Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of airport pavement foreign matter detection, in particular to an intelligent warehouse-dividing management system for an airport runway, which comprises an airport pavement foreign matter detection and cleaning system and a control system, wherein the airport pavement foreign matter detection and cleaning system is used for managing the airport runway, the airport pavement foreign matter detection and cleaning system comprises a detection vehicle for detecting foreign matters and a cleaning vehicle for cleaning the foreign matters, a foreign matter detection module and a foreign matter positioning module are loaded on the detection vehicle, and a foreign matter cleaning module is loaded on the cleaning vehicle. According to the invention, the identification chip for recording the information of the sub-warehouse modules is arranged in each sub-warehouse module, so that a user can check the construction information and the use information of the sub-warehouse modules at any time, the old sub-warehouse modules can be conveniently and timely replaced and maintained, and the probability of accidents is reduced.

In the prior art, the warehouse-dividing management function of the airport runway is not realized, and information records of all warehouse-dividing modules on the runway are lacked, namely when the warehouse-dividing modules are built is not clear, and what accidents happen to the warehouse-dividing modules are not clear, so that potential aging and crushing warehouse-dividing modules cannot be maintained and replaced in time, and unknown driving safety accidents are easily caused.

The foreign body detection module is used for acquiring two-dimensional and three-dimensional images of a road surface and transmitting image information to the foreign body positioning module, the foreign body positioning module comprises an image processing module and a foreign body calibration module, and the image processing module is used for splicing the two-dimensional images and the three-dimensional images and extracting foreign body characteristics; the foreign matter detection module and the image processing module jointly act to judge whether foreign matters exist on the airport pavement or not and upload foreign matter images and characteristics.
The foreign body calibration module comprises an RTK positioning device and an encoder, wherein the RTK positioning device and the encoder are loaded on the detection vehicle, the RTK positioning device is used for acquiring longitude and latitude coordinates of the position of the detection vehicle, and the encoder is used for storing and transmitting coordinate information of the detection vehicle in foreign body determination; the foreign matter calibration module acquires the position of the vehicle according to the RTK positioning device of the vehicle, so that the position of the foreign matter and the bin dividing module where the foreign matter is located are judged, and information is uploaded to the control system.
The automatic navigation modules are mounted on the detection vehicle and the sweeper and can receive instructions and control the detection vehicle and the sweeper to run according to a set track; the automatic navigation module can receive an instruction sent by the control system and drive the vehicle to run according to a set track, so that the participation of workers is reduced, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
The control system comprises a human-computer remote control module and a human-computer interaction interface, the human-computer remote control module comprises a remote controller for controlling the movement of the detection vehicle and the sweeper, and the human-computer interaction interface is used for sending instructions to the detection vehicle and the sweeper; the remote controller is held in the hand of a worker and is divided into an automatic driving mode and a manual operation mode, and when the manual driving mode is switched, the worker can manually operate the detection vehicle and the sweeper.
The airport runway comprises an airport pavement for assisting an aircraft to fly and a standby area for stopping a detection vehicle and a cleaning vehicle, the airport pavement consists of a plurality of sub-bins, and an identification chip for recording module information is arranged in each sub-bin; the identification chip is used for recording the construction information of the road surface sub-warehouse, such as construction time, weight, size, thickness and foreign matter information discovered once, and the data is convenient for a user to manage the runway sub-warehouse and judge whether the sub-warehouse module is aged or broken so as to replace and maintain the sub-warehouse in time.
The control system comprises a memory bank for storing the road surface image acquired by the foreign matter detection module, namely storing all found foreign matter information.
Referring to fig. 3-6, in the using process, a user firstly operates the detection vehicle and the sweeper vehicle to the standby area through the remote controller, then sends an instruction to the detection vehicle through the human-computer interaction interface, and the detection vehicle switches to the autonomous navigation mode, autonomously navigates to the runway position and starts to perform detection. The detection vehicle is provided with a foreign matter detection module and a foreign matter positioning module which are used jointly, so that whether foreign matters exist on the airport pavement, the characteristics of the foreign matters and the positions of the foreign matters can be judged, and the foreign matter images are uploaded to a control system. And then the control system sends a cleaning task to the sweeper, the sweeper is switched to the autonomous navigation mode and enters a problem area, foreign matters are cleaned, and the sweeper returns to the standby area through autonomous navigation after the foreign matters are cleaned.
The life process of the warehouse dividing module of the airport runway can be roughly divided into seven steps of chip manufacturing, chip putting, module construction, airport acceptance check, daily routing inspection, maintenance record and final runway module dismantling, wherein the identification chips correspond to the warehouse dividing modules one to one and are used for recording basic information of the warehouse dividing modules, such as construction time, so that a user can conveniently check warehouse dividing conditions in real time, potential risks of warehouse dividing aging, crushing and the like are avoided, the safety of the airport runway is maintained, the health and the reliability of the airport are ensured, and safe production and more benefits are realized.
