Disclosure of Invention
The specification discloses a service management method and device based on a block chain.
According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present specification, a service management method based on a block chain is disclosed, which is applied to a management service node that is docked with a node device in the block chain; the block chain stores service data issued by each managed party; the service data is encrypted before being issued; the method comprises the following steps:
determining whether an update condition of the management database is satisfied;
if the updating condition of the management database is met, acquiring the latest business data which is stored in the block chain and is issued by each managed party from the node equipment;
and decrypting the acquired latest business data, and updating the decrypted latest business data to the management database so that the management party performs business management on each managed party based on the business data in the management database.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present specification, a service management apparatus based on a block chain is disclosed, which is applied to a management service node that is docked with a node device in the block chain; the block chain stores service data issued by each managed party; the service data is encrypted before being issued; the device comprises:
a determination module that determines whether an update condition of the management database is satisfied;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the latest business data which is stored in the block chain and is issued by each managed party from the node equipment when the updating condition of the management database is met;
and the updating module is used for decrypting the acquired latest business data and updating the decrypted latest business data to the management database so that a management party performs business management on each managed party based on the business data in the management database.
According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present specification, a service management system based on a block chain is disclosed, including:
the plurality of managed parties issue the encrypted service data to the block chain;
the block chain is used for storing the encrypted service data issued by the managed party;
the management service node is in butt joint with the node equipment in the block chain, when the updating condition of a management database is met, the latest business data which are stored in the block chain and are issued by each managed party are obtained from the node equipment, the obtained latest business data are decrypted, and the decrypted latest business data are updated to the management database;

Blockchains are generally divided into three types: public chain (Public Blockchain), Private chain (Private Blockchain) and alliance chain (Consortium Blockchain). Furthermore, there may be a combination of the above types, such as private chain + federation chain, federation chain + public chain, and so on.
Among them, the most decentralized is the public chain. The public chain is represented by bitcoin and ether house, and participants (also called nodes in the block chain) joining the public chain can read data records on the chain, participate in transactions, compete for accounting rights of new blocks, and the like. Moreover, each node can freely join or leave the network and perform related operations.
Private chains are the opposite, with the network's write rights controlled by an organization or organization and the data read rights specified by the organization. Briefly, a private chain may be a weakly centralized system with strict restrictions on nodes and a small number of nodes. This type of blockchain is more suitable for use within a particular establishment.
A federation chain is a block chain between a public chain and a private chain, and "partial decentralization" can be achieved. Each node in a federation chain typically has a physical organization or organization corresponding to it; the nodes are authorized to join the network and form a benefit-related alliance, and block chain operation is maintained together.
Based on the basic characteristics of a blockchain, a blockchain is usually composed of several blocks. The time stamps corresponding to the creation time of the block are recorded in the blocks respectively, and all the blocks form a time-ordered data chain according to the time stamps recorded in the blocks strictly.
The real data generated by the physical world can be constructed into a standard transaction (transaction) format supported by a block chain, then is issued to the block chain, the node equipment in the block chain performs consensus processing on the received transaction, and after the consensus is achieved, the node equipment serving as an accounting node in the block chain packs the transaction into a block and performs persistent evidence storage in the block chain.
With the development of electronic commerce, in order to ensure stable development of the industry, a manager needs to further complete management tasks such as risk early warning by acquiring business information of business individuals of companies, organizations and the like in the industry.
Taking the supervision of a supervision institution on the internet financial industry as an example, in financial services such as financing and loan which are developed by local financial institutions, the situation of multi-head loan may occur, because the repayment capability of a single borrower is relatively limited, the multi-party loan means that the borrower is probably borrowing new and old, the cash flow of the borrower has a relatively serious problem, so that relatively serious credit and fraud risks exist, and if sufficient information intercommunication does not exist among a plurality of financial institutions which are released by the single borrower, a risk early warning needs to be given by the supervision party in time.
In the related art, people can use business individuals in industries such as local financial institutions and the like as managed parties by maintaining a centralized management database, and collect business data of the managed parties into the management database, so that the management parties can conveniently know the operation state of the managed parties from the management database, and discover possible risks in the business of the managed parties in time, thereby ensuring the stable development of the industries.
However, two main problems exist in the above solution, one of them is that, for the business individuals in some industries, due to their own business and business considerations, the reported business data has the phenomena of counterfeiting, false reporting and report hiding, and the past data may be also be rejected, so that the data in the traditional management database is often not true and reliable enough; secondly, the management party is used as a data center node, the storage, processing and forwarding of the business data in the management database need permission of the management party, and the business data contain a great amount of private information such as personal financial data and the like, and are all stored in the management unit, so that higher risk of private data leakage exists.
