At this point, the step of configuring addresses for the second device and the third device mounted on the first device is completed.
The communication node mounted on the second device is then queried to determine that a third device is mounted on the second device. And acquiring the equipment information of the third equipment mounted on the second equipment, and updating the second sequence according to the equipment information of the third equipment. The specific updating method is that according to the first arrangement sequence of the intermediate communication nodes in the first sequence, the second arrangement sequence of the second slave communication nodes is determined, the column tail of the received original second sequence is found, the column of the original second sequence is used as the starting point of the arrangement, and the third equipment is arranged according to the second arrangement sequence, so that the second sequence is updated. Before the second device configures the address of the third device, the second sequence is updated according to the device information of the third device mounted on the second device, so that the address configured by the second device on the third device mounted on the second device is not repeated with the address configured by the first device on the third device mounted on the first device, a plurality of communication devices cannot be searched by one communication address in the communication process, and the running stability of the air conditioner system is improved. The address configuration method in this embodiment is used for a first device in an air-conditioning multi-split system. The first device is controlled to inquire the device information of the second device and the third device mounted on the first device, and the device information is analyzed, so that the second device and the third device which are not configured with addresses in the plurality of second devices and the third devices mounted on the first device are determined, and the effect of classifying the communication nodes mounted on the first device is achieved. And configuring addresses for the classified second equipment without the configured addresses and the classified third equipment without the configured addresses. And configuring addresses for the second equipment without the configured address and the third equipment without the configured address through different address databases respectively. And classifying the communication slave mounted on the communication host and the intermediate communication node, and respectively configuring addresses for the two types of communication nodes. Then the communication host inquires the communication slave mounted on the intermediate communication node and the intermediate communication node for configuration through the intermediate communication node, and then configures the address of the communication slave mounted on the intermediate communication node, so that the hierarchical automatic addressing is realized. The same address database is used for configuring the addresses of the communication slaves, namely, each communication slave is configured with different address codes, so that communication faults caused by the same address used by the same communication slave are avoided. And configuring addresses for the intermediate communication nodes by using another address database, so that each intermediate communication node is configured with different address codes, and communication faults caused by the fact that the same intermediate communication node uses the same address are avoided.
In one embodiment, the air conditioning system is a multi-split heat recovery system, and is composed of N stages according to a communication bus. The process of automatic addressing is also divided into N steps.
Here, the topology of the air conditioning system shown in fig. 11 is taken as an example to describe the scheme, the air conditioning system is divided into three stages, the first stage is a communication master node, i.e., an outdoor unit, the second stage is an intermediate node, i.e., an MS (refrigerant switching device), and the third stage is a slave node, i.e., an indoor unit, a water conservancy module, a total heat exchanger, a fresh air fan, and the like of an air conditioner.
After detecting that the main node (outdoor unit) is electrified, inquiring all the on-line intermediate nodes (MS) and the on-line slave nodes (indoor unit, water conservancy module, total heat exchanger, fresh air fan and the like), classifying the collected on-line nodes, storing corresponding address information according to the classification of the intermediate nodes and the slave nodes, and generating two sequences.
And the sequence A stores the address information of the intermediate nodes according to a certain sequence.
And the sequence B stores slave node address information according to a certain sequence.
Where the invalid address is represented by 0xFF, for a machine that has not been auto-addressed, the contents of sequence a and sequence B are as follows:
sequence A: 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, … …, 0xFF
Sequence B: 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, … …, 0xFF
After entering automatic addressing, in a first step, configuring addresses of an intermediate node and a slave node mounted on a master node, specifically as follows:
two address databases are prestored and are respectively used for distributing addresses to the intermediate node and the slave node.
For the intermediate node (MS), address sequence numbers are assigned in order from small to large starting from 0. During the allocation process, the existing address sequence number (the existing sequence number in sequence a) needs to be skipped.
At this time, the contents of sequence a and sequence B are as follows:
sequence A: 0, 1, 0xFF, … …, 0xFF
Sequence B: 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, … …, 0xFF
For the slave nodes, address sequence numbers are assigned in order from small to large starting from 0. In the process of allocation, the existing address sequence number (the existing sequence number in the sequence B) needs to be skipped.
At this time, the contents of sequence a and sequence B are as follows:
sequence A: 0, 1, 0xFF, … …, 0xFF
Sequence B: 0, 1, 0xFF, … …, 0xFF
And secondly, configuring addresses for the slave nodes mounted on the intermediate nodes.
For the slave nodes, address sequence numbers are assigned in order from small to large starting from 0. In the process of allocation, the existing address sequence number (the existing sequence number in the sequence B) needs to be skipped.
At this time, the contents of sequence a and sequence B are as follows:
sequence A: 0,1
Sequence B: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
After the above steps are completed, all the intermediate nodes and the slave nodes are allocated unique addresses.
By the method, the address configuration is carried out on the air conditioning system of the complex multi-stage multi-online heat recovery system, and the automatic addressing and distribution of the intermediate nodes and the slave nodes in the communication network are realized. The method for realizing the hierarchical automatic addressing is suitable for complex and multistage multi-online systems. Even if the communication is increased in stages, automatic addressing can be realized according to the idea of the invention, so that the manual operation is greatly simplified, the problem that manual setting is easy to make mistakes is avoided, and great convenience is brought to engineering installation and user use.
