技术领域
本申请涉及一种涤纶弹力布,具体是一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布。
背景技术
涤纶弹力布是目前应用较为广泛的面料,是当前合成纤维的第一大品种。聚酯纤维的强度高、模量高、吸水性低,深受大众的喜爱,作为民用织物及工业用织物都有广泛的用途。
聚酯纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,但是由于现有的涤纶布料吸湿性差,因而涤纶衣物穿着会有炽热感,一起简单带静电,在衣服穿脱时,面料之间相互摩擦,容易吸附毛发灰尘等,甚至可能会导致使用者头发竖起,且使得面料在使用时容易变脏,影响面料使用时的漂亮和舒适度。因此,针对上述问题提出一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布。
发明内容
一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布,包括维纶面料层,所述维纶面料层底端胶接有粘胶面料层,且粘胶面料层底端胶合有锦纶面料层,所述锦纶面料层底端胶合有纯麻细纺面料层,所述纯麻细纺面料层底端粘接有平绒面料层,所述平绒面料层底端粘接有巴百纱面料层。
进一步地,所述维纶面料层侧边皆胶粘有植物纤维面料层,所述维纶面料层的厚度等于粘胶面料层的厚度的二分之一。
进一步地,所述锦纶面料层的厚度等于维纶面料层的厚度。
进一步地,所述纯麻细纺面料层的厚度等于锦纶面料层的厚度。
进一步地,所述纯麻细纺面料层的厚度等于平绒面料层的厚度的二分之一。
进一步地,所述巴百纱面料层的厚度等于平绒面料层的厚度。

请参阅图1-3所示,一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布,包括维纶面料层1,维纶面料层1底端胶接有粘胶面料层2,且粘胶面料层2底端胶合有锦纶面料层3,锦纶面料层3底端胶合有纯麻细纺面料层4,纯麻细纺面料层4底端粘接有平绒面料层5,平绒面料层5底端粘接有巴百纱面料层6。
维纶面料层1侧边皆胶粘有植物纤维面料层7,维纶面料层1的厚度等于粘胶面料层2的厚度的二分之一,对面料的侧边进行加固,避免面料侧边起边,且通过粘胶面料层2防止面料产生静电;锦纶面料层3的厚度等于维纶面料层1的厚度,提高面料的防水效果;纯麻细纺面料层4的厚度等于锦纶面料层3的厚度,使得面料具有较好的透气性;纯麻细纺面料层4的厚度等于平绒面料层5的厚度的二分之一,使得面料具有较好的隔热效果;巴百纱面料层6的厚度等于平绒面料层5的厚度,提高面料的吸湿性。
本申请在使用时,维纶面料层1织物外观和手感似棉布,弹性不佳,合湿性好比重和导热系数小,穿着轻便保暖,强度耐磨性较好结实耐穿,有优良耐化学品,日光等性能;粘胶面料层2是以木材、棉短绒、芦苇等含天然纤维素的材料化学材料加工而成,也常称人造绵,具有天然纤维的基本性能,染色性能好,牢度好,织物柔软,比重大,悬垂好,吸湿性好,穿着凉爽,不易产静电、起毛和起球;锦纶面料层3为聚酰胺纤维,也是所谓的尼龙,染色性在合成纤维是较好的,穿着轻便,又有良好的防水防风性能,耐磨性高,强度弹性都很好;纯麻细纺面料层4具有细密、轻薄、挺括、滑爽风格,有较好的透气性和舒适感;平绒面料层5是采用起绒组织织制的纯棉织物,质地厚实,光泽柔和,手感柔软,保暖性好;巴百纱面料层6质地很轻薄,穿在身上有很好的舒适感,有良好的吸湿性和透气性,独具稀、薄、爽等风格;植物纤维面料层7是一种植物纤维,它吸湿性好,放湿也快,不易产生静电热传导大,迅速散热,较耐水洗,耐热性好。
本申请的有益之处在于:
1.本发明结构简单,通过粘胶面料层2使得面料具有较好的防静电效果,避免面料在使用时表面粘附过度的毛发和灰尘,从而提高面料使用时的漂亮和舒适度;
2.本申请结构合理,通过巴百纱面料层6和平绒面料层5配合,使得面料具有更好的吸湿隔热效果,且通过锦纶面料层3增大面料的防水效果,解决了现有的涤纶弹力布吸湿效果差的问题。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本申请保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布,其特征在于:所述维纶面料层(1)侧边皆胶粘有植物纤维面料层(7),所述维纶面料层(1)的厚度等于粘胶面料层(2)的厚度的二分之一。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布,其特征在于:所述锦纶面料层(3)的厚度等于维纶面料层(1)的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布,其特征在于:所述纯麻细纺面料层(4)的厚度等于锦纶面料层(3)的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布,其特征在于:所述纯麻细纺面料层(4)的厚度等于平绒面料层(5)的厚度的二分之一。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防静电效果的涤纶弹力布,其特征在于:所述巴百纱面料层(6)的厚度等于平绒面料层(5)的厚度。
