the network link configuration of the dynamic feedback system of the internet of things comprises the following steps:
the original production system equipment state data server maps data to a work ticket background server;
the background server of the work ticket is connected with the state data server of the original production system equipment by a network cable, is isolated by a middle firewall and is read-only and non-writable;
the PDA taking table is used for containing the PDA for centralized management, the PDA base is automatically charged after being plugged, a feedback signal is sent to the background server when the PDA is taken, and each PDA is provided with an independent number;
the wireless signal base station is adapted to the signal transmission of the electronic tag and has a special Bluetooth frequency band;
the electronic tags are not transmitted with data, and only exchange data with the base station and the PDA, and adopt Bluetooth or NFC communication;
the centralized control room is directly connected with the base station by adopting a physical network cable;
the base station broadcasts each electronic tag in a near field area and adopts Bluetooth adaptation;
the PDA mobile handheld terminal and the electronic tag adopt point-to-point Bluetooth or NFC communication;
and the base station in the same area are automatically bridged by adopting wifi, and data is continuously transmitted.