Based on this, the present application provides a technical solution for issuing the service data of the managed party to the blockchain, and obtaining the latest service data from the blockchain by the management service node connected with the blockchain, so as to update the management database.
In the implementation, the management service node can update the management database only by acquiring the latest service data from the block chain without all historical service data;
in addition, when the managed party publishes own service data, the managed party can encrypt the service data, and when the management service node needs to use the part of service data, the management service node carries out decryption processing so as to ensure that the service data stored on the block chain cannot cause privacy data leakage.
In the above technical solution, on one hand, the service data of the managed party is published to the blockchain and then updated to the management database, and due to the characteristics that the blockchain is not repudiatable and can not be tampered with, compared with the conventional scheme that the service data is directly updated to the centralized database, the service data of the managed party obtained by the management party is more real and reliable when the management party performs service management;
on the other hand, since the service data that the management party can contact is only the latest service data, not all the service data on the block chain, compared with the related technical solution, the amount of the private data stored in the management database is smaller, and therefore, the harm possibly caused by data leakage is lower; moreover, since the service data is encrypted before being distributed to the blockchain, even if a lawbreaker acquires the encrypted service data from the blockchain, the lawbreaker cannot acquire the private data from the encrypted service data, thereby improving the security of the service management process.
The present specification is described below with reference to specific embodiments and specific application scenarios.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating a structure of a service management system based on a block chain according to the present disclosure; as shown in fig. 1, the service management system based on blockchain may include several managed parties, blockchains, management service nodes, and management databases, where the blockchains are connected with the managed parties and the management service nodes, and the management databases may be connected to the management service nodes.
Wherein, several managed parties can issue encrypted service data to the block chain;
the block chain can store the encrypted service data issued by the managed party;
the management service node which is in butt joint with the node equipment in the block chain can acquire the latest business data which is stored in the block chain and is issued by each managed party from the node equipment when the updating condition of the management database is met, decrypt the acquired latest business data, and update the decrypted latest business data to the management database;
the management party can perform service management for each managed party based on the service data in the management database.
If the business management system is applied to the supervision of the internet financial industry, the managed party can be a plurality of local financial institutions under supervision, the managing party can be a supervising authority for executing supervision, and the management service node and the management database can be a supervision service node and a supervision database used in the supervision activity respectively. It is understood that the supervision of the internet financial industry is only an example scenario of the above scheme, and those skilled in the art can apply the above management system to other industries according to specific needs, and the present specification is not necessarily limited in particular.
The following description will describe in detail a service management method based on a blockchain disclosed in the present specification from the perspective of managing a service node in the service management system based on a blockchain.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a block chain based traffic management method, which may be applied to a management service node interfacing with a node device in a block chain; the block chain stores service data issued by each managed party; the service data is encrypted before being issued; the method comprises the following steps:
s201, determining whether the updating condition of the management database is met;
s202, if the updating condition of the management database is met, acquiring the latest business data which is stored in the block chain and is issued by each managed party from the node equipment;
s203, the acquired latest business data is decrypted, and the decrypted latest business data is updated to the management database, so that the management party performs business management on each managed party based on the business data in the management database.
The managed party may include any business mechanism that needs to be managed, and the specific type of the business data and the managing party corresponding to the business mechanism may also be changed according to the specific selection of the managed party; it is understood that, although the above example takes a local financial institution as an example, it is obvious that other industries and other fields may also apply the service management method disclosed in this specification to implement management on a managed party; for example, the electronic industry is developed in a certain place, the whole industry chain may include a material smelting enterprise, a component manufacturing enterprise, and a processing and assembling enterprise, and the business management method may be applied to manage the enterprises by an industry association or related departments by using business information of each enterprise, so as to find risks such as raw material shortage, excessive production, and partial enterprise violation or loss of confidence in time.
In one embodiment, the managed party may be a managed financial service; the corresponding business data can be the business detail data related to the financial service provided by the managed financial service organization facing the user, and the corresponding manager can be a local financial management department; for example, a plurality of banks are managed in a certain place, and each bank provides financial loan services, so that the business detail data including information such as borrowers, borrowing time, borrowing amount and the like can be used as business data submitted by each bank to the management system.
The block chains include any form of block chains such as private chains, alliance chains, public chains, etc., and since the block chains in different forms generally have different characteristics, for example, the operation performance of the private chain is generally higher than that of the public chain, but the reliability is lower than that of the public chain, a person skilled in the art can balance advantages and disadvantages by himself or herself according to specific needs, and select a block chain form to be used specifically, and the specification does not need to be limited in detail.
