Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, a gas water heater 10 is provided, the gas water heater 10 including a gas heating device (not shown) for heating water for a user by combustion. In the use process, the gas heating device ignites and burns gas, and the smoke generated by burning has high temperature.
Specifically, the gas heating device may include a burner and a heat exchanger (not shown in the figure), the burner may ignite and burn gas, flue gas formed by combustion enters the heat exchanger, a first heat exchange coil is arranged outside the heat exchanger, and the first heat exchange coil is communicated with cold water pipelines such as a tap water pipe. The cold water in the first heat exchange coil absorbs the heat of the smoke in the heat exchanger and then becomes hot water. The heat in the gas heating device cannot be completely absorbed by the water in the first heat exchange coil, and if the heat which is not absorbed is further transferred to the shell of the gas water heater 10, the risk of scalding exists. In particular the panel housing 11 of the gas water heater 10, the user needs to manipulate the gas water heater 10 by touching the panel housing 11. If the temperature of the panel housing 11 is too high, there is a greater risk of scalding.
Based on this, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the gas water heater 10 includes a panel housing 11, an insulated water tank 13, and the gas heating device. The panel shell 11 with the relative interval setting of gas heating device, thermal-insulated water tank 13 is located panel shell 11 with between the gas heating device. The heat insulation water tank 13 is shielded between the gas heating device and the panel shell 11, so that the gas heating device is prevented from transferring heat to the panel shell 11.
Therefore, when the gas water heater 10 is in use, the water in the heat insulation water tank 13 arranged between the panel shell 11 and the gas heating device can absorb the heat transferred by the gas heating device, so that the gas heating device is prevented from transferring the heat to the panel shell 11 to lower the temperature on the panel shell 11, and the scalding situation is avoided. And the water in the heat insulation water tank 13 can be used as domestic water for users to use after absorbing heat and being heated, thereby improving the heat utilization rate and achieving the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the gas heating device comprises a burner and a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is externally provided with a first heat exchange coil, the burner is communicated with the heat exchanger, so that high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion of the burner can enter the heat exchanger, and the heat insulation water tank 13 covers the side faces, facing the panel shell 11, of the burner and the heat exchanger. In other words, the insulating water tank 13 separates both the burner and the heat exchanger from the panel casing 11, avoiding excessive temperatures of the panel casing 11.
More specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the heat insulation water tank 13 is a plate-shaped structure, and the two sides of the heat insulation water tank 13 with a larger area are a front plate 131 and a rear plate 132, and the front plate 131 and the rear plate 132 are respectively opposite to the panel housing 11 and the gas heating apparatus.
The plate-like structure of the insulated water tank 13 does not cause an excessive increase in the thickness of the gas water heater 10. Specifically, the thickness of the front plate 131 and the rear plate 132 of the insulated water tank 13 may be 0.2mm or 0.4 mm. Moreover, because the heat-insulating water tank 13 is a plate-shaped structure, water in the heat-insulating water tank 13 can be more uniformly distributed, and heat of each part on the gas heating device can be fully absorbed. Further, in order to enable the heat released by the gas heating device to be more effectively transferred to the heat insulation water tank 13, the material of the heat insulation water tank 13 may be copper.
When the gas heating apparatus includes the burner and the heat exchanger, the rear plate 132 of the heat-insulated water tank 13 is opposite to the burner and the heat exchanger.
Specifically, the front plate 131 may be in contact with the panel housing 11, and the rear plate 132 may be in contact with the burner and heat exchanger.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the heat insulation water tank 13 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. The water inlet is located the bottom terminal surface of heat insulating water tank 13, the delivery port is located the top terminal surface of heat insulating water tank 13, the delivery port with first heat exchange coil's water inlet intercommunication.
The water in the heat insulation water tank 13 is heated preliminarily after absorbing heat, and the water after preliminary heating is conveyed to the first heat exchange coil pipe, so that the initial temperature of the water in the first heat exchange coil pipe is increased, and therefore under the condition that the water outlet temperature required by the first heat exchange coil pipe is set, the required fuel is less, and the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
When the heat insulation water tank 13 is a plate-shaped structure, the water inlet is located on the end wall at the bottom end of the heat insulation water tank 13, and the water outlet is located on the end wall at the top end of the heat insulation water tank 13.
