In the embodiment of the invention, after the target area program of the target mall is successfully constructed, the service for providing the entity resource access for the user based on the target area program can be started. In the embodiment of the present invention, a target user community including at least two users is taken as an example, and the target user community selects two or more entity resources in the target area program, but the target area program can actually provide a resource access service for a single user.
Wherein the target community of users includes at least two users. The target user community substance is a group established according to the interests, identity status, aesthetic ideas, personal value and the like of users, for example, the user community can be established for residents in the same cell, the user community can be established for staff of the same company and the like, so that the target area program can provide service for the target user community, pages of the target area program can be displayed on terminals held by each user in the target user community, each user can select entity resources required by the user on the target area program, and the platform can receive at least two entity resources to be distributed selected by the target user community based on the target area program in the follow-up process. The invention also has a unified delivery mechanism, so that a unified delivery time is required to be set, and the setting time can be realized in two ways. One way is that a leader user can be set in the target user community, the leader user has the authority to send instructions to the platform, the authority of other users except the leader user in the target user community is not possessed, all users including the leader user can freely select needed entity resources in the target area program, and the leader user decides when to inform the platform of carrying out the distribution of the entity resources. When the leader user determines to request the platform for delivery, a first order-placing instruction can be issued to the platform based on the target area program by using the authority of the sending instruction, so that when the platform receives the first order-placing instruction transmitted by the target user community based on the target area program, at least two entity resources to be delivered indicated by the first order-placing instruction, namely entity resources which the user wants to purchase in the target user community, can be obtained, and the platform can start to arrange store preparation entity resources and assign delivery facilities for delivery. In another way, the target user community can customize an expiration time in the target area program, before the expiration time, all users in the target user community can issue a second order for ordering the entity resources to the target area program, and the platform can continuously monitor the current time point. When the current time point is detected to be consistent with the expiration time of the target user community, the platform starts counting at least two second order placing instructions received by the target area program until the current time point, at least two entity resources to be distributed indicated by the at least two second order placing instructions are obtained, and a subsequent process is arranged based on the at least two entity resources to be distributed. In the actual application process, any one of the two modes can be adopted to realize the entity resource ordering operation of the target user community based on the target area program, or the two modes can be combined to realize the whole ordering process.
In the practical application process, the resources that can be provided by a plurality of shops in the target area program are very large, so that each user in the target user community can find the resource of the own heart meter at the highest speed. The first mode is to acquire a plurality of first recommended resources uploaded by a plurality of stores and push the plurality of first recommended resources to a target user community. That is, a plurality of stores may actively provide the platform with resources to be recommended, and the platform may directly recommend the resources to the target user community, such as today's special resources, today's super-offered resources, and so on in the stores. The second mode is that a plurality of resource labels to be recommended are extracted from historical orders of a target user community, second recommended resources matched with the resource labels to be recommended in the first recommended resources are pushed to the target user community, and specifically, first ordering frequency of each resource label to be recommended in the historical orders in the resource labels to be recommended accords with a first pushing condition. The first pushing condition may be that a resource tag with the highest ordering frequency is used as a resource tag to be recommended, and since the resource frequently ordered by the target user community is a resource favored by the target user community, the resource tag with the highest ordering frequency in the historical order of the target user community is used as the resource tag to be recommended, and the second recommended resource indicated by the resource tag to be recommended is pushed to the target user community in the resources uploaded by the store. In the third mode, a recommended store is determined in the historical order, a plurality of third recommended resources uploaded by the recommended store are pushed to a target user community, and similarly, the second ordering frequency of the recommended store in the historical order meets the second pushing condition, namely, the store with the highest ordering frequency is used as the recommended store, the target user community often orders in the store to be the approval of the store, and in order to display the resources in the store to the target user community in a protruding mode, the store is used as the recommended store to push the resources in the store. It should be noted that, in the actual application process, any of the above manners may be adopted to determine recommended resources for the target user community and push the recommended resources, so that at least two entity resources to be distributed selected by the target user community received in step 202 may also come from the pushed resources. In addition, the first recommended resource, the second recommended resource and the third recommended resource determined based on the above three modes may be single-form resources, such as a bottle of beverage, a serving of dishes, etc., or may be combined-form resources, such as a fat beef package, a chicken package, etc., and the form of the resources is not particularly limited in the present invention.

In the embodiment of the invention, after at least two entity resources to be distributed are issued to the target store, the target store can prepare the goods according to the received entity resources to be distributed, and after the goods preparation is completed, the platform is informed of the completion by adopting a completion response mode, so that the platform can continue to carry out the distribution process.