In one embodiment, the blockchain may include a federation chain, wherein the managed parties may be federation members of the federation chain. The managed party is taken as a coalition member, on one hand, the managed party can conveniently release self service information to the coalition chain, on the other hand, the credibility of the coalition chain can be enhanced, and the smooth operation of the coalition chain is ensured through a certain consensus mechanism.
The management service node may be a logical node or a physical node; specifically, the node device may be an independent node device (for example, a server) that is docked with the node device of the blockchain, or may be a service program that is installed on the node device of the blockchain, or may be a program group that is composed of a plurality of service programs that respectively implement a plurality of functions; no matter what configuration is adopted, the method can be regarded as a specific implementation of the management of the connection between the service node and the block chain in fig. 1, and a person skilled in the art can refer to the related art to complete a specific design according to specific requirements without specific limitation to this specification.
In this specification, the management service node may determine whether the update condition of the management database is satisfied in various ways; specifically, a scheme of periodically checking whether the update condition of the management database is satisfied may be adopted, a trigger mechanism based on the content of the management database may also be adopted, and a person skilled in the art may select a specific implementation manner by himself, which is not required to be specifically limited in this specification.
In this specification, after determining that the update condition of the management database is satisfied, the management service node may obtain, from the blockchain, the latest business data issued by each managed party; for example, if the managed party deposits current business data into the block chain every 10 loans, the management service node may obtain only the latest business data therein, which is sufficient to update the data in the management database to the latest state; it can be understood that even if the service data of a managed party in two adjacent updates is not updated, the management service node can perform repeated acquisition to ensure the integrity of the data.
In an illustrated embodiment, the management service node may update the management database in an incremental update manner; specifically, in the incremental updating mode, the newly added service data may be regarded as data that indirectly indicates the current service state of the managed party, and the management service node may only obtain the newly added service data stored in the block chain between the current time and the last time when the management service node updates the management database, so that the obtaining action for the unchanged state is saved, and the efficiency of obtaining the latest service data can be improved.
In an embodiment shown, the update condition of the management database may be any one or a combination of more of the following conditions:
reaching the updating time preset for the management database; for example, presetting a 0 point of 3 months and 9 days for updating;
the time interval from the last time when the management database is updated reaches a preset time interval; e.g., every 3 hours;
after the management database is updated for the last time, the data volume of the newly added service data stored in the block chain reaches a preset threshold value; for example, every time the block height is increased by 2, updating is performed;
the newly added service data carries an identifier indicating that the management database is updated immediately; and so on. It is to be understood that, when a combination of a plurality of conditions is adopted as the update condition of the management data, the plurality of conditions may have an or relationship with each other, and any one of the conditions is satisfied, that is, the update condition of the management data is satisfied, or the and relationship may be such that all the conditions must be satisfied to be regarded as the update condition of the management data is satisfied; the logical combination relationship can be determined by the person skilled in the art according to the specific requirements, and the description is not further limited.
In this specification, the managed parties may encrypt the service data before distributing the service data to the blockchain, and the management service node may complete decryption after acquiring the encrypted service data from the blockchain, and use the decrypted service data for updating the management database.
It can be understood that, since the blockchain itself needs a large amount of calculation, in the specific implementation, the hash value of the encrypted service data may be stored only in the blockchain, and the encrypted service data is stored in the corresponding another database, and the operation of reading and writing the service data stored in the blockchain actually corresponds to reading and writing the another database, and the verification of the corresponding hash value in the blockchain; by the design, reliability and efficiency can be considered, and performance loss caused by writing of a large amount of data into a block chain is avoided.
In an embodiment shown, before the service data is distributed, each managed party performs encryption processing based on a symmetric key negotiated with the managing party; correspondingly, the management service node may decrypt the acquired latest service data based on the symmetric key. It is understood that the management service node is essentially controlled by the management party, so that the symmetric key negotiated by the management party and the management party can be held and used by the management service node; in addition, one managed party can negotiate a plurality of symmetric keys according to requirements, and a plurality of managed parties can share the same symmetric key after negotiation;
for example, after bank a negotiates with the administrator, 3 symmetric keys a1, a2 and A3 may be agreed, while after bank B, bank C negotiates with the administrator, 1 common symmetric key B1 may be agreed, after bank D negotiates with the administrator, 1 dedicated symmetric key D1 … … may be agreed, and so on; therefore, the present specification does not need to define the detailed implementation manner of the above encryption and decryption mechanism in detail, and those skilled in the art can select and design the implementation according to the specific situation.
