Abstract
The invention discloses a formula of methyl ethanol gasoline and a preparation method thereof, which are characterized in that the methyl ethanol gasoline comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of EM50 type methanol, 3-5% of ethanol, 5-15% of isopropanol, 2-5% of isooctanol, 5-10% of diethyl ether, 3-5% of fatty acid ammonium, 1-2% of corrosion inhibitor, 4-6% of tert-butyl alcohol, 0.5-2% of anti-swelling agent and 40-55% of gasoline and alkane. The invention reduces the content of lead and sulfur in the gasoline by adding various alcohol organic matters, is more environment-friendly, and can effectively solve the problems of corrosion and swelling of the methanol-ethanol gasoline by adding the anticorrosive agent and the anti-swelling agent in the formula.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a formula of methanol-ethanol gasoline and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a formula of methanol-ethanol gasoline and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Petroleum resources on earth are formed by ancient organisms inside the earth through very complex changes from hundreds of millions of years to billions of years. This valuable underground resource is rapidly being reduced in large quantities due to the growing demand of mankind. In China, the crude oil exploitation amount of a plurality of oil fields is less and less, and the consumption amount is increased year by year. The crude oil import amount of our country is expected to exceed 50 percent of the total demand amount in 2010, and more than 400 hundred million dollars are spent each year. The large dependence on crude oil import not only is economically overwhelmed, but also seriously endangers the energy safety of the country.
On the other hand, with the rapid development of the economy of each country, the demand of automobiles as a transportation vehicle is getting larger and larger, and along with the pollution of automobile exhaust to the atmospheric environment is getting more and more serious, especially in large and medium cities with dense vehicles, the content of exhaust which is extremely harmful to human health, such as carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), Hydrocarbon (HC) and the like in the urban atmosphere is getting higher and higher, and the degree of harm to the living ecological environment of people is getting more and more serious.
Due to the shortage of energy and the consideration of environmental protection, the research of new alternative energy of automobiles by governments of various countries including China is more and more important.
Therefore, the methanol-ethanol gasoline better conforms to the national alternative energy policy, and is renewable energy because the methanol-ethanol gasoline completely gets rid of the limitation of gasoline, but the existing methanol-ethanol gasoline has the technical problems of poor dynamic performance, corrosion, swelling and the like.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a formula of methanol-ethanol gasoline and a preparation method thereof, wherein the methanol-ethanol gasoline comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of EM50 type methanol, 3-5% of ethanol, 5-15% of isopropanol, 2-5% of isooctanol, 5-10% of diethyl ether, 3-5% of fatty acid ammonium, 1-2% of corrosion inhibitor, 4-6% of tert-butyl alcohol, 0.5-2% of anti-swelling agent, and 40-55% of gasoline and alkane, wherein the preparation method of the methyl ethyl alcohol gasoline comprises the following steps:
s1: sequentially adding the EM50 type methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, isooctanol, diethyl ether, ammonium fatty acid and tert-butanol in the weight percentage into a stirrer for stirring, adding a corrosion inhibitor and an anti-swelling agent after stirring for a period of time, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a first mixture;
s2: and (3) putting the first mixture into a reaction kettle, adding gasoline and alkane for mixing, standing for a period of time after mixing, and then putting into a gasoline storage tank for storage.
Preferably, the methyl ethanol gasoline comprises the following components in percentage by weight: EM50 type methanol 10%, ethanol 5%, isopropanol 10%, isooctanol 5%, ethyl ether 7%, fatty acid ammonium 5%, corrosion inhibitor 2%, tert-butyl alcohol 6%, anti-swelling agent 0.5%, gasoline and alkane 50%.
Preferably, the stirring time of the stirrer is 40-55 min.
Preferably, the standing time is more than 24 h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention reduces the content of lead and sulfur in the gasoline by adding various alcohol organic matters, is more environment-friendly, and can effectively solve the problems of corrosion and swelling of the methanol-ethanol gasoline by adding the anticorrosive agent and the anti-swelling agent in the formula.

s1: sequentially adding the EM50 type methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, isooctanol, diethyl ether, ammonium fatty acid and tert-butanol in the weight percentage into a stirrer for stirring, adding a corrosion inhibitor after stirring for 40-55min, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a first mixture;
s2: and putting the first mixture into a reaction kettle, adding gasoline and alkane for mixing, standing for more than 24 hours after mixing, and putting into a gasoline storage tank for storage.
Example 1
Sequentially adding 10% of EM50 type methanol, 5% of ethanol, 10% of isopropanol, 5% of isooctanol, 7% of diethyl ether, 5% of fatty acid ammonium and 6% of tert-butyl alcohol into a stirrer for stirring, adding 2% of corrosion inhibitor and anti-swelling agent, and continuously stirring for 50min to obtain a first mixture;
s2: and putting the first mixture into a reaction kettle, adding gasoline and alkane for mixing, standing for more than 24 hours after mixing, and putting into a gasoline storage tank for storage.

The formula of the methanol-ethanol gasoline and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the methanol-ethanol gasoline comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of EM50 type methanol, 3-5% of ethanol, 5-15% of isopropanol, 2-5% of isooctanol, 5-10% of diethyl ether, 3-5% of fatty acid ammonium, 1-2% of corrosion inhibitor, 4-6% of tert-butyl alcohol, 0.5-2% of anti-swelling agent, and 40-55% of gasoline and alkane, wherein the preparation method of the methyl ethyl alcohol gasoline comprises the following steps:
s1: sequentially adding the EM50 type methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, isooctanol, diethyl ether, ammonium fatty acid and tert-butanol in the weight percentage into a stirrer for stirring, adding a corrosion inhibitor and an anti-swelling agent after stirring for a period of time, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a first mixture;
