a box body, a plurality of suckers, a plurality of first air cylinders, a plurality of conveying rods, a polishing part and a waxing part, wherein,
a feed inlet and a discharge outlet are respectively arranged on two sides of the box body, and a polishing area and a waxing area are arranged in the box body;
the first air cylinders are uniformly arranged in the polishing area and the waxing area;
the plurality of suckers are respectively and fixedly arranged on the telescopic shafts of the first air cylinders;
and the conveying rods are rotatably connected in the box body. The sucker is positioned between two adjacent telescopic conveying rods;
the polishing part is arranged in the polishing area and is used for polishing the redwood furniture;
the waxing portion is arranged in the waxing area and used for waxing the redwood furniture.
Optionally, the polishing part comprises a first motor, a first lead screw is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of the first motor, a second cylinder is connected to the first lead screw in a threaded manner, the top of the second cylinder is connected with the top of the polishing area in a sliding manner, a mounting plate is fixedly connected to a telescopic shaft of the second cylinder, the second motor is arranged on the mounting plate, and a polishing disc is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft of the second motor.
Optionally, the middle part of the polishing disc is in threaded connection with a polishing column.
Optionally, the waxing portion comprises a moving frame, a sliding groove is formed in the waxing area, the moving frame is connected to the inside of the sliding groove in a sliding mode, a second screw rod is connected to the moving frame in a threaded mode, a third motor is connected to the second screw rod in a transmission mode, a brush roller is connected to the moving frame in a rotating mode and provided with a cavity, a first through hole connected with the cavity and the external environment is formed in the brush roller, the brush roller is connected with the driving portion in a power mode, one end of the brush roller is connected with a pipeline in a rotating mode, and the pipeline is communicated with the cavity.
Optionally, the driving portion comprises a fourth motor, a driving gear is fixedly mounted on a rotating shaft of the fourth motor, the driving gear is meshed with a driven gear, and the driven gear is fixedly sleeved on the brush roller.
Optionally, the waxing portion further comprises a pressing unit, and the pressing unit is used for enabling the wax liquid to be distributed uniformly and pressing the wax liquid.
Optionally, the pressing unit includes a connecting rod rotatably connected to one end of the movable frame, a spring is arranged at one end of the connecting rod, a pressing block is arranged at one end, away from the connecting rod, of the spring, pressing cloth is arranged at the bottom of the pressing block, a second through hole is formed in the connecting rod, a first groove and a second groove matched with the second through hole are formed in the movable frame, and the connecting rod is fixed in the first groove or the second groove through a pin shaft.

In some embodiments, the polishing part includes a first motor 41, a first lead screw 42 is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of the first motor 41, a second cylinder 43 is threadedly connected to the first lead screw 42, a top of the second cylinder 43 is slidably connected to a top of the polishing region, a mounting plate 44 is fixedly connected to a telescopic shaft of the second cylinder 43, a second motor 45 is mounted on the mounting plate 44, and a polishing disk 46 is fixedly mounted on a rotating shaft of the second motor 45.
During operation, second cylinder 43 work makes polishing dish 46 move down, until polishing dish 46 and mahogany furniture contact, then drives polishing dish 46 through second motor 45 work and rotates and carry out the polishing operation to mahogany furniture, drives first lead screw 42 through first motor 41 work simultaneously and rotates to drive second cylinder 43 round trip movement, and then drive polishing dish 46 round trip movement, promote polishing dish 46's the area of polishing.
In some embodiments, a polishing column is threaded into the middle of the polishing disk 46. When there are some slots to be polished, the polishing columns may be installed in the polishing disk 46, and the polishing operation is performed on the slots by the polishing columns.

In order to further improve the waxing effect, the waxing part further comprises a pressing unit, and the pressing unit is used for enabling the wax liquid to be uniformly distributed and pressing the wax liquid.
Optionally, the pressing unit includes a connecting rod 61 rotatably connected to one end of the moving frame 51, one end of the connecting rod 61 is provided with a spring 62, one end of the spring 62, which is far away from the connecting rod 61, is provided with a pressing block 63, the bottom of the pressing block 63 is provided with a pressing cloth, the connecting rod 61 is provided with a second through hole 64, the moving frame 51 is provided with a first groove 65 and a second groove which are matched with the second through hole 64, and the connecting rod 61 is fixed in the first groove 65 or the second groove by a pin shaft.
