;
specifically, the general card numbers are generated by combining the card organization with the rules of middle number segment bits and the like, and the last bit is a check bit, in the scheme of the embodiment, the card number generation system is connected according to the grade result of the customer, and the grade qualification of the customer is reflected by using the designated check bit; for example, the qualification level divided in the bank includes seven of a star level to a seven star level, when the level qualification of the customer is a star level, the value of the specified check bit is determined to be 1, when the level qualification of the customer is a two star level, the value of the specified check bit is determined to be 2, and so on;
s203, generating a card number based on the specified check bit;
specifically, generating values of other positions according to the original rule, and combining the values of the specified check bits and the values of the other positions to obtain a card number of the new card;
s204, establishing a corresponding relation between the generated card number and the identity information of the client;
specifically, the card number of the new card and the identity information of the customer are bound so as to facilitate subsequent various business processes.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, for the card newly transacted by the client, the qualification grade of the client is directly reflected in the generation of the card number, the qualification grade of the client can be intuitively obtained from the card number, and the subsequent various rights and interests, functional processing and the like are directly associated, so that repeated operations such as client grade calculation or inquiry and the like are prevented from being performed again after interaction with a database; for example, the equity system often makes preferential activities, needs to provide different preferential activities for different clients, before this embodiment, the equity system needs to acquire client information, convert the client information into client numbers, and then perform calculation of client grades on other systems to acquire client qualification grades. Therefore, the related system can quickly learn the qualification grade of the client and automatically process the related equity function of the client, thereby improving the client experience and the system performance.