Therefore, when a completion response returned from the target store is received, it is necessary to generate delivery information, and the delivery information is subsequently provided to the delivery facility, and the delivery facility delivers the physical resource in accordance with the instruction of the delivery information. Wherein, since at least two entity resources to be distributed may be selected by different users, if the distribution facility distributes each entity resource to different users, a lot of time is consumed, and the workload is also great, which has a certain difficulty for the distribution facility. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, each user community can set a designated position in advance as the community geographic position, and the distribution facility only needs to distribute all entity resources to be distributed to the community geographic position, so that users in the user community can actively go to the community geographic position to get the entity resources selected by themselves, thereby saving the cost of manpower and material resources. It should be noted that the plurality of redemption certificates provided by the target mall may be classified into two types, an online type certificate and an offline type certificate. The online class certificates are used for being exchanged in a plurality of shops included in the target area program, namely, the online electronic coupons are used, and when the target user selects entity resources based on the target area program next time, the online class certificates can be checked out when the exchange requirements of the online class certificates are met. Many platforms at present provide virtual resources such as energy, points, gold coins and the like for users, and the virtual resources can be used for exchanging physical goods or upgrading member rights of users, so that in the embodiment of the invention, the current behavior data can be converted into resources, and the virtual resources to be issued generated by the current behavior data can be determined, namely, energy, points, gold coins and the like are added for the target users according to the current behavior data of the target users.
When the current behavior data is subjected to resource conversion, since the current behavior data may include one or more of a sharing behavior, a boosting behavior, a new guest pulling behavior and a comment behavior, in order to combine the behaviors of the plurality of types, the behavior participation degree of the target user may be calculated according to the current behavior data of the target user, and virtual resources may be allocated to the target user according to the behavior participation degree. The specific process of calculating the action participation degree is as follows: firstly, counting the current behavior quantity included in the current behavior data, and assuming that the current behavior data includes sharing behaviors and assisting behaviors, the current behavior quantity is 2. And then, obtaining a behavior quantity standard value, namely, the quantity of all interaction behaviors provided by the statistical platform as the quantity standard value, and calculating the ratio of the current behavior quantity to the behavior quantity standard value as the behavior participation degree of the target user. It should be noted that, the above-mentioned determining the to-be-issued virtual resource by calculating the participation degree of the behaviors for the target user, and in the process of practical application, the corresponding behavior resource amount may be set for each behavior, for example, the behavior resource amount set for the sharing behavior is 3 points, the behavior resource amount set for the power-assisted behavior is 2 points, and so on, when the current behavior data is subjected to resource conversion, the behavior resource amount of each behavior included in the current behavior data is determined, the sum of the behavior resource amounts is calculated, and the virtual resource with the resource amount identical to the sum is taken as the to-be-issued virtual resource. For example, assuming that the current behavior data includes a sharing behavior and a boosting behavior, the amount of behavior resources set for the sharing behavior is 3 points, the amount of behavior resources set for the boosting behavior is 2 points, and then the sum of the amounts of behavior resources is 5, and the virtual resources to be issued are 5 points.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the to-be-issued exchange certificate and the to-be-issued virtual resource are determined, the to-be-issued exchange certificate and the to-be-issued virtual resource can be transmitted to the target user so as to enable the target user to perform verification of the certificate or promotion of rights and interests and the like.
In the practical application process, the target mall can also rely on the appointed exchange certificates with the fixed number on line of the target area program, and remind the users in the target user community that the appointed exchange certificates are about to be on line in the modes of program display, program notification, popup and the like of the target area program, so that the interest and enthusiasm of the target user community on the target area program are improved, and the purpose of user conversion is achieved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a dedicated target area program is created for the target mall, and a plurality of stores which are in the geographic position of the target mall and can provide online service are integrated in the target area program, so that at least two entity resources to be distributed selected by a target user community are received based on the target area program, the at least two entity resources to be distributed are issued to the target stores for stock preparation, after the stock preparation of the target stores is determined, one target distribution facility is determined to be sent to different stores of the mall to be distributed, the entity resources are distributed to the community geographic position of the target user community by the target distribution facility, convenience is provided for users belonging to the same user community, a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved for the distribution facility, the characteristics of the same store belonging to the same mall are fully utilized, and the intelligent process of the mall is promoted.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a resource touching device, as shown in fig. 3A, where the device includes: a receiving module 301, a transmitting module 302, a generating module 303 and a determining module 304.
The receiving module 301 is configured to receive at least two to-be-distributed entity resources selected by a target user community based on a target area program, where a plurality of stores whose geographic locations are in the same target mall are accessed, where the target user community includes at least two users;
the issuing module 302 is configured to determine a target store that provides the at least two to-be-distributed entity resources from the plurality of stores, and issue the at least two to-be-distributed entity resources to the target store;
the generating module 303 is configured to generate, when receiving a completion response returned by the target store, distribution information, where the distribution information includes at least a community geographic location of the target user community, at least two entity resources to be distributed, and a store location of the target store in the target store;
the determining module 304 is configured to determine a target delivery facility, send the delivery information to the target delivery facility, and touch the entity resource to be delivered to the community geographic location by the target delivery setting.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3B, the apparatus further includes: a first creation module 305, a first extraction module 306, a second creation module 307, and a presentation module 308.
The first creating module 305 is configured to create an initial area program of the target mall;
the first extracting module 306 is configured to receive access requests of a plurality of stores to be accessed, and extract the stores in which the access requests carry the target mall identifier of the target mall from the plurality of stores to be accessed;
the second creating module 307 is configured to access the plurality of stores into the initial area program, and create a store page for each store in the plurality of stores in the initial area;
the display module 308 is configured to display, on a store page corresponding to each store in the plurality of stores, a plurality of candidate entity resources provided by the store, so as to obtain the target area program.
