Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the feeding driving mechanism includes feeding driving motors 1 to 8 and belt transmission mechanisms 1 to 3, where the belt transmission mechanisms 1 to 3 are two sets and located on two sides of the width direction of the rack 2, each set of belt transmission mechanism 1 to 3 includes a driving pulley, a driven pulley, and a synchronous belt, where the driving pulley and the driven pulley are respectively disposed on two sides of the length direction of the rack 2, and the synchronous belt vertically surrounds the driving pulley and the driven pulley along the length direction of the rack 2; the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel of the two groups of belt transmission mechanisms 1-3 are respectively connected through a connecting shaft; a speed reducer 1-9 is arranged between the feeding driving motor 1-8 and a connecting shaft between the two groups of driving belt wheels, an input shaft of the speed reducer 1-9 is connected with a main shaft of the feeding driving motor 1-8, and an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the connecting shaft; both sides of the moving frame 1-2 are positioned in a vertically surrounding synchronous belt. The belt transmission mechanisms 1-3 are driven to work by the feeding driving motors 1-8, so that the feeding trolley is driven to move along the length direction of the rack 2, the feeding trolley can convey roll paper to the corresponding mounting clamping positions 10 in the rack 2, and the workload of workers is reduced.
In this embodiment, the feeding driving mechanism further includes two groups of feeding guiding mechanisms 1 to 7, and the two groups of feeding guiding mechanisms 1 to 7 are respectively located at two sides of the frame 2 in the width direction; each group of feeding guide mechanisms 1-7 comprises a guide shaft and a guide block matched with the guide shaft, and the guide shaft is arranged on the rack 2 and extends along the length direction of the rack 2; the guide block is mounted on the moving frame 1-2. Through setting up two sets of material loading guiding mechanism 1-7, can realize leading the motion of material loading dolly, thereby make the material loading dolly can be accurately with the roll web transport of different specifications to the corresponding installation screens 10 department in frame 2 to the material resources of using manpower sparingly.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the feeding driving mechanism further includes a detection mechanism, the detection mechanism includes detection plates 1-6 disposed on the moving frame 1-2 and a plurality of sets of detectors disposed on the frame 2, the plurality of sets of detectors are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the frame 2 and are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of sets of mounting blocks 10; each group of detectors is provided with two detectors, namely a first detector 1-4 and a second detector 1-5, and the first detector 1-4 and the second detector 1-5 are sequentially arranged along the movement direction of the feeding trolley; when the first detector 1-4 detects the detection plate 1-6, the first vertical driving mechanism drives the feeding frame 1-1 to move upwards; when the second detector 1-5 detects the detection plate 1-6, the first vertical driving mechanism drives the feeding frame 1-1 to move downwards; in the process that the feeding driving mechanism drives the feeding trolley to move to the corresponding installation position 10, after the first detector 1-4 corresponding to the installation position 10 detects the detection plate 1-6 on the moving frame 1-2, the control system controls the first vertical cylinder 1-14 to work, the first vertical cylinder 1-14 drives the feeding frame 1-1 to move upwards, so that the support shafts 11 on two sides of the roll paper on the feeding frame 1-1 are higher than the installation position 10, and meanwhile, the feeding driving mechanism continues to drive the moving frame 1-2 and the feeding frame 1-1 and the roll paper on the moving frame 1-2 to move; when the second detector 1-5 detects the detection plate 1-6 on the moving frame 1-2, the support shafts 11 on two sides of the roll paper on the feeding frame 1-1 are positioned right above the installation clamping position 10; the first vertical air cylinder 1-14 drives the feeding frame 1-1 to move downwards, so that the supporting shafts 11 on two sides of the roll paper are matched with the installation clamping positions 10, and the roll paper on the feeding frame 1-1 is transferred to the installation clamping positions 10.
In addition, photoelectric sensors are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the rack 2, and the photoelectric sensors are arranged to detect the detection plates 1-6, so that the movement stroke of the feeding trolley is limited.
Referring to fig. 1-15, the frame 2 is further provided with two sets of limiting posts 9 for preventing the moving frame 1-2 from being separated from the guide shafts, and each set of the limiting posts 9 is two and is respectively located at the front end and the rear end of each set of the guide shafts.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the feeding frame 1-1 is in a bucket shape, and two sides of the feeding frame 1-1 are supporting parts for supporting two sides of the supporting shaft 11; the middle part of the supporting part is provided with grooves 1-11 matched with the supporting shaft 11, and the supporting part is also provided with guiding parts 1-12 used for guiding the supporting shaft 11 to move into the grooves 1-11. When the roll paper needs to be placed on the feeding frame 1-1, the supporting shafts 11 on both sides of the roll paper only need to be placed at the guiding parts 1-12 on both sides of the feeding frame 1-1, and the guiding parts 1-12 automatically guide the roll paper into the grooves 1-11 according to the height difference between the guiding parts and the grooves 1-11, so that the labor intensity of operators can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, the packing paper is kraft paper, which is generally rolled up for convenience of storage, and thus in the present invention, the packing paper (i.e., kraft paper) rolled up on the supporting shaft 11 is referred to as "web"; and the wrapper is drawn from the web.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the working principle of the loading and cutting device for a product packaging machine of the present invention is:
when the device works, firstly, the roll paper to be installed is placed on the feeding frame 1-1, so that the support shafts 11 on two sides of the roll paper extend outwards to the outside of the feeding frame 1-1. Subsequently, the feeding driving mechanism drives the feeding trolley to move to the corresponding mounting position 10 in the rack 2 along the length direction of the rack 2. In the process that the feeding trolley moves to the corresponding installation clamping position 10, the first vertical driving mechanism drives the feeding rack 1-1 to move upwards firstly, so that the support shafts 11 in the roll paper are located above the plane of the installation clamping position 10, meanwhile, the feeding driving mechanism drives the feeding trolley to move horizontally continuously, so that the support shafts 11 on two sides of the roll paper are located right above the corresponding installation clamping position 10, at the moment, the first vertical driving mechanism drives the feeding rack 1-1 to move downwards, so that the support shafts 11 on two sides of the roll paper are matched with the installation clamping position 10, and the roll paper in the feeding trolley is transferred to the corresponding installation clamping position 10 in the rack 2. And finally, the feeding driving mechanism drives the feeding trolley to return to the initial position, and the carrying action is repeated, so that the roll paper with different specifications is mounted on the corresponding mounting clamping position 10 in the rack 2.
When the roll paper is placed in each of the plurality of mounting positions 10 of the frame 2, an operator manually draws out a wrapping paper (i.e., kraft paper) of each roll paper and draws the wrapping paper into the corresponding transport mechanism 5, and the wrapping paper in the roll paper is fed into the corresponding guide member 6-2 after coming out of the corresponding transport mechanism 5.
When a product needs to be packaged, the control system controls the corresponding conveying mechanism 5 to work according to the specification and the size of the product, so that the wrapping paper in the roll paper with the corresponding specification and the size is driven to move, the wrapping paper passes through the outlet of the guide piece 6-2 and then enters the cutting station of the roll paper cutting device 4, and when the wrapping paper in the cutting station reaches the preset length, the roll paper cutting device 4 cuts the wrapping paper. Finally, the cut packaging paper (kraft paper) can be used for manually packaging the product by an operator, or the product can be automatically packaged by a subsequent packaging device.
When the roll paper with different specifications needs to be replaced, firstly, the conveying mechanism 5 corresponding to the wrapping paper used in the previous work works to drive the wrapping paper to retreat from the cutting station into the guide space of the guide piece 6-2, then, the conveying mechanism 5 corresponding to the wrapping paper meeting the requirements drives the wrapping paper to move, the wrapping paper passes through the outlet of the guide piece 6-2 under the guide of the guide piece 6-2 to enter the cutting station, and when the wrapping paper reaches a preset length, the roll paper cutting device 4 cuts the wrapping paper. By the mode, the roll paper with different specifications can be flexibly selected according to different specifications of products to be packaged.

