Abstract
A horizontal triaxial stirring water washing tank comprises a horizontal tank body which is divided into two parts by a partition plate, wherein one part is used as an oil storage tank, and the other part is used as a treatment tank; an oil pump is arranged in the oil storage tank, three stirrers are transversely arranged in the treatment tank, wherein a spiral stirrer is arranged in the middle, slurry stirrers are arranged at two sides, a discharge port is formed in the bottom of the treatment tank, and a slurry pump is connected to the discharge port; and an oil scraping system is arranged at the top of the treatment tank. The invention utilizes the high automatic control of the device to ensure that the materials in the tank are uniformly stirred and completely reacted, thereby ensuring that the material treatment can reach the expected target.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of oil sludge treatment, and particularly relates to a horizontal three-axis stirring water washing tank which is mainly applied to floor oil sludge cleaning.
Background
The stirring tank is a device for uniformly mixing materials through stirring, and mainly utilizes the stirring shaft to drive the stirring blades to rotate so as to uniformly mix the materials, namely, the materials are stirred, mixed, homogenized and the like. The stirring tank can realize feeding control, discharging control, stirring control, automatic control and the like in the stirring process. The stirring tank is also widely applied to the industries of coating, medicine, building materials, chemical industry, pigment, resin, food, scientific research and the like. The equipment can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials according to the technological requirements of user products so as to meet different technological and production requirements.
In order to facilitate installation, the stirring tank is generally arranged perpendicular to the ground, and the stirring tank can be conveyed by using a conveying device with a large volume due to the fact that the tank body is high in height. The horizontal stirring tank used in the current factory production only has one set of stirring system, and the stirring is not uniform in the operation process, so that the problems of incomplete material reaction, incapability of carrying out multiple times of water washing and the like are solved.

Aiming at the defects, the invention provides a horizontal three-shaft stirring water washing tank which mainly solves the problems that materials are not uniformly stirred, secondary and repeated water washing cannot be carried out, the treatment does not reach the standard and the like in daily production.

a horizontal triaxial stirring water washing tank comprises a horizontal tank body which is divided into two parts by a partition plate, wherein one part is used as an oil storage tank, and the other part is used as a treatment tank; an oil pump is arranged in the oil storage tank; three stirrers are transversely arranged in the treatment tank, wherein a spiral stirrer is arranged in the middle of the treatment tank, paddle stirrers are arranged at two sides of the treatment tank, a discharge port is formed in the bottom of the treatment tank, and a slurry pump is connected to the discharge port; and an oil scraping system is arranged at the top of the treatment tank.
Furthermore, the oil scraping system is a conveyor belt type circulating system and comprises rotating shafts fixed on two opposite edges of the top end of the tank body, wherein one rotating shaft provides power through a conveyor belt motor; a conveyor belt is fixed on the rotating shaft in a sliding manner, and a plurality of oil scraping plates with the height of 30-50 cm are arranged in the direction vertical to the surface of the conveyor belt.
Further, the positional relationship of the three stirrers is as follows: the horizontal distance from the middle spiral stirrer to the paddle stirrers on both sides is 15-50cm, and the vertical distance is 10-30 cm.
Furthermore, the blade size of the spiral stirrer is 30-100cm, and the blade size of the paddle stirrer is 5-40 cm.
Furthermore, the rotation speed ratio of the spiral stirrer to the paddle stirrer is 1:10-1:50 respectively, so that the stirring effect is ensured.
Furthermore, a walkway and an escalator are arranged on one side of the horizontal tank body.
Furthermore, liquid level meters are arranged in the processing tank and the oil storage tank.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a horizontal three-axis stirring water washing tank, which utilizes the high automatic control of the device to ensure that materials in the tank are uniformly stirred and completely reacted, and ensures that the material treatment can reach the expected target. The tank body is internally provided with 3 sets of stirring systems, 1 set of large spiral stirring system and 2 sets of small paddle type stirring systems. The device can ensure the even stirring of materials and can also ensure the automatic operation. The advantages are that:
1. the high self-control performance greatly reduces the working strength of operators. Therefore, normal operation of the system and normal operation of production can be ensured;
2. the influence of stirring on the uniform mixing of the materials is ensured to the maximum extent;