In a specific application scenario, the receiving module 301 is configured to, when receiving a first order instruction transmitted by the target user community based on the target area program, obtain the at least two entity resources to be distributed indicated by the first order instruction; or, monitoring a current time point, and when the current time point is monitored to be consistent with the deadline of the target user community, counting at least two second order placing instructions received by the target area program to the current time point, and acquiring the at least two entity resources to be distributed indicated by the at least two second order placing instructions.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3C, the apparatus further includes: the first statistics module 309, the second extraction module 310 and the cache module 311.
The first statistics module 309 is configured to query the consumption resource amounts of the at least two to-be-distributed entity resources corresponding to the target store, and count the consumption resource amounts of the at least two to-be-distributed entity resources;
the second extraction module 310 is configured to determine a community account bound to the target user community, and extract, as virtual resources to be transferred, virtual resources of the total consumption resources in the community account;
the caching module 311 is configured to cache the virtual resource to be transferred to a virtual resource pool.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3D, the apparatus further includes: a transfer module 312.
And the transferring module 312 is configured to extract the virtual resource to be transferred from the virtual resource pool when receiving the delivery instruction returned by the target distribution facility, and transfer the virtual resource to be transferred to the store account corresponding to the target store.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3E, the apparatus further includes: a query module 313, a second statistics module 314, a third extraction module 315, a transfer module 316, and a transmission module 317.
The query module 313 is configured to query the target user community for at least two target users that select the at least two entity resources to be distributed;
the second statistics module 314 is configured to, for each of the at least two target users, count historical behavior data and current behavior data of the target user;
the third extraction module 315 is configured to obtain a plurality of redemption certificates uploaded by the target mall, extract, from the plurality of redemption certificates, redemption certificates to be issued that match the historical behavior data and the current behavior data, where the plurality of redemption certificates include at least an online class certificate and an offline class certificate, where the online class certificate is used for redemption in the plurality of stores included in the target area program, and the offline class certificate is used for redemption in offline stores in the target mall except the plurality of stores included in the target area program;
the conversion module 316 is configured to perform resource conversion on the current behavior data, and determine a virtual resource to be issued generated by the current behavior data;
the transmitting module 317 is configured to transmit the to-be-issued redemption certificate and the to-be-issued virtual resource to the target user.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3F, the conversion module 316 includes: a statistics unit 3161, a computation unit 3162 and a query unit 3163.
The statistics unit 3161 is configured to count a current behavior number included in the current behavior data, where the current behavior data includes at least one or more of a sharing behavior, a boosting behavior, a new guest pulling behavior, and a comment behavior;
the calculating unit 3162 is configured to obtain a behavior quantity standard value, and calculate a ratio of the current behavior quantity to the behavior quantity standard value as a behavior participation degree of the target user;
the query unit 3163 is configured to query a preset resource amount corresponding to the behavior participation degree, and take a virtual resource of the preset resource amount as the virtual resource to be issued.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3G, the apparatus further includes: a push module 318.
The pushing module 318 is configured to obtain a plurality of first recommended resources uploaded by the stores, and push the plurality of first recommended resources to the target user community; or extracting a plurality of resource labels to be recommended from historical orders of the target user community, pushing second recommended resources matched with the resource labels to be recommended in the first recommended resources to the target user community, wherein the first order-placing frequency of each resource label to be recommended in the historical orders accords with a first pushing condition; or determining a recommended store in the historical order, pushing a plurality of third recommended resources uploaded by the recommended store to the target user community, wherein the second order-placing frequency of the recommended store in the historical order meets a second pushing condition; wherein the first recommended resource, the second recommended resource, and the third recommended resource are at least a single form resource or a combined form resource.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention creates a special target area program for the target mall, integrates a plurality of stores which are in the geographic position of the target mall and can provide online service in the target area program, so that at least two entity resources to be distributed selected by the target user community are received based on the target area program, the at least two entity resources to be distributed are issued to the target stores for stock preparation, after the stock preparation of the target stores is determined, one target distribution facility is determined to be sent to different stores of the mall to be distributed, the entity resources are distributed to the community geographic position of the target user community by the target distribution facility, convenience is provided for users belonging to the same user community, a great amount of manpower and material resources are saved for the distribution facility, the characteristics of the same store are fully utilized, and the intelligent process of the mall is promoted.
It should be noted that, for other corresponding descriptions of each functional unit related to the resource access device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to corresponding descriptions in fig. 1 and fig. 2A to fig. 2B, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted herein.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 4, there is further provided a device 400 including a communication bus, a processor, a memory, and a communication interface, and may further include an input-output interface, and a display device, wherein the functional units may communicate with each other via the bus. The memory stores a computer program and a processor, which is used for executing the program stored in the memory and executing the resource touch method in the above embodiment.
A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the resource activation method.

Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (may be a CD-ROM, a U-disk, a mobile hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method described in the respective implementation scenario of the present application.