1. A feeding and cutting device for a product packaging machine comprises a frame, a roll paper feeding device arranged on the frame, a roll paper traction and conveying device and a roll paper cutting device, and is characterized in that,
the rack is provided with a plurality of installation clamping positions for installing roll paper, and the installation clamping positions are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the rack; the roll paper feeding device is used for installing roll paper on the installation clamping position and comprises a feeding trolley and a feeding driving mechanism used for driving the feeding trolley to move along the length direction of the rack, wherein the feeding trolley comprises a moving frame, a feeding frame arranged on the moving frame and a first vertical driving mechanism used for driving the feeding frame to move vertically, the roll paper is composed of a supporting shaft and packing paper wound on the supporting shaft, the roll paper is placed on the feeding frame, the supporting shafts on two sides of the roll paper extend outwards out of the feeding frame, and the packing paper is kraft paper; the first vertical driving mechanism is used for driving the feeding frame to vertically move and is matched with the feeding driving mechanism to place the supporting shafts on two sides of the roll paper at the corresponding mounting clamping positions; the feeding frame is in a hopper shape, and supporting parts are arranged on two sides of the feeding frame and used for supporting two sides of the supporting shaft; the middle part of the supporting part is provided with a groove matched with the supporting shaft, and the supporting part is also provided with a guiding part used for guiding the supporting shaft to move into the groove;
the roll paper traction and conveying device comprises a conveying mechanism arranged on the rack and a guide mechanism used for guiding roll paper conveyed by the conveying mechanism into the roll paper cutting device, wherein the conveying mechanisms are in a plurality of groups; the plurality of groups of conveying mechanisms are sequentially arranged on the rack along the vertical direction; the guide mechanism comprises guide fixing plates arranged on two sides of the rack and guide pieces arranged in the guide fixing plates, the guide pieces are in multiple groups, and the multiple groups of guide pieces correspond to the multiple groups of conveying mechanisms one by one; the multiple groups of guide pieces are arranged on the guide fixing plate in a radial shape, and the outlet of each group of guide pieces is communicated with the feed inlet of the roll paper cutting device; the wrapping paper conveyed by the conveying mechanism passes through a corresponding guide piece and then is gathered at a feed inlet of the roll paper cutting device, wherein the guide piece is composed of two guide plates, and a space between the two guide plates forms a guide space for guiding the roll paper; the guide member is further provided with a guide port for guiding the roll paper into the guide space at a position close to the conveying mechanism; the guide plate at the upper end of the uppermost guide piece and the guide plate at the lower end of the lowermost guide piece extend to the feed opening of the roll paper cutting device, so that a guide channel for guiding the roll paper in each group of guide pieces into the feed opening of the roll paper cutting device is formed;
the roll paper cutting device is arranged at a downstream station of the roll paper traction conveying device and is used for cutting the roll paper coming out of the guide channel;
when the roll paper with different specifications needs to be cut, firstly, a conveying mechanism corresponding to the wrapping paper used in the previous work works to drive the wrapping paper to return to a guide space of the guide piece from a cutting station of the roll paper cutting device, then, the conveying mechanism corresponding to the wrapping paper meeting the requirements drives the wrapping paper to move, the wrapping paper passes through an outlet of the guide piece under the guide of the guide piece and enters the cutting station, and when the wrapping paper reaches a preset length, the roll paper cutting device cuts the wrapping paper.