Further, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a residual heat absorption assembly 14 is provided, and the residual heat absorption assembly 14 can be communicated with the heat exchanger, so that the flue gas in the heat exchanger can enter the residual heat absorption assembly 14. The waste heat absorption assembly 14 comprises a heat exchange channel 1421 for flowing water, and the water in the heat exchange channel 1421 can absorb the heat of the flue gas in the waste heat absorption assembly 14. The water in the heat exchange channel 1421 can be used as domestic water for users after absorbing heat and increasing temperature.
Further, the water heated and warmed in the heat exchange channel 1421 may be further conveyed to the first heat exchange coil, that is, the water outlet of the heat exchange channel 1421 is communicated with the water inlet of the first heat exchange coil, so as to raise the initial temperature of the water in the first heat exchange coil.
Further, in an embodiment, the residual heat absorbing assembly 14 can be applied to the gas water heater 10 described in any one of the foregoing embodiments, and the water inlet of the heat exchanging channel 1421 is communicated with the water outlet of the heat insulating water tank 13. In other words, the water in the heat insulation water tank 13 is primarily heated and then conveyed to the heat exchange channel 1421, the heat exchange channel 1421 further absorbs the residual heat in the flue gas to raise the temperature, and the heated water is conveyed to the first heat exchange coil. Further raising the initial temperature of the water in the first heat exchange coil.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the residual heat absorbing assembly 14 includes a flue gas housing 141 and a second heat exchanging coil 142. The flue gas shell 141 encloses a flue gas heat exchange channel 1411, and the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411 can be communicated with a heat exchanger in the gas water heater 10. The flue gas in the heat exchanger of the gas water heater 10 enters the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411 from the inlet of the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411. The second heat exchange coil 142 is disposed in the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411, and a channel in the second heat exchange coil 142 is the heat exchange channel 1421. The flue gas entering the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411 exchanges heat with the water in the second heat exchange coil 142, and then heats the water in the second heat exchange coil 142.
Further, the water outlet of the second heat exchanging coil 142 may be communicated with the water inlet of the first heat exchanging coil outside the heat exchanger. Thereby delivering the water heated in the second heat exchange coil 142 to the first heat exchange coil and raising the initial temperature of the water in the first heat exchange coil.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the flue gas housing 141 is provided with a mounting channel 1412, and the mounting channel 1412 extends from the top end to the bottom end of the flue gas housing 141. The second heat exchanging coil 142 includes a spiral coil 1422 and an auxiliary section 1423. The spiral coil 1422 is located in the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411. The spiral coil 1422 may be disposed along the axial direction of the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411, and the spiral coil 1422 abuts against the side wall of the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411. One end of the spiral coil 1422 near the top end of the flue gas housing 141 is communicated with the auxiliary pipe section 1423, and the other end of the spiral coil 1422 is a water inlet end 1424. The auxiliary pipe section 1423 is disposed along the installation channel 1412 and extends to the bottom end of the flue gas casing 141, and one end of the auxiliary pipe section 1423, which is located at the bottom end of the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411, is a water outlet end 1425.
The water inlet end 1424 may be in communication with a water outlet of the heat insulation water tank 13, and the water outlet end 1425 may be in communication with a water inlet of the first heat exchange coil. The water inlet end 1424 and the water outlet end 1425 are located at the same end of the flue gas housing 141, so that the installation convenience is improved.
And the spiral coil 1422 increases the path length of water flowing in the flue gas heat exchange channel 1411, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and improving the heat exchange efficiency.
Specifically, the diameter of the second heat exchanging coil 142 may be 5mm or 10 mm. The wall thickness of the second heat exchange coil 142 may be 0.2mm or 0.4 mm. And the second heat exchange coil 142 and the flue gas shell 141 can be made of copper materials.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the gas water heater 10 further includes a blower (not shown) for blowing out the flue gas in the heat exchanger, and the residual heat absorption assembly 14 is connected to an outlet of the blower and a flue pipe of the gas water heater 10. The flue gas discharged from the heat exchanger needs to be absorbed by the residual heat absorption assembly 14 before being discharged.
More specifically, the smoke housing 141 of the residual heat absorption assembly 14 is communicated between the outlet of the fan and the smoke pipe of the gas water heater 10. As shown in fig. 1, the flue gas housing 141 is located at the top of the casing 12 of the gas water heater 10, and the water inlet end 1424 and the water outlet end 1425 of the second heat exchange coil 142 are both located at one end of the flue gas housing 141 close to the fan, so that the second heat exchange coil 142 is more conveniently communicated with the heat insulation water tank 13 and the first heat exchange coil.
