In this embodiment, there is further provided a device for delivering frozen articles out of warehouse, and fig. 6 is a block diagram of the device for delivering frozen articles out of warehouse according to the embodiment of the present invention, including: the query module 62 is configured to query a second storage location of the to-be-discharged frozen article in a target area according to the identity information of the to-be-discharged frozen article, where the target area is provided with a plurality of storage locations, and each storage location is used for storing at least one frozen article; the transportation module 64 is used for transporting the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse to a second designated position so as to weigh the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse and obtain second weight information of the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse; a second determining module 66, configured to determine third weight information of the frozen article to be delivered from the warehouse in a pre-established association relationship, where the third weight information is weight information obtained when the frozen article to be delivered from the warehouse is stored; and the sending module 68 is configured to send prompt information to prompt that the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse can be taken out of the warehouse if the second weight information matches the third weight information.
Optionally, the above apparatus is further configured to transport the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse to a second designated location when the number of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse is at least two, and includes: and sending a control instruction to the bearing device placed at the second storage position to instruct the bearing device to move to the second designated position.
Optionally, the above device is further used for removing the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse from the carrying device; acquiring the extraction quantity and the extraction weight of the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse, which are moved out of the bearing equipment; sending a second warning message in case it is determined that the extracted number and/or the extracted weight exceeds a predetermined threshold.
There is also provided in this embodiment a storage system for frozen goods, comprising: the first scanning unit is used for acquiring the size information and the identity information of the frozen article to be stored by scanning a preset identifier arranged on the frozen article to be stored; the first weighing unit is used for acquiring first weight information of the frozen article to be stored; the first processing unit is used for determining a first storage position in a target area according to the size information, wherein a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the target area, and the storage positions are used for storing frozen articles to be stored; a first transportation unit for transporting the frozen goods to be stored to the first storage location for storage of the frozen goods to be stored; and the storage unit is used for establishing the association relationship among the identity information, the size information, the first weight information and the first storage position of the frozen article to be stored and storing the association relationship.
There is also provided in this embodiment a system for the delivery of frozen goods, comprising: the query unit is used for querying a second storage position of the frozen article to be taken out of the warehouse in a target area according to the identity information of the frozen article to be taken out of the warehouse, wherein the target area is internally provided with a plurality of storage positions, and each storage position is used for storing at least one frozen article; the second weighing unit is used for transporting the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse to a second designated position so as to weigh the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse and obtain second weight information of the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse; the second processing unit is used for determining third weight information of the frozen goods to be delivered from the warehouse in a pre-established incidence relation, wherein the third weight information is weight information obtained when the frozen goods to be delivered from the warehouse are stored; and the sending unit is used for sending prompt information to prompt that the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse can be taken out of the warehouse under the condition that the second weight information is matched with the third weight information.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, acquiring the size information of the frozen article to be stored;
s2, determining a first storage position in a target area according to the size information, wherein a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the target area and are used for storing frozen articles to be stored;
s3, transporting the frozen goods to be stored to the first storage position to store the frozen goods to be stored.
Optionally, the storage medium is further arranged to store a computer program for performing the steps of:
s1, inquiring a second storage position of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse in a target area according to the identity information of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse, wherein a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the target area, and each storage position is used for storing at least one frozen goods;
s2, transporting the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse to a second appointed position so as to weigh the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse and obtain second weight information of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse;
s3, determining third weight information of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse in a pre-established association relation, wherein the third weight information is weight information obtained when the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse are stored;
and S4, sending prompt information to prompt that the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse can be taken out of the warehouse under the condition that the second weight information is matched with the third weight information.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, acquiring the size information of the frozen article to be stored;
s2, determining a first storage position in a target area according to the size information, wherein a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the target area and are used for storing frozen articles to be stored;
s3, transporting the frozen goods to be stored to the first storage position to store the frozen goods to be stored.