In one embodiment, before the service data is distributed, each managed party performs encryption processing based on a public key corresponding to the managing party; correspondingly, the management service node may also perform decryption processing using a private key corresponding to the administrator after acquiring the encrypted service data from the blockchain; compared with a scheme using symmetric encryption, the asymmetric encryption scheme can ensure that all managed parties use the same public key for encryption, so that the process of carrying out symmetric key negotiation with each managed party independently is omitted, and the encryption mechanism can be ensured to take effect only by ensuring that a private key which is held by the management service node and corresponds to the managed party is not leaked by the management service node.
In this specification, the management party may perform service management on the managed party according to the service data in the management database; specifically, the management party may obtain the service level of the whole industry, and may also specifically obtain the service details, the specific management mode, and the risk warning algorithm of a certain managed party, and those skilled in the art may develop and design according to the specific requirements and the actual application conditions, and this specification is not limited further.
In this specification, in addition to the above steps, the service data stored in the management database may be further processed and displayed, so that the manager can more intuitively know the statistical result; specific implementation procedures can be designed by those skilled in the art according to specific requirements and relevant technical documents, and the specification is not required to be specifically limited.
In an embodiment shown in the foregoing description, the management service node may further perform statistical analysis on the service data stored in the management database to obtain a management index corresponding to each managed party; the management index is further output and displayed to a management user through a preset management display interface; taking the management of the local financial institution as an example, the business data reported by the local financial institution may include business records of a plurality of loan businesses, so that after statistical analysis, management indexes such as total loan amount, overdue expectation and the like of each local financial institution may be obtained, and the obtained management indexes are output and displayed through a preset management display interface (for example, a management information webpage).
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exemplary diagram of the management display interface described in this specification, in which a financial institution with a managed object as an example is used, and a management user is visually displayed a plurality of management indexes such as a financing guarantee total amount, a financing guarantee balance, a monthly loan balance, and the like obtained by statistical analysis in a graphical manner. By adopting the scheme, the management party can apply the service data in the management database more carefully and effectively, thereby completing the management task more efficiently.
In this specification, an application with more complete functions can be developed on the basis of a block chain containing richer service information; specifically, the management database only contains the latest business data, but the block chain contains all historical business data, so that the query class service of the historical data can be provided.
In an embodiment shown, the management service node may receive an inquiry request, and return required service data in response to the inquiry request; specifically, the query request may be from the managed party, or may be from a user served by the managed party; the returned service data may be original service data, or service indexes obtained by performing further statistical analysis on the service data, or both.
For example, a customer of a certain bank may send a query request to the management service node to query its credit report; a certain bank may also send an inquiry request to the management service node to inquire whether an enterprise borrowed from the certain bank has an operational risk, and the like.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of a query result according to the present disclosure. The figure shows the effect that the query entry is a small program, and a user can query the information of the amount, overdue time and the like of the past loan through the small program of 'personal loan information query'; in the example shown in fig. 4, the information may be displayed in the form of cards, and if the interface cannot accommodate all the cards, the cards may be scrolled for display.
It is understood that the illustration in fig. 4 is only an example of a possible implementation manner, and technologies such as network communication, interface development, data processing, interface design and the like are involved in the above functions, and those skilled in the art may refer to relevant technical documents to further complete development and implementation according to the above functional requirements and in combination with a specific implementation environment, for example, the above query entry may be a conventional mobile phone or PC client, or a query web page or an applet, and the like; the arrangement mode of the cards in the interface can also be a stacking mode, or parallel arrangement based on thumbnails, and the like; the present specification does not further limit the specific implementation.
The foregoing contents are all embodiments of the present specification for the service management method based on the block chain. The present specification further provides embodiments of a corresponding service management apparatus based on a block chain as follows:

In an embodiment shown, the update condition of the management database may be any one or a combination of more of the following conditions:

the newly added service data carries an identifier indicating that the management database is updated immediately; and so on.
In an embodiment shown, before the service data is distributed, each managed party performs encryption processing based on a symmetric key negotiated with the managing party; correspondingly, the management service node may decrypt the acquired latest service data based on the symmetric key.
In one embodiment, before the service data is distributed, each managed party performs encryption processing based on a public key corresponding to the managing party; correspondingly, the management service node may obtain the encrypted service data from the blockchain, and then perform decryption processing using a private key corresponding to the administrator.
