Description

Surface moisture-resistant disposable protective clothing fabric and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a protective clothing fabric, in particular to a surface moisture-resistant disposable protective clothing fabric and a preparation process thereof.
Background
With the outbreak of epidemic situation, the production efficiency and the protection effect of the medical protective clothing become the key points of the epidemic situation prevention and treatment work, and the production efficiency and the protection effect are key measures for protecting medical workers from infection. Because the existing fiber fabrics are difficult to achieve the waterproof and liquid-blocking performances required by the standard, the existing protective clothing generally needs to carry out composite lamination or coating finishing on the fabrics during production so as to improve the particle-blocking performance of the fabrics. In order to achieve the required protective performance of protective clothing, the most widespread treatment method at present is to arrange a polytetrafluoroethylene film (PTFE film) on the surface of the fabric; the polytetrafluoroethylene is a high-performance polymer, has high water pressure resistance, and has micropores capable of smoothly discharging sweat steam, so that a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film prepared by taking the polytetrafluoroethylene as a raw material can effectively block bacteria and viruses after being attached, has good air permeability, and is preferable for improving the protection effect of the fabric.
However, because the PTFE film has the characteristics of smooth surface, low polarity and difficult adhesion, the existing method of directly adhering the PTFE film to the surface of the cloth by lamination has the problem of low peel strength, and the cloth and the PTFE film are easily separated in the subsequent use process. On the other hand, the PTFE membrane can cause the elongation problem along with the conveying of a conventional roller body after being coated with glue, so that the deformation or the elongation of the microporous part of the membrane layer can be caused in the actual bonding process, and the protection effect of the PTFE membrane is influenced; and because the PTFE film used by the protective clothing is thinner, generally within 100 mu m, the elongation effect is easy to cause the tearing of the PTFE film, thereby seriously reducing the yield and the production efficiency of the protective fabric.
In addition, the existing laminating mechanism is limited by the process, so that the shape of the compression roller has the inevitable problem of high and low sides, the compression roller cannot achieve stable compression uniformity in the compression process, the problems that the middle peeling strength of the PTFE film is high and the peeling strength of the two sides of the PTFE film is low after the PTFE film is adhered are caused, and the adhesion stability of the PTFE film is further reduced. On the other hand, the existing laminating mechanism generally adopts an air cylinder as a driving force to realize a laminating effect, and the air cylinder is driven by an air compressor to act; however, since the pressure provided by the conventional air compressor is maintained in the range of 6-8kg, i.e., the air compressor starts pressurizing when the pressure is lower than 6kg, and stops pressurizing when the pressure reaches 8 kg. This results in a pressure difference of 2kg between the press rolls during the continuous pressing process, so that the PTFE film is not constant in the front and back adhesion pressure during the continuous bonding process, further reducing the adhesion stability of the PTFE film.
Therefore, the existing film-covered fabric based on the PTFE film has the problems of poor protective effect, low yield and poor durability.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the modified PTFE microporous membrane is prepared, the hydrophilic modification and the heating modification are firstly carried out on the PTFE microporous membrane, so that the micropore size of the modified PTFE microporous membrane is effectively controlled, and the hydrophobicity and the adhesiveness of the microporous membrane are improved; the nanoscale hydrophobic groups are sprayed on the front surface of the non-woven fabric, so that the single-surface hydrophobic resistance of the non-woven fabric can be improved, and the water (liquid) repellent effect is achieved; the polyester hot-melt adhesive or the low-temperature-resistant organic silicon adhesive is used for bonding the modified PTFE microporous membrane and the non-woven fabric, so that the low-temperature flexibility of the coated fabric can be effectively improved, the surface bonding property of the modified PTFE microporous membrane is improved, and the modified PTFE microporous membrane is effectively prevented from falling off in subsequent use. The modified PTFE microporous membrane coated with the hot melt adhesive can be gradually stretched under the conventional uniform-speed conveying, so that the aperture of the micropores is changed; the invention can keep the natural state of the B film when being bonded with the C cloth through the matching of the high-speed roller group and the low-speed roller, thereby avoiding the elongation of the B film caused by the action of the conveying roller.
When the high-speed roller set is used, the cylinder 13 extends out to enable the upper roller 5 to be located at a joint position with the upper surface of the B film, meanwhile, the lower roller 6 rotates to be in a vertical state through the turning plate 10 and is mutually jointed with the lower surface of the B film, and the upper roller 5 is in transmission connection with the lower roller 6 through the first transmission part 7. The driving motor 9 drives the upper roller 5 to rotate through the second transmission part 8 during operation, and drives the lower roller 6 to rotate reversely through the first transmission part 7 which is coaxially and rotatably connected with the second transmission part 8, so that the upper roller 5 and the lower roller 6 can play a role in compressing and conveying the B film, and the travelling speed of the B film is changed; because the speed difference can be generated when the B film is positioned at the high-speed roller group and the low-speed roller 4, the B film can be close to the front side in the conveying process, and the elongation of the B film in the conveying process is relieved. When the driving motor 9 is used, the inclination angle of the adjusting plate 11 can be adjusted through the screw 12, so that the tensioning effect is achieved on the second transmission part 8, and the second transmission part has good transmission stability. Through the cooperation of the turning plate 10 and the air cylinder 13, a user can detach the first transmission part 7 and then respectively separate the upper roller 5 and the lower roller 6 from the B film, so that the high-speed roller set is stopped and the normal work of the production line is not influenced.
After the membrane B and the cloth C are bonded, the laminated cloth can effectively improve the bonding effect generated by the hot melt adhesive and enhance the peeling strength of the modified PTFE microporous membrane. Through the pressing effect of the pressing assembly, on one hand, uneven stress of the film-coated cloth in the length direction due to pressure difference can be avoided, and the pressing uniformity is improved; on the other hand, the stress unevenness of the transverse position of the film covering cloth caused by the processing limitation of the traditional solid pressing roller due to the high and low edges can be avoided, so that the pressing uniformity is further improved.
When the pressing assembly is in use, the control portion 21 drives the lifting rods 18 on both sides to synchronously lift through the control rods 22, so as to drive the pressing wheel 16 to move downwards. The cloth passes through between the pressing wheel 16 and the roller 17 after being coated with the film, and the coated cloth is pressed by the pressing wheel 16 after being pressed down by the gravity of the cloth; the end of the lifting rod 18 is located in the middle of the movable groove 201 and is movably connected with the movable groove 201 during pressing. Because the gravity of the pressing wheel 16 can reach more than 200kg, the pressing wheel 16 can provide stable pressure for the cloth in the working process, the pressing effect on the cloth is effectively improved, and the problem of pressure difference is avoided. When the cloth is pressed, the positions on the two sides of the pressing cylinder 172 are not limited by the shape of the wheel shaft 171 through the matching of the pressing cylinder 172 and the tapered rollers 174 on the two sides, so that the deformation of the pressing cylinder 172 caused by the limitation of the shape of the wheel shaft 171 with a middle-high side and a low side is avoided, the pressing cylinder 172 can keep good straightness, and the pressing uniformity of the cloth is effectively improved.
Finally, the laminated D cloth is cured, so that the modified PTFE microporous membrane and the cloth are firmly bonded under the action of the hot melt adhesive, the protection effect and the durability of the fabric are effectively improved, and the water impermeability of the fabric of the protective clothing treated by the method can be more than 30kPa, the synthetic blood penetration resistance is more than 15kPa, and the moisture permeability is more than 8000g/m224h, breaking strength greater than 50N, and elongation at break greater than 30%.