The loading and cutting device for the product packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying roller, a second conveying roller, a rotary driving mechanism for driving the second conveying roller to rotate, and a second vertical driving mechanism for driving the first conveying roller to move vertically, wherein the rotary driving mechanism comprises a rotary driving motor arranged on the frame, and the rotary driving motor is connected with the second conveying roller through a coupling; the second vertical driving mechanism comprises two groups of second vertical cylinders, the two groups of second vertical cylinders are respectively positioned on two sides of the first conveying roller, and a telescopic rod of each group of second vertical cylinders is connected with the first conveying roller.

The loading and cutting device for a product packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said web-pulling and conveying device further comprises a pulling and guiding mechanism, said pulling and guiding mechanism comprising a plurality of sets of first pulling rollers and second pulling rollers, the plurality of sets of first pulling rollers and second pulling rollers respectively corresponding to the plurality of sets of conveying mechanisms one-to-one; the plurality of groups of second traction rollers are sequentially and rotatably connected to the rack along the vertical direction, and the first traction rollers are sequentially and rotatably connected to the rack along the length direction of the rack; and the wrapping paper coming out of the roll paper is wound around the corresponding second traction roller after passing around the corresponding first traction roller, and the wrapping paper enters the corresponding conveying mechanism after coming out of the second traction roller and is conveyed into the corresponding guide piece by the conveying mechanism.

The loading cutting device for the product packaging machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the web cutting device comprises a paper supporting plate, a paper cutter positioned above the paper supporting plate, and a third vertical driving mechanism for driving the paper cutter to move vertically, both ends of the paper supporting plate are mounted on the frame, and the paper supporting plate is provided with an avoiding groove for avoiding the cutting edge of the paper cutter; the third vertical driving mechanism comprises a third vertical cylinder and a vertical guide mechanism, the third vertical cylinder is mounted on the rack, and the telescopic rod is connected with the paper cutter; the vertical guide mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the paper cutter and consist of guide rods and guide holes matched with the guide rods, or consist of the guide rods and guide sleeves.

The loading and cutting device for the product packaging machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the loading driving mechanism comprises two sets of loading driving motors and belt transmission mechanisms, wherein the belt transmission mechanisms are located at two sides of the width direction of the machine frame, each set of belt transmission mechanism comprises a driving pulley, a driven pulley and a synchronous belt, wherein the driving pulley and the driven pulley are respectively arranged at two sides of the length direction of the machine frame, and the synchronous belt vertically surrounds the driving pulley and the driven pulley along the length direction of the machine frame; the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel of the two groups of belt transmission mechanisms are respectively connected through a connecting shaft; the feeding driving motor is connected with a connecting shaft positioned between the two groups of driving belt wheels through a speed reducer, an input shaft of the speed reducer is connected with a main shaft of the feeding driving motor, and an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the connecting shaft; both sides of the moving frame are positioned in the vertically surrounding synchronous belts.

The loading and cutting device for the product packaging machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein said loading driving mechanism further comprises two sets of loading guide mechanisms, and the two sets of loading guide mechanisms are respectively located at two sides of the width direction of the machine frame; each group of feeding guide mechanisms comprises a guide shaft and a guide block matched with the guide shaft, and the guide shaft is arranged on the rack and extends along the length direction of the rack; the guide block is mounted on the movable frame.