Optionally, the processor is further arranged to perform the following steps by the computer program:
s1, inquiring a second storage position of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse in a target area according to the identity information of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse, wherein a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the target area, and each storage position is used for storing at least one frozen goods;
s2, transporting the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse to a second appointed position so as to weigh the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse and obtain second weight information of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse;
s3, determining third weight information of the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse in a pre-established association relation, wherein the third weight information is weight information obtained when the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse are stored;
and S4, sending prompt information to prompt that the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse can be taken out of the warehouse under the condition that the second weight information is matched with the third weight information.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. A method of storing frozen goods, comprising:
acquiring size information of a frozen article to be stored;
determining a first storage position in a target area according to the size information, wherein a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the target area and are used for storing frozen articles to be stored;
transporting the frozen item to be stored to the first storage location for storage of the frozen item to be stored.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring first weight information of a frozen article to be stored;
determining whether a difference between the first weight information and preset weight information is within a preset range;
if the temperature is within the preset range, transporting the frozen goods to be stored to the first storage position so as to store the frozen goods to be stored;
and if not, sending first alarm information.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
changing the preset weight information to the first weight information in a case where a difference between the first weight information and the preset weight information is within the preset range.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein transporting the frozen item to be stored to the first storage location for storage of the frozen item to be stored in a case where the number of the frozen item to be stored is at least two comprises:
determining that the carrying equipment carries at least two frozen articles to be stored;
sending a control instruction to the bearing equipment placed at the first storage position to instruct the bearing equipment to move to a first designated position;
transporting the carrier to the first storage location for storage of the frozen articles to be stored.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring the size information and the identity information of the frozen article to be stored by scanning a preset identification arranged on the frozen article to be stored;
and establishing the association relation among the identity information, the size information, the first weight information and the first storage position of the frozen article to be stored, and storing.
6. A method of discharging a frozen product, comprising:
inquiring a second storage position of the frozen article to be taken out of the warehouse in a target area according to the identity information of the frozen article to be taken out of the warehouse, wherein a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the target area, and each storage position is used for storing at least one frozen article;
transporting the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse to a second appointed position so as to weigh the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse, and obtaining second weight information of the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse;
determining third weight information of the frozen goods to be delivered from the warehouse in a pre-established incidence relation, wherein the third weight information is weight information obtained when the frozen goods to be delivered from the warehouse are stored;
and sending prompt information to prompt that the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse can be taken out of the warehouse under the condition that the second weight information is matched with the third weight information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein transporting the frozen articles to be out-of-warehouse to a second designated location where the number of frozen articles to be out-of-warehouse is at least two comprises:
and sending a control instruction to the bearing device placed at the second storage position to instruct the bearing device to move to the second designated position.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
moving the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse out of the bearing equipment;
acquiring the extraction quantity and the extraction weight of the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse, which are moved out of the bearing equipment;
sending a second warning message in case it is determined that the extracted number and/or the extracted weight exceeds a predetermined threshold.
9. A frozen article storage device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the size information of the frozen article to be stored;
the first determining module is used for determining a first storage position in a target area according to the size information, wherein a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the target area, and the storage positions are used for storing frozen articles to be stored;
the storage module is used for transporting the frozen goods to be stored to the first storage position so as to store the frozen goods to be stored.
10. An apparatus for discharging frozen articles, comprising:
the query module is used for querying a second storage position of the frozen article to be taken out of the warehouse in a target area according to the identity information of the frozen article to be taken out of the warehouse, wherein the target area is internally provided with a plurality of storage positions, and each storage position is used for storing at least one frozen article;
the transportation module is used for transporting the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse to a second appointed position so as to weigh the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse and obtain second weight information of the frozen articles to be taken out of the warehouse;
the second determining module is used for determining third weight information of the frozen goods to be delivered from the warehouse in a pre-established incidence relation, wherein the third weight information is weight information obtained when the frozen goods to be delivered from the warehouse are stored;
and the sending module is used for sending prompt information under the condition that the second weight information is matched with the third weight information so as to prompt that the frozen goods to be taken out of the warehouse can be taken out of the warehouse.
