The working principle is as follows: the invention relates to a processing technology of a degerming breathable textile, which is characterized in that when the textile is used, firstly, tencel fibers and sweat hemp fibers are used for preparing knitted fabrics; then placing the knitted fabric on two sides of the natural textile and sewing to obtain a mixed textile; then preparing a sterilizing solvent, pouring the sterilizing solvent into the solvent box 2, and rotating the adjusting screw 10 to enable the nut block 11 to drive the fastening clips 12 to move oppositely or oppositely, so that the distance between the fastening clips 12 is adapted to the width of the mixed textile; placing two corners of a mixed textile into a fastening clamp 12, enabling a first clamping plate 1201 and a second clamping plate 1202 to realize the fixing effect on the mixed textile through a fastening screw 33 and a threaded through hole 1203, then starting a lifting motor 29, enabling the lifting motor 29 to drive a contraction wheel 31 to rotate anticlockwise, enabling a lifting plate 28 to drive an adjusting frame 9 and the mixed textile to enter a solvent tank 2, enabling the mixed textile to be completely immersed in a degerming solvent, starting a rotating motor 8, enabling the rotating motor 8 to drive the adjusting frame 9 to rotate, enabling the adjusting frame 9 to drive the mixed textile to rotate in the degerming solvent, enabling the mixed textile to be fully contacted with the degerming solvent, then starting the lifting motor 29 again, enabling the lifting motor 29 to rotate clockwise, driving the contraction wheel 31 to rotate, tightening steel of the contraction wheel 31, 32, a steel rope 32 driving the lifting plate 28 to move upwards, and further enabling, then, starting the reciprocating fan 20, enabling the reciprocating motor 20 to drive the driving gear 21 to rotate anticlockwise, further enabling the first L-shaped plate 1201 and the second L-shaped plate 1202 to move oppositely, further driving the extrusion plates 24 to achieve the extrusion effect on the mixed textile in an opposite direction, and enabling the redundant degerming solvent in the mixed textile to be extruded out and fall into the solvent tank 2 again for recycling; after the extrusion is completed, the heating wire 13 and the blower 14 are started, under the action of the heating wire 14, the blower 14 blows hot air to dry the mixed textile, and then the finished product sterilized breathable textile is obtained, finally the fastening screw 33 on the first clamping plate 1201 is taken down, the fastening clamp 12 is opened, and the finished product sterilized breathable textile is taken down.
It is worth noting that: the whole device realizes control over the device through the master control button, and the device matched with the control button is common equipment, belongs to the existing mature technology, and is not repeated for the electrical connection relation and the specific circuit structure.

1. A processing technology of a degerming breathable textile is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: taking natural textiles, tencel fibers, hemp fibers, 2-4 parts of salicylanilide, 7-8 parts of cinnamyl aldehyde, 6-7 parts of trehalose aqueous solution, 3-6 parts of deionized water, 1-8 parts of rose essential oil and 10-14 parts of micro-powder chitosan aqueous solution for later use;
s2: preparing tencel fiber and sweat hemp fiber in the step S1 into a knitted fabric;
s3: taking the knitted fabric in the S2 and the natural textile in the S1, placing the knitted fabric on two sides of the natural textile, and sewing to obtain a mixed textile;
s4: preparing 2-4 parts of salicylanilide, 7-8 parts of cinnamaldehyde, 6-7 parts of trehalose aqueous solution, 3-6 parts of deionized water, 1-8 parts of rose essential oil and 10-14 parts of micro-powder chitosan aqueous solution in the S1 according to a proportion, uniformly mixing and emulsifying to obtain a finished product sterilizing solvent;
s5: and (3) putting the mixed knitted fabric in the step (S3) and the sterilizing solvent in the step (S4) into a processing device, and carrying out processes such as full contact, extrusion, drying and the like to obtain the sterilizing breathable textile.

The process for manufacturing a sterilized breathable textile product according to claim 1, wherein: the processing device comprises a bottom plate (1), a solvent box (2), a drying box (3), a lifting plate (28), guide rails (4) and a driving box (5), wherein the solvent box (2) is fixed on the bottom plate (1), the guide rails (4) are fixed on the bottom plate (1) and positioned at two sides of the solvent box (2), and the driving box (5) is fixed at the top of each guide rail (4); a guide shaft (6) is fixed in the guide rail (4), and a sleeve (7) is sleeved on the guide shaft (6); two sides of the lifting plate (28) are fixedly connected with the sleeve (7); the through-hole has been seted up in the center department of lifter plate (28), the top of lifter plate (28) is fixed with rotating electrical machines (8), and the output of rotating electrical machines (8) is fixed with the output shaft, and the one end that the output shaft passed the through-hole is fixed with adjusting frame (9), and adjusting frame (9) internal rotation sets up adjusting screw (10), is provided with symmetrical nut piece (11) on adjusting screw (10), is provided with fastening clamp (12) on nut piece (11).