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a horizontal triaxial stirring water washing tank comprises a horizontal tank body 6, which is 5m long, 2.4m wide and 2.8m high; the horizontal tank body 6 is divided into two parts by a partition plate with the height of 1.8 m, wherein one part is used as an oil storage tank 1, and the other part is used as a treatment tank; an oil pump 10 is arranged in the oil storage tank, three stirrers are transversely arranged in the treatment tank, wherein a spiral stirrer 3 is arranged in the middle, and paddle stirrers 4 are arranged at two sides and can be called as a first stirrer and a second stirrer, a discharge port 5 is formed in the bottom of the treatment tank, and the discharge port 5 is connected with a slurry pump 9; the top of the treatment tank is provided with an oil scraping system 2 which is a conveyor belt type circulating system and comprises two rotating shafts fixed on two opposite edges of the top end of the tank body, wherein one rotating shaft provides power through a conveyor belt motor 11; a conveyor belt is fixed on the rotating shaft in a sliding way, and a plurality of oil scraping plates with the height of 40cm are arranged in the direction vertical to the surface of the conveyor belt.
The position relations of the three stirrers are as follows: the horizontal distance from the central helical agitator 3 to the paddle agitators 4 on both sides is 50cm and the vertical distance is 30 cm. The blade size of the spiral stirrer 3 is 50cm, and the blade size of the paddle stirrer 4 is 20 cm. The rotation speed ratio of the spiral stirrer 3 to the paddle stirrer 4 is 1:10 respectively, so that the stirring effect is ensured. A walkway and an escalator 7 are arranged on one side of the horizontal tank body. And liquid level meters 8 are arranged in the treatment tank and the oil storage tank. The former is used for monitoring the feeding volume, and the latter is used for monitoring the oil storage capacity, cooperates control system respectively, and after the feeding volume of handling the jar reached required height, the feeding was stopped, began the stirring and is handled, when the oil mass of oil storage tank reached the default, the oil-well pump oil extraction was started.

A horizontal triaxial stirring water washing tank is characterized by comprising a horizontal tank body (6), wherein the horizontal tank body (6) is divided into two parts by a partition plate, one part is used as an oil storage tank (1), and the other part is used as a treatment tank; an oil pump (10) is arranged in the oil storage tank (1), three stirrers are transversely arranged in the treatment tank, wherein a spiral stirrer (3) is arranged in the middle, paddle stirrers (4) are arranged at two sides, a discharge port (5) is formed in the bottom of the treatment tank, and the discharge port (5) is connected with a slurry pump (9); an oil scraping system (2) is arranged at the top of the treatment tank.

The horizontal triaxial mixing and washing tank as defined in claim 1, wherein the oil scraping system (2) is a conveyor belt type circulation system comprising two rotating shafts fixed on two opposite sides of the top end of the tank body, one of the rotating shafts being powered by a conveyor belt motor (11); a conveyor belt is fixed on the rotating shaft in a sliding manner, and a plurality of oil scraping plates with the height of 30-50 cm are arranged in the direction vertical to the surface of the conveyor belt.

The horizontal triaxial mixing water wash tank as defined in claim 1, wherein the positional relationship of the three mixers is: the horizontal distance from the spiral stirrer (3) in the middle to the paddle stirrers (4) at both sides is 15-50cm respectively, and the vertical distance is 10-30cm respectively.
4. The horizontal triaxial mixing water wash tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blade size of the helical mixer (3) is 30-100cm and the blade size of the paddle mixer (4) is 5-40 cm.
5. The horizontal triaxial stirring water washing tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotation speed ratio of the helical stirrer (3) to the paddle stirrer (4) is 1:10-1:50, respectively.
6. The horizontal triaxial mixing water washing tank as defined in claim 1, wherein a walkway and an escalator (7) are provided at one side of the horizontal tank body (6).
7. The horizontal triaxial agitating water washing tank according to claim 1, wherein level meters (8) are provided in both the treatment tank and the oil storage tank.
